Thank you for waiting patiently for chapter 2. We're finishing up several things for the demo, including the implemented story. There are also puzzles that we need to check to make sure they're solvable, don't want players to get stuck in the middle of the level.
So, will there be any new characters appearing in chapter 2? Yes! Murasa and Kyouko will appear in chapter 2! And they're included in the demo. Are they your favorite characters?
Since we need to fancy things up first before posting up here, there is not much content for this week. But, if you'd like, you can join our Dragon Emperors Discord Server for you to look out for updates! We also have other social media such as Oracle's Facebook page and Twitter which we post more frequently about Oracle or our other games. Please, check them out!

Recently, two bugs have been found on the main server:
some ship modules have become indestructible;
HP is incorrectly distributed to different parts of the ship when the Survivability Expert skill is active.
The fix for the issue will be deployedFri. 17 Dec. 06:00 CET (UTC+1)
Expected downtime: ~1 hour. Please be aware that because of this, cross-server Clan Battles will not be available on the days the patch is being applied.
Instead of reverting the mechanics, the fix will adjust how getting additional HP works in general (this covers such cases as Survivability Expert or, for example, HP buffs in Arms Race). Additional HP will be distributed among different parts of the ship proportionally instead of being put into the hull. As an example of what effect it might have, a destroyer with about 2,000–2,500 HP in the bow section and roughly 20,000 total HP, the increase of HP in the bow would be about 400 HP, which will not lead to a significant gameplay change. We understand that it won't be a full revert to how it was before, but we were planning to change this mechanic as it will help to improve the technical state of the game and keep the mechanics consistent.
As for the bug with indestructible modules — regrettably, the fix will only be deployed with the release of 0.11.0 due to the noticeable technical risk caused by applying it without sufficient testing, since it concerns the game's crucial damage dealing logic. We will also adjust the combat missions in the Dockyard which require destroying modules.
We apologize for this situation and would like to offer you a token of gratitude in the form of 3 WG containers — each dropping a day of Premium account — in each one which you will be able to claim by pressing the button below until the end of the year. Ends:Sat. 01 Jan. 01:00 CET (UTC+1)

What is a Tractor Beam Surfer, you ask? Why is the cow wearing a sports helmet with a go-pro camera on it? Were any animals harmed in the making of this card? We have to admit – Those are all great questions!
When UFOs fly over a farm, they always end up beaming up the farmer's cows with their tractor beam. Right? We bet some of you might have seen this trope played out in many movies.
Though early alien encounters never reported abductions of our credulous cattle; they have somehow become a popular satirical trope in movies dealing with ufos and extraterrestrial abductions. Let’s be honest – the visual imagery of an oblivious mooing cow being pulled up towards a flying saucer spinning in the sky has to be one great family-bonding experience.
Now, the cows have had it enough with this joke. Therefore, our cow ‘Margit’ decided to break this alien ritual and turn the whole process of being abducted by aliens into an extreme sport – officially called ‘Tractor Beam Surfing’. And word has it, an energy drink company already has agreed to sponsor this sensational recreational activity.
Gameplay
Like many comedy-genre cards in ScreenPlay, Tractor Beam Surfer has an ability that bends the conventional rules of the game and surprises the opponent in some way.
Normally, a character in Screenplay cannot attack in the same scene it is played. However, with Tractor Beam Surfer, when you first frame it into a scene, you select an enemy character. Once the scene starts rolling and Tractor Beam Surfer drops onto the set, it gets to inflict a surprise attack on that chosen enemy, only to swiftly return back to your hand at the end of filming.
This makes Tractor Beam Surfer a tricky card to get rid of; since at the end of the scene, it will just return safely to your hand, ready to attack again in the next scene!
The ability to attack every single scene is in itself a very valuable and rare effect, and lends itself to many crazy tricks and combos, as comedy cards often do. You’ll have to figure them out in-game yourself, though, we’re not going to ruin the surprise for your opponents!
It’ll be cloudy with a chance of cattle, and nobody’s safe from spacewalking cows!
