We would like to thank all of you for your interest in the new mode as well as for your regular feedback regarding the possible changes and improvements. And, of course, we heard your numerous requests to extend the fierce battles in the arenas!

Starting from today, we are adjusting the amount of points required to enter battle for the “Bronze” and “Silver” leagues. To enter the Arena you will now need:
  • Bronze: 12 points (instead of 14).
  • Silver: 16 points (instead of 18).
  • Gold: 20 points (instead of 21).
We are happy to announce that both modes (“Arena” and “Arena: Rating”) will be extended until March 23 inclusive. And for the next day after that (March 24), we are planning to release a new update, so you definitely won’t get bored!

DLSS Update V1.1:

Bugfixes:

  • An issue where the character would remain grabbed, although no enemy was still grabbing.
  • Character would be locked in place after breaking free from a grab [keyboard controls].
  • Door interaction collision adjustments.
  • Alexis wasn't changing from running to idle states on certain actions.
  • Alexis remaining in the running state when a new room loaded, now resets to idle. (This bug was reduced earlier, now removed completely).
  • Alexis not properly removing held items.
  • The scene system not disabling the partner system properly (Alexis would stop following, however the scene system assumed she was still following. Saved games with her first story arch completed will reset the scene system).
  • An issue with skipping the second Alexis movie scene resulting in the drop-off point being placed in the wrong room.
  • Fractal Locust now track towards the player when they are fleeing/watching the player (who is holding fire).
  • Some waypoint empties weren't removing upon room change.
  • Several rooms with fixed cameras had "missing" walls, where the camera could pan to expose a wall that wasn't showing for that angle.
  • Fixed camera angles input changes. Ever since the camera overhaul some of these angles input were off. Now feel much more natural with these input changes.
  • An issue with fire sources causes blood to spawn when in its radius (was linked to the Fractal Tick, however the system disregarded whether the tick was attached or not).
  • Light shadow resolutions not updating on settings change.
  • Added in 144 fps to refresh rate (frame-rate) in Display Settings.
  • V-sync wasn't enabling for some screens when set at 60 fps. (V-sync enables when the frame-rate matches your monitors current refresh-rate).

DLSS added to raytracing (is applied automatically), this improves performance drastically. [DirectX 12 is required for raytracing/DLSS, which can be activated from the Graphic Settings on the Main Menu.]

Hey everyone!

First off, thank you for leaving so much feedback! It's invaluable to us and I'm glad so many of you are enjoying the game already in these early stages. If you are getting stuck in the new build, it is highly likely that your character just ran out of oxygen. Unfortunately, in that build, we didn't have time to add the death screen, so when you run out of oxygen and the player dies, it simply freezes you in place. I know this is very confusing to people and I've already built a death screen in a new update.

I've actually been trying to create a new build to fix just that, but I'm running into problems with the Windows version. I will patch it as soon as I can though, but I wanted to send an announcement out to everyone Playtesting just so you know what's going on.

How do you prevent the player from running out of oxygen? You can use the oxygen filters that I added to the inventory to keep you going for a while. Each one will fill your oxygen meter up to 100%, so you can go for a while. Also, the HoverBike and starter pod both refill your oxygen when you are in them. I hope this helps in the meantime until I can get another patch out.

Hi everyone, we are Mizo Games!

The game is derived from Mizo Games' proudest original board game creation. It is also the very first Taiwanese video game that sets the backdrop in World War II Taiwan.

Back to the year of 1945, as a young girl Kiyoko who suffers from amnesia, you will walk into the battle-scarred Taiwan at the end of WWII and try to survive in a war-torn city with a cute stray dog named Kuro.
Aside from avoiding the heavy bombardments from the sky, you will witness the tragic development from the characters and experience the struggles of human nature. Through the game, you will deeply experience the ruthlessness of war and the cruelty of reality.

1. The ability animation of the Underworld Demon card is fixed.

- The animation of the Fire Whip ability doesn’t go beyond the frame of an enemy card.



2. Visual errors of the following card skins are fixed:

- Huge Scarab, Fallen Angel, Vampire Aristocrat, Undersea Priestess, Druid, Swamp Tribe, Cave Hunter.

3. The ability of the Sun Wukong card is fixed.

- The Grandmaster ability stuns the enemy if the Sun Wukong card is played in attack.



4. We have fixed the bug that didn't allow he player to dispel a card for which there wasn't a slot in the deck.

5. The ability of the Stoneskin Ettin card is fixed. 

- The Stoneskin Ettin card acts according to the description.



6. The ability of the Sea Dog card is fixed. 

- The Boarding ability is used against opponents with positive effects.



7. Several localization errors are fixed.
Myriads: Renaissance - archimdecamp


If you are interested in what will come next, here is our updated roadmap for Myriads: Renaissance. We won’t go into detail but we will still try to explain what each item refers to.

Architecture (100%): all the game architecture is done, and the save and load system is working fine.

User interface (100%): everything is ready, we might add some element related with the new enemy and such but we consider this part done.

Sound design (100%): as we already mentioned in a previous post we added music to the game using a procedurally generated music asset developed by marma music (check out his work at https://www.marmamusic.com/) and completed the sound design (mostly using the sound assets of cafofo: https://cafofomusic.com).

Capital Island building (100%): we might tweak some parameters (production cost, etc…) but we also consider this part done.

Resources (75%): there are currently 4 resources in Myriads (production, food, gold, research points). Another one will be added later: the goods. It will be a mid-game resource which will aim at replacing the gold mine with a more effective way of producing gold by trading. It will come with a bunch of new capital island buildings and a new colony (trading post).

