Zniw Adventure - Kurasiu


Greetings, friends!

Today's a rather special update, because we don't have much to show in terms of actual improvements or bugfixes (all of them are either small typo fixes, and, in one case, a removal of an unnecessary hotspot in one of Undercave tunnels), yet we have several things to show you, as we've been busy for the past weeks!

Now, first of all, do you like cards...?



You do? That's excellent, because I'm proud to announce Zniw Adventue Steam Trading Cards are now live! A pack of seven cards, badges and several goodies (three ZA Steam wallpapers and seven emotes) await all of the prehistoric adventurers! Each card has a unique full-size graphic as well!



But wait, that's not all!

We've also decided to post a Steam version of our 100% spoiler-free walkthrough! It includes both location maps, several screenshots for more tricky parts, information for achievements and shiny pebbles, as well as some fun stuff to do and optional game lore to learn you might've missed!

Next vesion we will update following content.

1. Extend the number of days to 40 days. (or longer)
2. Increase the number of days plot, there will be more about the cat demon and fox demon Vivi certain plot.

Deadlokk - nullreference
Deadlokk is now LIVE and available to play for anyone!
It has been difficult to get to this point due to our small development team (of 2.5 people) but we are now here. We have SO many improvements and features lined up in the future and we cannot wait to implement these.

For now, you can enjoy playing on our PVP servers against other players or play against the Environment in our PVE mode [Experimental]!

Please don't hesitate to contact us on our discord or other social media regarding and ideas/improvements/bugs etc. It is greatly appreciated!

WHAT’S NEXT?

Dynamic Items
Currently, all items in PVP are static and predetermined in each build. We have a system that allows us to modify items and even create new items during the course of each game, like in PVE. These items are capable of tracking quest progress (if they spawn with a quest), update the buffs the item applies when a quest is completed, or be entirely randomized. They could even be in a set rotation weekly to change PVP meta based on what items are in rotation.

Item Quests
These items will mainly consist of Copilots. We want it to be rewarding to achieve objectives alongside your copilot, and for it to be impactful when your Copilot is killed. Giving each Copilot quests and rewards for them will hopefully encourage players to not be so careless during the earlygame.

Blueprints
We have a system to add items to the construction panel during a game. We want players to be able to find item ‘Blueprints’ in special-event and boss loot-drops. These Blueprints will unlock new items and ships in the carrier, if they are delivered to the Carrier successfully.

More Events
We plan on adding a second “Comet” event in the same vein as the convoy event. The Comet will contain Gases and Crystals. The idea is to allow a team that has been prevented from farming Gases to get back into the game via the Comet and mining.
Other events we want to add are:
- Another event we want to add is a “Black Hole” that renders a portion of the map inaccessible
- Shop-based events
- Hazards in certain areas such as Void Clouds or other interesting effects

Carrier Selection In Lobby
Carriers are a core part of Deadlokk. There are many ships to choose from that fulfill different roles, but currently only one class of playable carrier. We want to see a greater variety of Carriers to encourage each team to employ different tactics, without introducing a “counter pick” situation in the lobby.

Convoy Escort And Convoy Turrets
The Convoy events seem a little too easy at the moment, we plan on adding escort units that defend the convoy and turret carts that will shoot enemies that come close to the convoy.

Stardeus - spajus
Hey all!

Exciting news, Stardeus is 100% funded! Thank you all so much for your support, you are the best!
There are 24 more days to go, we’ll see how far the stretch goals will take us! Let me cover the first two in more detail.

Economy & Trade
To establish an economy and trade, we will have to have a few new game mechanics. First, there has to be a currency. It will be a cryptographic currency that can be acquired through trade, or by utilizing your Ship Computer’s resources and electricity to “mine” it. You may need to build some GPU Modules to make the currency mining operations more efficient.

The cryptocurrency will allow you to purchase various goods from other ships that you will contact using the Communicator device. Goods will be delivered using storage capsule drops.
This mechanic would let you exchange resources that you have an excess of into ones you are lacking, sell your humans to slavers, or buy a Cleaning Bot to help you out with those messy floors.

Factions & Diplomacy
Factions will add a new layer of depth and possibilities. First, your colony will consist of two friendly factions - AI and Humans. The actions you take as an AI can change how your human colonists behave towards you and your robots. Treat your humans like bags of meat, and their relationship to your AI faction will deteriorate, in extreme cases it could make them sabotage your drones, or try to destroy your Ship Computer.

In addition to that, Stardeus universe will be populated with other human and AI factions. This will impact the economy and trade, as the faction relationships will have a direct effect on prices of goods. Be good to your humans, and most other human factions will like you more, start a local robot uprising and you might find another rogue AI faction sending you gifts.
This mechanic alone will not add any combat or warfare elements, those are introduced in later stretch goals, that will be revealed if earlier ones are hit.

Meanwhile, since Monday, there have been several updates to demo and alpha builds. The amount of feedback is a bit overwhelming, but I am doing my best to process and address the most common requests, and to make the overall experience more friendly to new players.

A bug in Marebog made the Rune rock dissappear when reloading after drowning. This has been fixed!

Fix the bug that the green leaf cloak caused the card to get stuck on the screen.
Land of War - The Beginning - matt_msgames
Warsaw. The pearl of the north. This was the name of the capital of Poland before the Second World War.



Seventy-seven years ago, on August 1, 1944, the Warsaw Uprising started. After its fall, the Germans decided to destroy the whole city.



Nazi troops were ordered to plunder, burn and destroy tenement houses.



The historical fragment of the city was recreated in the Land of War game. We have an opportunity to visit it before the massive demolition.
