We got a lot of interesting and interesting novelties and announcements, so you can park your armoured car, get comfortable and find out what will appear in Crossout in the near future.
We remind you that all the new features described in the “Developer blog” are not final and may be changed before they are introduced into the game or may not make it into the game at all. This applies not only to information about possible unique features of new parts, but also about the parts themselves.
Steel Championship
It has already become a tradition to host intense football matches at the “Central Stadium” in July. And this year is no exception.
Of course, there were a number of changes added to the event! You can expect: an updated football field, brand new armoured cars -“football players”, more emphasis on the individual actions of the player when scoring points, as well as the ability to earn points for defending your gates from goals.
There will also be new commemorative awards. In addition, everyone will have the opportunity to get some rewards from previous football events.
New PvP map “Sinto city”
The location will be a part of the post-apocalyptic metropolis setting, which received positive reception from many players. “Sinto City” turns out to be a multifaceted map, and we tried to continue rethinking the usual gameplay routes of players while developing it.
This four-level, relatively compact map for the “Encounter” mode will feature a city quarter of what was once one of the world’s richest corporations, built in a dense urban environment on the bank of the canal.
In the “urban” part of the map there will be ideal conditions to confuse the enemy, evade pursuits or attack the unsuspecting victim from the rear.
From the side of the canal, the players will be able to find long-range firing positions, allowing long-range builds and artillery to take advantageous positions and control the center of the map.
On this map, we plan to implement an interesting feature: the base capture can be started on two levels: at the bottom, or on the upper level — the overpass, which goes directly above the base. It’s not as simple as it looks: your dexterity and cunning will play an important role in the success of your team.
New parts
It’s planned that until the end of the summer, several curious and long-awaited parts will appear in Crossout: among them are the wheels for art builds, an extremely interesting cabin and even a frontal wheel!
Frontal wheel
Let’s start with the part that many survivors have been waiting for a long time. Meet the epic frontal wheel!
Yes, you can put it from the front on the frame, that’s why it was created! But we are sure that you will find many more interesting ways to use this unusual movement part.
Talking about its parameters — it’s planned that the new wheel will be comparable to the well-known “Bigfoot”, so you shouldn’t worry about its excessive fragility.
The wheel’s perk will allow you to temporarily get a certain bonus to the damage of any energy weapon after you pass a certain distance. And the bonus value will depend on the number of such wheels mounted on the car (there will be a limit, after which mounting additional wheels will not lead to a larger bonus value).
The loss of each frontal wheel will be accompanied by a brief shutdown of all energy weapons mounted on the car. And, although the shutdown will be really brief, we recommend you not to burst into the eye of the storm, where you can lose your wheels, because in such situations even the slightest delay matters!
New lightweight cabin
Along with the frontal wheel, a new light epic cabin will appear and will give even more options for the owners of weapons with reloading mechanics. It’s planned that its perk will boost the reloading of the weapons mounted on the car, and the bonus to the car’s speed will depend on the amount of those weapons. The fewer weapons mounted, the greater the bonus value.
The model of the cabin is still a work in progress, but we will definitely share its visual appearance with you later.
New small wheels
These small “rare” wheels will not add more efficiency to your build and they don’t have any perks. But we are sure that the fans of “art builds” would want to add such wheels in their collection. Using these wheels, you will be able to assemble not only armoured vehicles with minimal clearance, but also recreate the appearance of many cars that exist in real life!
And all this will appear in the game with the next update (which will be released in July) and during August! Stay tuned to our news to be among the first to see the new cabin!

Minmatar Liberation Day is on 10 July and to commemorate the event, celebrations will kick off today, running through to 20 July! This historic event marks the day that freedom was secured for billions during the Great Rebellion. The celebrations represent the tenacity and strength of the Minmatar people while also marking remembrance of those Matari who still languish as slaves.
The centerpiece of the Liberation Day celebrations this year takes the form of a friendly tribal tournament open to Capsuleers of all races – The Liberation Games.
Pick one of the Seven Tribes that best represents what you stand for and get involved in exciting new events happening all across Minmatar space. For your efforts, you will be rewarded with boosters, SKINs unique to your tribe, and in true Minmatar style, a special tribal tattoo. Additionally, every event that you take part in will add points to your tribe’s point pool. The winning tribe will take ownership of a newly constructed station in Pator alongside a monument to their victory.
You can choose your allegiance using The Agency in-game from the following Seven Tribes of Matar:
Brutor - A disciplined yet strong-willed people that consider themselves the defenders of all Minmatar.
Sebiestor - Emphasizing practical skills, the Sebiestor are known far and wide as engineers and inventors.
Vherokior - Mystics of this tribe are the guardians of the Voluval Ritual and travel immense distances.
Thukker - Nomadic and fiercely independent, the Thukker travel the stars in Great Caravans of spaceships.
Krusual - The only tribe that was not totally conquered by the Amarr, their pride is infamous among the Minmatar.
