Windows🄬 7 operating systems (OS) users: Microsoft has ended support for these OSes, so Capcom will also remove them from the list of supported OSes for this title as of April 24, 2022. Beyond this date, support for gameplay on any unsupported OSes can only be offered for previously known issues, and Capcom will not be able to troubleshoot any new issues.

This patches a game breaking bug in Sandcastle. If you have a save already, you'll need to skip that level using the cheat idlev 20. If you start a new game after this patch, you should be fine. I'm really sorry about this everybody. Let me know if you find any bugs.

I also reverted most of the difficulty changes in one way or another. Some parts are probably easier than before, others harder, probably a wash overall. Difficulty is hard to get right :( Let me know if anything is too easy or too hard, if there's anywhere with too little ammo or too much.

#4933 - UI navigation with WASD and overall support for gamepads in UI

- added logic to disable login panel after game loaded

So I had a user request to add an in-game clock so that they could compete with their friend to see who could win a solitaire game faster. I thought that this was a fun idea and figured other people might just enjoy timing themselves.

Now, Solitaire Expeditions will time how long it takes you to play each game of solitaire. Best win times will be recorded and displayed on the free play game selection screen. Career stats will show total time played across all games.

Then I decided to take it a step further and let the user specify the seed for a given game in free play. In computer programing, a 'seed' is an input into a random number generator that is used to generate a sequence of random numbers. You will get the same sequence of random numbers each time you use the same seed. In effect, you can think of this as a unique game id.

What this means is that two different people can use the same game id and get the same exact card layout for a given variant. Compete with your friends and see who can get the best win time for the same game!

Substepped Physics.
-This is a pretty big change that will affect all of the physics in the game. before physics were adjusted for delta time, but 30 big forces will have a different effect to 120 small forces, resulting in substantially different disc flights at different framerates. now the physics is separated from the framerate, resulting in smoother flight for the majority of players
-The big effect is now everyone will see the same result for each throw, whether at 30 or 144 fps

General Changes
-swapped over to new logo + new flag on the baskets
-reduced nose down on putts, resulting in flatter flights
-some changes to make tap ins more reliable

Woohoo! cant wait for yall to try it, disc flight looks better than ever. this will also give me a good base to make further changes to the physics, with more predictable results along a range of conditions
