Some minor fixes has been made: 1. Objects draw distance has been increased. 2. You can easily find a ritual room now and you won't confuse it with similar room in the toilet. 3. Some text has been added.
If the game is too dark or too bright for you, you can always adjust the brightness in the menu.
As you may have noticed, Forgotten Fields suffered from a rough launch and didn't perform as well as I would've hoped. A lot of these were mistakes and oversights from my end and having spent a few months away from the project, I have a decent idea regarding the things that went wrong and could be improved. It's unfortunately left a bit of a sour taste, and I wish to fix that and improve the game - regardless of whether the improvements affect sales or not.
The upcoming update will improve the first-person sections, make movement and controls better (they've been massively improved in the updates since launch) improve some visuals, and tighten some of the pacing and dialogs that, at times, seem to ramble a bit.
If you've just bought the game, or are planning to buy it during the Steam Winter sales, I'd suggest holding off on playing it until v1.6 is out.
And if you've already played and liked it, leaving a review would help immensely!

We proudly present Project_Hel, an expansion for the million-selling first-person cyberpunk action game starring a new character. Project_Hel launches January 27, 2022.
Initially planned as a smaller DLC, Project_Hel has grown into a full-blown Ghostrunner experience. Take control of Hel, one of the original games’ bosses, as she descends Dharma Tower on a bloody quest of her own. Designed to appeal to new players and veterans, she’s more combat-oriented and can survive an additional attack compared to the Ghostrunner.
Run on walls, soar through neon cityscapes, and slice through six levels while mastering Hel’s powers through her own ability progression system. Battle new enemies and bosses to the beat of six fresh tracks courtesy of electronic musician Daniel Deluxe. Anyone who wants to play sooner than January can sign up for the private beta launching later this year. Those selected to participate will be included in Project_Hel’s credits.
To commemorate the upcoming holidays, enhance Jack’s look in the original game with a free festive sword bundle on December 7. Paint the town red with the Rudolph’s Run and Boon swords, both inspired by gift-wrapping. Wield the frosty Solstice katana or slice and dice with the Nini Wonderland blade.
Project_Hel will launch on Steam January 27, 2022 for $14.99/€14,99/£12.49.