Worldmap (100%): the world map is done. We will add more colonies and buildings related to the mid-game and end-game but the foundation is ready and (we hope) sturdy.

Colonies (50%): we will add two more types of colonies: the trading post (as explained above) and the defense colony. The defense colony is strategically very important as it will allow the player to recruit troops outside of his capital island. We might add some other roles to it but we are not sure of that yet.

Research tree (50%): the research tree will be divided into at least 3 eras. For now only the first era and a large part of the second are done, the first one being the only one available in the demo.

Threat (50%): the base mechanic of the threat is implemented. As time passes the threat increases (some player actions also increase the threat). For now, each time it reaches 100, the threat level will increase and the Chain’s corsairs and lairs get more powerful. In the future, every n levels (n to be determined) a big wave of enemies will aim at the player’s capital island. Each wave will be very powerful and will have to be dealt with a strategic combination of “suicide armies” and defense towers.

New enemy (0%): the end-game mechanic. After n waves (n to be determined), “Chain”, the corsair’s capital island will pop on the map. The waves will be continuous from this point. The game will end when the player destroys “Chain”.

Tutorial (75%): only the parts of the tutorial related with mechanics which are not implemented yet, such as the waves or the defense colony, are missing.

Two weeks ago we released a new version of the demo which introduced a new step by step tutorial and improved a lot the tempo of the early game. With this version we consider that the foundation of the game is solid and that the early game is now done. Hence we started the development of the mid-game (the waves and the goods/trading), but it’s too early to announce when it will be ready and available (and how…).

1. The Onmyoji Call-up Event

※ The onmyoji of the capital have set out to discover secrets, which will be passed on to the onmyoji of the three major clans who will review the rumors.

※ Event duration: After the maintenance on March 9 - 23:59 EST on March 15

※ You can select to help either the Minamoto Clan, the Kamo Clan, or the Fujiwara Clan daily to help them gather more rumors.

※ Seimei will start helping the three major clans in the last 3 days of the event to expedite the progress. All rumor stories will be unlocked by the end of the event.

※ You can receive rewards after unlocking rumor stories at certain milestones.

2. Sweet Roulette Event

※ Event duration: After the maintenance on March 9 - 23:59 EST on March 15

※ During the event, Sweet Vouchers are available for purchase in the Pack shop. 1 Sweet Voucher will be rewarded for completing the Demon Encounter zone daily.

※ You can spend Sweet Voucher to roll Amezaiku's roulette. Each rolling has a chance of receiving an exclusive skin, the realm's Higanbana Sea skin, the Starry Tunes Summon Room skin, Jade, and Skill Daruma shards among other rare items.

4. Underworld Arena Event

※ During the event, you can access the Underworld Arena via the Jizo Statue in the Courtyard. Within the duration, battles in Underworld Arena from 11:00 to 14:00 and from 20:00 to 23:00 daily will be in 100-Player mode. The rest of the time will be in 16-Player mode.

※ Note:

- The first 10 Underworld Arena challenges each week grant high-grade Realm Cards and Mystery Amulets among other rich rewards. From the 11th challenge onward, the arena only grants Coins as rewards.

- Challenge attempts are shared between 100-Player mode and 16-Player mode.

- The 100-Player mode in Underworld Arena yields Underworld Arena Score in addition to the basic rewards.

- Underworld Arena Scores are calculated each Monday. Rewards will be issued via in-game mail based on your tiers in Underworld Arena.

- The current highest tier of Underworld Arena is Tier 6. Underworld Arena Score and Duel Score share the same Score Rewards, which means the rewards will be issued based on the highest score reached in either zone. When you reach Tier 6 in Underworld Arena, you can receive the Underworld Arena frame which expires in a week.

Improvement

1. Improvements of Underworld Arena:

※ Improved players' chances of seeing orb-granting shikigami in Underworld Arena drafts. Now, on the first round of drafting, the first shikigami is guaranteed to be a shikigami who can grant orbs.

※ Improved the pace of the Underworld Arena. Now, if a player stalls twice during the shikigami deployment stage, Auto Deploy will trigger in half the time for future deployments.

2. Fixed some incorrect answers in the Demon Quiz.

3. Improved the model size of Valiant Yamakaze's Frost Feathers skin on the Duel Deployment page.

Myth of Empires - El Rafa
Dear players:

Myth of Empires will undergo an update and maintenance on March 9 from 23:00 to 01:00 GMT. Maintenance is expected to last 2 hours. Make sure to log off before then to avoid any losses. Maintenance time may be extended as needed. Thank you for your understanding.

We are fixing issues based on player feedback and will continue to do so. Here are the changes included in this update:

Optimizations and Adjustments:
1.Watchtowers will no longer be automatically destroyed when demolishing a Boundary Marker higher than level 3
2.It now only costs 1 copper to transport non-discardable items across servers
3.Added search function to character log
4.Added “Important Log” tab to the character log interface, which will display messages concerning Boundary Markers being destroyed, and warriors and mounts being killed
5.Optimized the Fair building’s collision so that warriors and mounts should no longer get stuck inside it
6.Optimized how building quality appears in the tips interface of stone and metal buildings
7.Optimized the F5 key’s Cancel Attack function
8.Adjusted the icons of Large Spirit Pills, Great Spirit Pills, and Mount Xisui Pills
9.Characters and warriors can now idle on Fish Ponds, gaining Hunting and Taming Proficiency

1.Fixed issue in which some farmland would not be connected to farm sheds
2.Fixed issue in which rebel soldier NPCs in large strongholds would not drop skill books
