Fixed some issues regarding the weapons not being able to shoot if you melee directly after you reload your weapon. Also fixed where the zombies wouldn’t be able to attack players because of faulty tracers.
This week I have been rescripting the existing levels to make them more fun, and include the new enemy types including tanks, trucks and armored carriers.

We decided to change the release date of the game. This is due to the need to polish some things. The game is done all but we do not want to give you a game that is not polished. Raising a child in a dangerous world poses many challenges. Tough decisions have to be made. You have to put the world on their shoulders and allow them to make mistakes that could be potentially life threatening. But what choice do you have?
The current narrative is centred around Zombie Spectre: A single father or mother depending on which character you select at the start of the game. Spectre is left with no choice but to defend and locate his dependents in a world overrun by entangled souls.

This month's patch includes some small changes and bug fixes to both of the recently updated maps, Canyon Network and Polar Highlands. It also includes another Weapons Adjustment Pass for Clans and the Inner Sphere, and an Equipment Adjustment Pass focusing on Jump Jet performance. Finally, this patch brings the follow-up to the Stryker Pack, and our second Booster Pack this year, the Warden Pack. Didn't pick it up yet? No sweat! FREE CROWKART DEMO
All backers of our Kickstarter (at the Punctual Bird Tier - $20 CAD - and above) will be getting an early dev-build of our "Crowkart" mini-game! It's quite unpolished and still a work in progress, but it's already a hoot to play online* with your friends!
We're honestly not quite sure what we're going to end up doing with Crowkart just yet; it's been a little side project we've been cooking during our downtime... We're just excited that we have something to give our backers right at the conclusion of our Kickstarter campaign.

The Giant’s Graveyard is a special area in the Crowsworn universe that we are all exceptionally excited about. It is a cavernous dark region, shrouded in miasma. The area will come with its own set of unique enemies, mini-boss, and boss. It is a region that will delve deep into the twisted history of Fearrandal. With this new area open, we will be able to open up the Starling backer reward tier. This tier will include everything from the $320 Tier and below, and you’ll get to work with our resident environmental artist, Deryk Buckareff, to design your own personal memorial statue asset (final design must be approved by team) for the Giant’s Graveyard.
LIVESTREAM TOMORROW
I'm going to be streaming "Crowkart" tomorrow with a number of Hollow Knight speedrunners, and answering questions about Crowsworn (that I can) and our Kickstarter campaign. We would love to see you there!
- Improved Checkpoints system. - Added the ability to load game from previous Checkpoints (Load menu). - Holding "+" button speed up game by 4X (use to escape long cut-scenes or any slow part). - Reduced game size from 3gb to less than 1gb. - Updated game engine to 4.26 - Fixed windowed mode and other resolution settings problems. - Fixed game stuck at loading - Other minor improvements
- Changed the current ending to "End of Part one" because we are planning to release "Seen 2" in the near future. And "Seen 2" will be a sequel to Seen. Note: We are planning to contact Valve and ask them if they could give Seen 2 for free to all current Seen owners.
Seems like a few shaders were memory hogs, demanding too much gpu for minor benefits.
I also found a better sound-playback function in the engine with a few more options. Net result is better sound mixing, and a little pitch-shifting to give some variety.
ESR especially sounds better, and explosions now have some oomf to them.
- Possibility to change the texture of the walls (wallpapers) - Bug fix for the Photo Gallery - Change of the UI in the Gallery mode as it seemed confusing for some users.
