Heroes of the Shire brings gameplay from some of the best MMORPGs to the board game table, to create the ultimate combat-focused fantasy adventure for 1-6 players! Players cast spells, abilities and learn combos to defeat their enemies. With 20 characters, 12 bosses, and over 800 spells and abilities, no 2 games will ever be the same.
Heroes of the Shire's Arena Mode is played over a series of rounds until you have defeated your enemies by reducing their health points (HP) to 0. During each round, players take turns casting spells from their mastery or character boards.
The final game will include a cooperative scenario mode.
Hey @everyone Just wanted to let you know that we've just released a mini patch updating all the localisation in the game. I know a lot of you have been asking for this, and now it is here just in time for the final release.
The updated localisations are for French, Spanish, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, Japanese, Portuguese (Brazil), Czech, Chinese Simplified & Traditional.

Looks like the Guardians have gotten themselves involved in a mess - and Cosmo could sniff it from miles away. Thankfully, him and Star-Lord go way back, and he manages to smooth things over as he comes up with an offer that Cosmo can’t refuse. Although there seems to be a catch (dog pun intended), he accepts the Guardians help to investigate something that involves the Universal Church of Truth for him.

Multiplayer! Well, yes, but actually no. Kinda. You can start and join multiplayer missions, but it should still be considered work-in-progress, a lot of things are still untested, and can very easily go wrong. Also, this is considered a “minimum viable product”, i.e. the bare-bone version. Functionality will continue to be added over the next updates. There will be a ‘proper’ multiplayer launch once all the kinks have been ironed out.
This update adds a new town Enemy spawn system changes, Kei truck revival, etc. This is a planned story, but it will be implemented in the future. I'm sorry.
In this version, we changed a part of the save system. Saved data cannot be inherited If you read the past save data, a problem may occur. Please delete the save data before starting the game.

It's been about a week since the last update, in that time over 9 different builds have been packaged for final round testing, there are a few technical bugs being worked out regarding the Steam Sub System, I will go into further detail below.
Technical Bugs Seen: Right now it seems that the PC Client is able to connect to the Steam Sub-System when launching the title, however, the VR HMD setup is not able to interact with the Host / Join options, nor is it registering the Sub System.
Currently, the Client for VR is able to connect to the Sub System, so the debugging method worked, and the issue was found. It was actually related to a Widget that was Overlaying off-screen on the VR HMD, which was overriding the 3D Widget Interaction in the world which the VR Sub System should have been pointing towards. With that said, I believe the issue is fixed and currently uploading a Shipping Build again for further testing and debugging ~
TL;DR? VR Host/Join wasn't registering, working on publishing a fix now(10/10/2021, 9:29 AM CST)
Steam Achievements have been verified to work, they currently have placeholder artwork shown, this will change in the future.
