Solar Lander's home page has moved to a new location on the TChapman500 Gaming Website. It is no longer in "/Projects/Software/Solar Lander". It is now in "/Solar Lander". The website's main page now directly links to Solar Lander's home page under "My Games". This new home page for Solar Lander has all of the information you need about the game and its updates all in one place. There's also a section for in-game screenshots. More information will be placed there in the near future (eg: what my plans are for the upcoming v0.3 Modding Update).

Early Access of the game is planned until Q2 next year. As previously announced we're going to make a lot of improvements to the game during this period including new content, bug fixes, balance adjustments, and more.

Developer Notes This update is kind of small. I've revamped the goblin mines. Looks better and flows better. I have one or two more additions to the zone that will come later. I've added road markers in some of the overland maps. Should help in getting your bearings.

1. Fixed stamina being too overpowered. 2. Added set piece timers. Set pieces now have a 30 second time limit. If the time limit is exceeded, it gives a free kick to the other team. 3. Added queued players numbers to the matchmaking menu. The menu now displays how many players are queued globally, and how many are queued to your specific region and mode.
A demo version of the Hop Skip and Thump is now available. The demo version consists of the first 10 levels of the full game. All features are enabled.

Hey everyone, this is the first bi-weekly development update, where we go over what we are currently working on and what is planned for the future.
Another Hotfix Update soon
The last two weeks have been spent mostly with collecting feedback and bug reports and analyzing them. After release, the amount of messages and discussions in our discord server and the steam discussions has increased by a lot (discord has seen more than 5 times the amount of messages). Responding to all of the messages and writing down all the feedback and issues turned out to be way more work than anticipated. A new hotfix update will hopefully come out this week which should fix a lot of the reported issues, as well as rebalance and improve a few items and gameplay mechanics.
New Content Update: Sealed Souls Update

While most of the work has been spent on bugfixing, there also has been work done on the next content update.
Sealed Souls can be understood as a form of challenge runs. Those runs are special runs which will give the player a certain handicap or change the way the game is played. Those runs will be unlocked by defeating a certain enemy in the dungeon. Once defeated, the Seer will arrive at your home base and will let you enter the memories of adventurers that have died in the dungeon to “relive” their adventure and beat the run. Below is an early WIP picture of the Seer at the home base.
Each memory that you manage to complete will unlock a new item in the dungeon, as well as some new achievements will be introduced.
An example of these potential challenge runs are:
Boss Rush: The dungeons only contain a boss room.
Overdrive: 3 times the amount of enemies will spawn, but the player can kill them in one hit
Enormous Dungeons: The dungeon is twice the size.
We are planning on adding around 10 different challenge runs into this update.
Additionally, we are planning to add (numbers may change):
~10 new milestones
~15 new items
~3 new orbs
~50 new rooms
and lots of small bug fixes and small gameplay adjustments
Our goal is to have this update out in around 2-3 weeks!
Cell to Singularity - Evolution Never Ends - lunch
Minor patch to address a few bugs.
Specifically we had a number of reports of the Jupiter moons unlocking before their designated unlock mission. This same bug was related to those missions then reseting the purchased count for that moon.
