BUG FIXES

Fixed an issue where the HUB would spam sounds during the tutorial phase
Fixed “Press _ to dock” message getting stuck when exiting the Locomotive
Fixed a crash related to conveyor items
Potential fix for a sign related crash
Fixed being unable to close the Locomotive Menu with V
Fixed grass being missing from Rocky Desert (and possibly other locations)
Fixed some shader bugs in the AWESOME Sink UI
Fixed Building Status Indicator Lights not working
Rolled back latest EOS plugin to the previous version, this should solve all sorts of messages people are seeing when starting up the game, shouldn’t create any new issues™️
Fix for Trains with carts containing fluids not being able to go up hills
Fixed Clients not being able to save or remove colour presets in the customizer

- Technology points can now be reset. Added reset button to tech tree. You can give points again by resetting your technology points.
- Fixed the tree not spawning issue.
- Fixed scale distortion that occurred when spawning trees.
- Added button to UI to see tech tree.
- Improved the arrow shooting system.
- The technology system has been balanced.
- Ai improvement has been made.
- Improvements were made to the lod system of the soldiers.
- A button has been added to remove the employees in the research building from the building.
- Fixed problems with archer and hunter.
- The movement system in the notification system has been improved.

Week of October 25, 2021

Hey Everyone,
Jeff here filling in for Nick, who is off for the week on his honeymoon (Congrats Nick!). The rest of us have been hard at work on the next major update: Crafting! I’ll give you a quick rundown on the basics here.

RESOURCES APLENTY

As you sail about the world of Kaiju Fishing you’ll be able to collect Resources you find scattered about. These resources come in 4 types: Bugs, Plants, Feathers, and Meat. You can use these collected resources to craft different types of bait.

TACKLE BOX

The tackle box is where you’ll find all the crafting recipes you’ve found, along with information about each bait (it’s strengths and weaknesses). Once you’ve crafted a bait this is also where you’ll swap out your trusty old hook for that fancy new bait.

BAITS

Once you’re equipped with that new bait you’ll be ready cast. Look at that juicy bundle of gubs. What fish could resist?
