This small update is mainly focused on scoring labels and some minor text changes or visuals.
Version 1.30 in details:
Tweaks section: -Simpler scoring method. -One small redesign to a particular level causing too much blood cells or nutrients to get stuck. -Nutrients and events triggered in the game were adjusted to keep a certain balance in the gameplay. -Water soluble vitamin is now smaller. -The COVID-19 virus travels faster within the bloodstream.
Bug squish section: Did not find any, they are well hidden :)
New Stuff section: -New scoring labels for captured nutrients, hormones and defeated enemies.

Hello everyone! I've got some updates for the game and for the future! Let's get into it!
Fixed the black screen of doom!
I finally fixed a really big bug that has been plaguing the game, the black screen of doom bug has been fixed!
For those curious about the technical details, Venge uses a custom encryption to save and load the files, if the file was tampered with or something went horribly wrong, the decrypter couldn't read the file and the game would just freeze and crash. This has been fixed! I am sooo sorry to anyone who had this bug, you can now finally enjoy the game! :)
Act 2 News!
As it currently stands, the Act 2 release looks something like this:
The Act 0-2 soundtrack will be released on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, etc a few days early, you'll be able to listen to it and make predictions about the game and stuff. It'll be fun!
Then, Act 2 will be released as a DLC. I will probably drop the price of Act 1, Act 2 should be around $5, it depends on how long it takes to make. In addition, Act 0 (2.0) and Act 1 (2.0) will be released.
Act 0 (2.0) - You'll see massive improvements all over, the game will run smoother, the house will look and feel more realistic, you'll be able to explore more rooms inside the house and a lot more around the neighborhood. There will be a new phone sequence and bike ride as well. The act will stay structurally the same, but will just be 100x better. This is a 100% free update!
Act 1 (2.0) - You'll see MASSIVE improvements everywhere, Rotnic Entertainment is so much more detailed, there is actually a story that is so much easier to follow, the game will run smoother, there will be a ton of new rooms and a ton of awesome improvements. I've listed some screenshots below too. This update will also be free for anyone who already owns Act 1.
We've got a reply from Valve and the game has been reverted to Early Access. We apologize for the confusion, and also thank you for understanding the mistake of novice developers. The full version will be released at the end of this year as planned with several additional features. Please leave us feedback for the Early Access version to help us improve the game! :)

Remaking the navmeshes manually has allowed us to create preferential pathing, our navmeshes now have differential weights on the roads and paths making NPC pathing algorithms to prefer them.
The full navmesh is not done yet, as the navmesh pieces from the buildings are not fully integrated with the terrain navmeshes yet, but it should be done this week. The region/room system has also been improved to work on the new navmesh and this should solve our problems with pathfinding algorithms giving up on long travels by splitting the journey into several smaller pieces.
On the npc interaction front my brother enabled the old npc interaction system he had started, and is now improving it to be good enough for launch, it needs an UI overhaul, which I will work on after I finish the navmesh.
