[Updated November 22 at 1:37 AM PST] Testing is complete! We applied the fixes and all the NA Reboot channels are back up. Thank you all for your patience. Compensation for the NA Reboot players is in discussion and we'll share more information at a later date.
[Updated November 22 at 4:52 PM PST] We've distributed the compensation to the NA Reboot players that were affected by the channel restarts. Please check our v.228 Hotfixes webpost for more information.
[Updated November 22 at 12:45 AM PST] We are in the process of testing the fixes to address the crashing issues. After the testing is complete, we plan to apply the fixes and start up the rest of the channels.

With today’s daily reset (November 22 at 12:00 AM UTC), we receive player reports concerning the channel crashes in the North America (NA) Reboot World. Our teams are currently investigating these crash issues to pinpoint the root cause in order to address it as soon as we can. However, until the channel crash issues have been fixed, we’ve decided to keep the NA Reboot servers down in the meantime to minimize the damage our NA Reboot players may experience during the crashes. We sincerely apologize for the downtime and will provide an update on top of this post when we can.
