Happy Wildwood Wednesday! Welcome back to another special preview of our upcoming Kickstarter campaign rewards. In case you missed it, last week we previewed our early access offerings that will be available for backers. Learn more about joining our closed alpha or beta testing phases here! Today, we’re discussing two very special in-game pets that you can acquire by backing our campaign on Kickstarter!

The Rainbow Firefly is a dazzling, mythical creature that glows with every color of the rainbow. Legend has it that a Rainbow Firefly lit the first stars in the ancient days.



The Rainbow Firefly is accompanied by several orbs of colorful light that have an affinity for growing things and will lead you to harvestable herbs.

Every Kickstarter backer who pledges at the standard game key tier and above will receive a Steam key for their very own Rainbow Firefly pet that can follow them around on their journeys through the Wildwood!



For our deluxe edition backers, you’ll also receive a key for the very special pet Molbert! Molbert is a cantankerous little mole with an excellent nose. Molbert is accustomed to the dark places of the world and is no stranger to finding rare diamonds in the mines.



Molbert’s keen sense of smell makes them an excellent partner when in the mines. If there are unexcavated diamonds nearby, Molbert may detect them and attempt to notify you.



These two pets can be equipped and unequipped in your accessories menu at any time during gameplay. They are also both prerelease exclusive rewards, so if you want your very own Rainbow Firefly or Molbert, make sure you pledge during our Kickstarter campaign as they will not be made available after the full game launches! Greetings fellow doctors.

As we're waiting for Steam to approve the game's release (I apologize for the delay, which is not due on my part for a change ːsteamhappyː), today I'm announcing that the full game will be featured as 18+ and won't require any uncensor patch on Steam, as it will be released with every scene, including sexual ones.

Unfortunately, this will also mean that german gamers will need to buy the game outside of Steam, as 18+ games are still banned from this platform. You can find the full game either on itch.io or Patreon. It is recommended to buy on itch.io if you want to have monthly free updates, but if you want to support development on Patreon, of course that would be the best choice.

Please remind that you can always opt-out for adult content in-game by disabling "Vanilla mode" on the game's settings, as in General Practitioner.

The game is going to release in a few days, hopefully before the end of April.

I had to remove 2 shortcuts that went unnoticed before, the goal is to make you stay more on the tarmac while you race.

I also added a boost (the green thing on the track) to make things a bit more interesting.

What are companions?
Companions are units used in social conflicts, much like soldiers are used in battles. They also give players a glimpse of the culture and every life of Calderia.
Their appearance is based on Renaissance dress mixed with classical antiquity and a splash of fantasy elements.

• Archaeologist
  The archeologist studies the history of ancient ruins and various mysteries of Calderia. Trust their expertise!
  
  
• Master of Hunt
  Their role is to distribute hunting rights to the general populace & collect the contributions from the game they hunt.
  
  
• Equerry
  They are an officer in charge of training and breeding horses for military purposes. Kindness and patience are their principal qualities.

What's new?

• Easter Event (V1 - Currently quite short)
  
  • During April, you can now access Easter content.
    
  • Collect Easter eggs from around the town (Or Hotel, if you haven't been to many places)
    
  • Eat the eggs you find to rapidly gain weight.
    
  • Once you visit the Park and Church during the Easter Egg Hunt, you can feed eggs you find to Ben or Bertha.
    
  • Scenes are short (<20 eggs), but if you have enough (20 or more) there are extended stuffing scenes.
• Watch Terry compete at the Eating Contest
  
  • Depending on his weight, he can win or lose rounds.
    
  • Opponents can go from their "thin" to "fat" variants as he progresses through rounds, and he'll be at a significant disadvantage if you've already competed into the later rounds yourself.
• Matt dates
  
  • The Clothing Store, Park, and Burger Joint are now date locations for Matt. There are different variants depending on he and the player's weights.
    
  • Locations unlock at Matt's weight tiers 1, 2 and 3 respectively.

Before Update 22, I'm going to be taking a hiatus from WOTG to work on some other projects. Expect the next update to be BIG, but take a few months. I'll still be around for same-day bug-fixes, don't worry!

MAIN FEATURES
1. DISPLAY OF POWER
A new era begins in May. Countless worlds will clash, and only one will rule them all! Prepare for the rise of the DISPLAY OF POWER Event.

This undisputed fight for domination will be preceded by the Rule Them All Cross-World Chain. The top 5 players from the chain event (per participating Worlds) will qualify for Worlds Collide. The battle held on a vicious new realm - THE MULTIVERSE WORLD! Capture its World HQ and become the OVERLORD!

The players who qualified for the Worlds Collide clash will receive the Multiverse World HQ teleport required for the event.

The Rule Them All chain event will have:
- Cross-World rank–overall player score against the players from all worlds
- Rank Rewards will depend on that Cross-World rank
- The player rank will count for the Multiverse HQ teleport. This rank will count only the players from the same world.

Before the Worlds Collide, there will be 30 min preparation phase in which the players will be able to teleport to the WHQ of the Multiverse world.

2. THE WEEKLY CALENDAR: Log in daily to get power-boosting rewards.
The Calendar will be in the Embassy building.
- Get unique daily rewards & special chest at the end of the week.
- To receive the max quality chest, you have to log in all seven days of the week

3. We Are Celebrating Easter!
- The Spring Chaos Chain Event with festive customization will bring the grand winners extremely rare prizes! The narrative will lead you through a series of missions. Every victory adds points to the leader board of each event, which will unlock special rewards.

- The Easter mini-game: Gather the Easter Eggs that have infiltrated the World Map! Go on a quest to collect as many as possible and unlock the Shamrocks – our holiday currency. And then, exchange the clovers with our Festive Trader. He will be bringing his golden offers for sure!

- The Easter cosmetic Items: Join the celebration and style on your enemies with high-end user profile avatars and frames to go with it. In addition, put exclusive on-map emojis over your base or marching armies.

4. The Golden Week: Join a Special Event every day of the Holiday week and fill your bag with rewards!

- The Mad Riffle Add-on: A new Commander Offensive add-on will run through your opponents to celebrate Golden Week

5. The Marauder Renegades: a new renegade horde takes over the PVE world! Action-packed events will provide a chance to win limited-time prizes while fighting the Marauder machines in fierce combat.

- Marauder Crafting Items will bring explosive power and defensive prowess to the battlefield. The new equipment will expand the strategic and crafting possibilities, thus enriching the experience of both battle-oriented and crafting-focused players.
