Fixed a bug where players would crash during or after the Byrinth boss fight.
Bots are now more proactive when it comes to reviving teammates
Fixed that puzzle hints could look different for party members on another platform
Fixed an issue where bots thought they could only use ultimate at 100 ultimate charge instead of their maximum charge (this also fixes an issue where bots with 150 max ultimate would idle about, and bots with 150 max ultimate would never use their ultimate)
Fixed that the reward for playing as random favorite hero wasn't functional
Fixed that Korrus couldn't be selected in the first-time hero select screen

1.0.3 Hotfix & 1.1 Update We have already started working on new content for 1.1 which will include offline mode, a new hero, new items, and more. We have not yet decided if we want to release a 1.0.3 hotfix yet, we already have a few fixes queued up internally but we would much rather spend the resources on working on 1.1 instead of isolating, preparing, and testing a 1.0.3 build. However, we will evaluate the state of 1.0.2 at the end of this week and if we feel like 1.0.2 does not have the stability and smoothness we are happy with, then we will work on a 1.0.3 build and target to release it at the end of next week.
Temporary Version Number Discrepancies During Updates We try to align updates on different platforms and in different regions to the best of our abilities so there’s little or no discrepancy between version numbers on different platforms. But sometimes, a new patch might go live sooner on one platform than on another platform or sooner in one region compared to another, which will result in crossplay not functioning as intended. This pretty much solely depends on the approval process and time per platform, which varies depending on each platform. These issues only last for hours, maximum a day, but we will try our best to minimise them to the best of our abilities in future.
Thanks For The Reports! Niel – Ronimo’s Marketing & Community Manager was on holiday last week, but he’s back this week and has already logged many of the bugs, crashes, and feedback that have been posted in the Steam Forums. Please keep them coming as they really help us improve Blightbound!
We're excited to be a part of Gamescom 2021, a digital event showcasing many different games through trailers and demos. To celebrate, we have updated our demo once again, based on your feedback!
Many of you enjoyed our new role-playing experience. The 2 themes that come up in the feedback are that to enjoy the game even more:
people want to understand all the details of what’s going on
people want to feel more in control
To address the first one, we updated the demo last month with an interactive tutorial and detailed tooltips. And we’ve refined both of these aspects in today's update.
But more importantly, we redesigned how changes are displayed, so that they instantly communicate the significance of the change.
This makes the experience so much more enjoyable, filtering out the setbacks that are easy to fix, and setbacks that need a long-term approach to fix. It significantly decreases the ‘Oh no, the game is punishing me’ feeling, as you know how to fix it, you are in control.
So now all the short-term changes are displayed directly in the UI, and only long term changes show up as floating texts in the scene. As a bonus, this change makes each scene easier to read and players can feel more immersed and more in control at the same time.
So, thank you for all the time and effort you put into sending us feedback, we appreciate it. We can honestly say, without it, we would have never thought of this change. And it does make the game better in a perceivable manner.

With the Wild Cards decision still hanging in the unknown, we thought it was time to bring you an update. We've been analyzing the data from the last survey and have a few conclusions.
You can read more about those below here, but if you do not have time to read all of that we would like to ask you to please partake in this next Survey as well.
In this, we propose a few different ways to bring Wild Cards back that we hope can allow more players to have fun with the game, and we'd like your take on it.
This survey will run for three days as well (until 1 PM GMT, Friday, Aug. 27th)
As for our findings from the last survey, read on:
Keeping Wild Cards is the more popular choice
Wild Carding 2 different cards seem to be where it's at
2v2 Randoms is the preferred mode for Wild Cards
We generally see the support for Wild Cards fall with higher Ranks. Most clearly we see it in the 1v1 game mode.
Conclusion[/h3]
All of this leads us to believe that removing Wild Cards outright is not in the best interest of the game nor the majority of the players. However, we do believe that there's a big enough group that takes issue with the mechanic that it's still worth exploring some options. This is where the new survey comes into the picture.
Go to the survey to see our ideas, and while you are there; tell us what you think, why don't you? 😉
I'm happy to announce that King of Retail is part of Gamescom 2021! This digital event showcases all sorts of amazing games with trailers and demos.
New Trailer!
First, the publisher and I have been working hard to create a new trailer for King of Retail! I think it's a good representation of what the game is like, with some funky music of course.
Gamescom Demo
I've also created a short demo to give you a first taste of King of Retail if you haven't already. Do you know anyone who has been on the fence to give the game a shot? Well now they can, free of charge!
The demo is timed, meaning that you can play for 60 minutes. There is no limit to the amount of days you can play within that 60 minute time frame, so depending on your speed you can get a few days of selling under your belt!
The demo will be available for the duration of Gamescom, which lasts until August 27th. If you know anyone who wanted to give King of Retail a try, let them know now.
Ranch Simulator: Build, Hunt, Farm - James Clements
Hey ranchers!
We hope you've been having a great time playing Ranch Simulator since the Build Anywhere Update! As always, we are so grateful for all of your support, suggestions and bug reports.
There's not long to go now until we release the August update, which will introduce a much requested animal: horses!
We'll release the update by the end of the month, but for now, please enjoy this little look at the upcoming content!
Purchasing horses will work differently to purchasing other animals. Here, you'll pop to the auction house and have to outbid competitors to buy horses!
Horses have different stats: stamina, speed, handling, and health. The higher these stats, the more the horse is worth. These stats also affect the abilities of the horse, allowing it to run faster for a longer duration and even turn sharper.
The more you ride your horse, the more it gets trained.
You can also build a training pad where you can do a circular run to increase its experience, or perform successful jumps over the jump gates.
We'll be back by the end of the month with this update!
