Thanks to some of the more constructive feedback from the 1st week of roaming, there's already plenty that has been refined in v1.4.2: http://mdickie.com/guides/wempire.pdf
As the wrestlers haven't eaten all week, there's also now food as well as drink - with weight changes that are reported in real-time! It's only junk food so far, so your long-term health will suffer if you rely on it for an energy boost.
In memory of Scott Hall, this week's update also sees dozens of new taunts and the "Fallaway Slam" move - along with a cheeky remark from his alter ego...
The new version is now live: - Minimum population requirement for city hall, customs house and national bank increased as an adaptation to the new ideology / city state system. - City statehood and ideology implemented! This unlocks 16 buildings, locked to different ideologies. Passive effects of each ideology implemented but will be tweaked over time, as will other effects connected to each building. - Changed distance clip ramp (looks a bit smoother now).
- Fix for roads not being merged when loading a city.
This version adds in the last big feature for the game, ideology. The current iteration adds in the basic aspects of the system. Moving forward, I will make smaller, but more frequent updates to add in tweaks and minor additions to the system.

So, what's so special about the Special Tribes? Well, they all have a unique set of features that lets you play Polytopia in a completely different way. You will need to learn the game all over to figure out how to make the most out of them!
For example, the Aquarion has units like The Amphibian, Tridention, and Crab that you dont find elsewhere, severely modifying the chivalry branch of your tribe to catch your rival off guard. Or Elyrion where their giants start as vulnerable eggs and then grow into enormous fire-breathing dragons. And, dont forget the Polaris, which can freeze terrain and enemies to prevent the progression of your foes. And. last, but not least, the creepy-crawly Cymanti. Where you have huge insects at Your disposal and you can create Centipedies that span over several tiles. And it grows longer for its every kill...
Yes, the Special Tribes are truly special. That's why we call them special!
So, If you haven't got them yet, now is your chance to get them at a 50% Discount until March 28th.
Reentry - A Space Flight Simulator - wilhelmsenstudios
Want to participate in a multiplayer session but not sure how it all works, or thinking it's too hard and complicated? You have found the right event.
The Reentry community is organizing the MOCR Academy, where we plan on running both live practical sessions on how the intercom works, station overview and what each role should focus on, and live mini-missions designed to teach you the various aspects of being a virtual mission controller in Reentry. We also plan on creating short videos that will be used as learning material.
The first MOCR Academy will take place on Thursday with the goal of introducing you to MOCR. You will learn everything you need to get confident and join the real deal on other events such as "MOCR Monday".
AGENDA - Overview of the Apollo Mission Operations Control Room (MOCR) and its functions - Brief overview of each station (CAPCOM, FLIGHT, AFD, BOOSTER, EECOM, GUIDANCE, etc) - How to set up and operate the Intercom - Radio Communication: voice discipline & comm usage - Training session: Live & fun mini-missions in various settings and scenarios to practice
The Steam branch we will use during the session is the alpha-floor branch. To switch to it, simply right click the game in Steam, select Properties->Betas and select it from the dropdown.
Hey all, the menu redesign and Normal difficulty mode are now live on Steam! This update took much longer than expected (due to rewriting the entire menu from scratch), but should make the addition of Boss Rush and Practice modes relatively painless!
One thing I'd like to point out: custom controller/keyboard bindings have most likely been reset. Unfortunately during this update I ran into a bunch of issues that required me to throw out old logic which means that a lot of custom settings (if not all) have been reset to default. Sorry for the inconvenience here, this shouldn't change again in the future.
Changelog
Updates:
- Redesigned main menu to accommodate future Boss Rush and Practice modes - Added Arcade Normal difficulty (note: this currently only effects Boss fights, but will apply to enemies waves in the near future)
Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where one of Gojin's masks were playing the wrong animation
In the pipeline:
- Boss Rush and Practice modes - Normal mode leaderboard - Brand new Level 1 boss (still in the works) - Revamp Player Red homing missiles attack and passive missiles attack (when warping) - New Level 3 background art + music (still in the works)
