Some of you might have experienced that when the AI took over the reign from you for a bit, you ended up with some unwanted propaganda offices in your provinces. As useful as these offices are, they for sure have their own time and place in a match. We are happy to let you know that we have addressed this issue according to your feedback, and that the AI is focusing on military buildings in the early phase of a game round. You might still see a propaganda office every now and then, but most buildings will help you to build your future armies.
We are also happy to announce that pilots do not issue the self-destruction of their planes when the carrier they started from receives an upgrade, or that they have to fly around the entire globe to reach certain locations on the map. To all of you who like to command a big air force, this should make your game experience much better.
Last but not least, we addressed an issue where you couldn’t sell resources on the stock market, if you couldn’t afford the trading fee up front. With today’s update this is a problem of the past.
We fixed, changed, and addressed a lot more with this update, so we highly, highly recommend you to take a close look at today’s release notes on the forums or on Discord to get a full overview on the bouquet of changes.

This celebration starts today, October 12th, and runs until November 1st. Everyone and everything from Valhalla, to the Village, to the Goblins (and even some Helthings) will be showing off in this seasonal makeover.
New Valhalloween Enemies
First we've introduced new Helthings, called Val Helthings (...pun intended), and have given our well-known Goblins some very fitting pumpkin heads. A long time ago (nearly a year ago) we toyed around with this idea just for fun, and now, they’re in Midgard!
You'll need to seek out and take down these enemies, to complete our Festive Challenges...

It almost bin 3 months since the release. So it is Time for a new update. There will be new content for Halloween. Containing 7 achievements and 5 new levels in an halloween theme.

This hotfix is implementing a fix for achievements that didn’t unlock for certain players, even after Patch #3 deployment on Steam. The fix will be retro-active for these players. This doesn’t concern players on the Xbox family platforms as a fix for achievements will be included in the deployment of Patch #3 on these platforms, scheduled to go live shortly.
If you’re still missing achievements that should have been unlocked after downloading this Hotfix, we recommend trying to switch to another character/save and then switch back, or if you only have one character/save then start a new game and then load your existing character/save.

Diseases like smallpox spread quickly through the American population, with no distinction between kings and peasants. Death traveled the land and nothing could stop the ruthless and devastating virus that spared no one.
In this concept art, we display the picture of workers infected by smallpox, an image that became common at the beginning of the conquest, until the surviving indigenous people were able to generate the necessary antibodies and survive the disease.
