Welcome to another edition of the Community Crunch! We know you have been anxious for more information on the upcoming Fjordur launch and this week we're happy to share an upcoming weapon skin!




Acting as a functional weapon skin for the TEK sword, Mjolnir packs its own special powers and empowers Survivors with supernatural might. Devastate your foes with shocking ease as you exercise control over the element of lightning. However, not every survivor will pass the test and be considered worthy to obtain the mighty Mjolnir. Will you be up to the challenge?

I continued my walk because I thought I had torches in my inventory. It got darker and darker and when I couldn't see anything I opened the inventory but I didn't have any torch... It was very dark I couldn't see where I had the necessary resources to make a torch, so I decided to stay where I was. and wait for the dawn. When morning came and there was enough sunlight for me to be able to see the path and the dangers around it, I keep walking south towards my house but something tragic happened.
I was attacked by two Emperor Crocodiles, I was fine but my Beelzebufo (Frog) died and my Triceratops was very hurt, I kept going south and managed to return home with a new dinosaur but I lost one I had. this is the part 2 / final part

BUG FIXES

  1. The final encounter of mission Dear Estelle gets stuck on the 3rd repeat.
  2. Some players reported their region control dropping to 3% after being overrun by hordes which locked them out of all but 1 mission. This should no longer happen.
  3. New game does not reset player's region control if played after another save.
  4. New game tutorial mission shows incorrect rewards if played after another save.
  5. Adjusted spawn positions on mission Lost Convoy to prevent mercs from clipping through the ground.

GAME CHANGES

  1. Player's region control can no longer drop below 10%.
  2. All extended tutorial missions can now be played at minimal region control (10%).
  3. Slightly increased region control gain when completing the 3 extended tutorial missions.
  4. NOTE: More balance changes will follow as the region control scaling is sorted out.

  5. Enemy difficulty on mission HWY 24 Horde has been reduced by 50%.
  6. Enemy difficulty on mission Road 17B Horde has been reduced by 30%.

  7. Accessories/Gadgets now show their condition (above the name) when viewed in camp.
  8. Accessories/Gadgets now indicate they can only be equipped on mercs in camp.
  9. Accessories/Gadgets now include the next upgrade condition in card details.

  10. Added a help section to the Camp Survivors screen, explaining Mission Support.

Hello explorers! This next build, available now on the Experimental Branch, contains a focus on cleaning up all the vehicles in the multiplayer modes, along with addressing a few things found in the previous Experimental Branch.

Changed - Meteors now properly despawn after 5 minutes to not cause performance issues

Anyway, it's been a fun week to play in our private universe and take in the nostalgic scenery of the Proteus 2 Site A map!

On another note we've really been enjoying this process of incrementally improving the game with you. As my 22nd year in the game industry I remember wanting to take the AAA projects I was a part of further, but we lacked the platform/format back then to do so. It's great that we have this project to improve and expand on without the need or influence of a publisher - or any other outside pressures. Balance and Changes
  • Spells obtained from using Arcane Vision can now be used immediately.
  • Arcane Vision now has a 2-turn starting cooldown and 4-turn normal cooldown.
  • Temporarily removed the trail effect when a full book bonus is activated.
  • Flying no longer prevents an entity from riding a minion.
  • Spell limit raised to 16

Fixes
  • Fixed issue where Dive would sometimes not teleport you low enough if used above terrain.
  • Fixed mushrooms not detaching from you if you lose your tower from damage.
  • Critters no longer trigger portals.
  • Fixed wrong collision check calculation for Arcane Portal causing you to still be able to place one on top of towered players.
  • Fixed bug where more than one player can get caught by a single Mantrap.
  • Fixed some edge cases with Mantrap and Arcane Portal causing crashes and sometimes continuing to damage whoever was mounted before sinking.

A new game update is available!
Additions:
-Added a new character: Bolt! He's with the Jocks; small but fast.
-Rumble mode: Added Slow-motion Stage.
-Rumble mode: Added Fast-motion Stage.
-Random/Stadium mode: Added Court Canisters.
-Random/Stadium mode: Added Bouncin' 2.
-Added many new online regions to enter when connecting to online mode.
-Added some new punchable heavy bags into Practice mode to test attacks.

Fixes:
-Fixed the region text displaying as "%region%" after finishing an online match.
-In the character selection screen, if skipping bot selection, the game will now pick a random character instead of always picking Kid.

Tweaks:
-Tuned down damage on specials.
-Reduced the strong force of a dodge-counterattack.
-Changed special for butcher to fix the previous one not landing.
-Can grab objects from farther away.
-Adjusted camera distance for various stages.
-Adjusted walls in the Hallway stage to prevent getting stuck.
-Adjusted the ceiling in the Bar stage to prevent getting stuck.
-Optimized the performance of the Mountain Top stage.
-Main menu: Some scrollable elements have become smoother to travel through.
-Main menu: Some menu buttons are now remembered when going back to previous screens, resulting in a more intuitive UI flow.
-Other minor tweaks.