Nefantar - A tribe split between those who remain loyal to the Amarr and those who returned to their homelands.
Starkmanir - Few in number and once thought lost forever, the Starkmanir are a symbol of survival for all.

Daily Gifts & Rewards
As a part of the Liberation Day celebrations, you will be rewarded with gifts every day that you log in. Gifts are available for both Alpha and Omega Capsuleers, and upgrading to Omega at any point during the events will unlock all previous rewards that you might have missed!
Rewards include Capsuleer clothing, Skill Points, Minmatar SKINs, and a useful 4-day Minmatar Expert System. This Expert System will open up access to all the skills you need to excel as a Minmatar pilot in the new combat sites or in fiery Rifter combat in the Proving Grounds!
In addition to login bonuses, the Republic Fleet will also be on parade around Minmatar space. You can get bonus Skill Points by visiting them and launching fireworks at their mighty vessels. You’ll find the fleets in Rens, Hek, Eram, Teonusude, Pator, Altrinur, and Hjoramold.
New Sites – Relive Minmatar History
The Liberation Games bring new combat sites to get stuck into. Join your Matari brothers and sisters and live out historical re-enactments of famous battles in the Minmatar struggle for independence. These sites make use of drone technology to represent Amarr ships, keeping the re-enactments from igniting a diplomatic incident. The combat sites are tuned for T2 frigates and T1 cruisers with completion rewarding points towards your tribe.
For pilots not as interested in combat, there will be hacking sites available for completion as well as a Minmatar Mining Blitz! Warp over to the Republic Mining Expedition sites to earn Republic Fleet Ordnance Spike SKINs for the Vigil, Talwar, and Cyclone. As with combat sites, everything you take part in grants points to your chosen tribe!
New Lore Monuments – Follow the Tribal Trail
Uncover the rich history of the Matari people with a new set of lore landmarks across Minmatar space. From the Great Rebellion, through to the formation of the Republic and the reunion of all seven tribes, you can follow the progress of history across New Eden.
Completing the lore route will reward you with additional points towards your tribe’s total shown in The Agency, so why not use this opportunity to learn more about who you are fighting for? There will also be a 2AU/s warp speed bonus in Minmatar space, allowing you to visit the monuments quickly in addition to any other activities you take part in.
Finally, there are two new monument sites now erected in memorial of key Minmatar figures. You can visit the statue of the late leader of the Defiants, Karishal Muritor in the Auga system or pay your respects to late Prime Minister, Karin Midular in the Pator system at the gathering location of the Tribal Council.
New Proving Ground – FFA Rifter Glorification
Heat up the Abyssal Proving Grounds from 16 to 20 July with the four-player free-for-all Rifter Glorification Proving Ground. This event will feature the Minmatar Rifter-class frigate only and is limited to meta level 5 modules and implants.
There will also be a 100% bonus to the benefits of overheating in this Proving Ground so you can push your rusty frigates to their limits in true Minmatar fashion. This is the perfect opportunity to get use out of the free Minmatar Expert System handed out on day 2 of the Liberation Day celebrations.
Minmatar SKINs – Limited Time Only!
Returning only during the Liberation Games, the holographic Freedom’s Revolution SKINs will be available in the New Eden Store until 11:00 UTC on 20 July. Previous years’ SKINs are returning for a variety of powerful Minmatar hulls alongside four new SKINs for the Republic Fleet Firetail, Svipul, Muninn, and Naglfar.
Frigate, destroyer, cruiser, and battlecruiser SKINs are only 250 PLEX, with battleships and capitals higher at 390 and 695 PLEX respectively. If you’re looking to make some savings while this offer is on, the Power of Freedom and Power of Revolution bundles are available, bringing discounts to these SKINs for popular Minmatar ships.
For pilots looking to pick up some Omega time during the Games, you will be receiving a free SKIN alongside it! One month Omega time comes with the In Rust We Trust Jaguar SKIN, or you can get SKINs for the Sabre, Loki, or Vargur at 3, 6, and 12 months respectively.
With all these exciting events going on in the coming days, make sure you get logged into EVE so you can experience the rich culture of the Minmatar people. See you in space, Capsuleers!
We would like to remind you that all the official PvP servers will have a scheduled wipe soon. Wipe date: Friday, July 9th.
As you may know, all official PvP servers have regular wipes (every 3 weeks) to ensure a level playing field and offer a fresh economy with each new round. It's a major event that brings many players to compete with each other, starting from a common point.
Wipe time: 1 PM by GMT/UTC time (as usual). For your convenience, here is the local time in the primary time zones we have: • 8 AM by Central US (CDT, GMT-5 summer time) • 3 PM by Central EU (CET, GMT+2 summer time) • 16:00 by Russia/Moscow (GMT+3) • 21:00 by China/Beijing (GMT+8) • 10 AM by Argentina/Brazil (GMT-3) • 10 PM by Japan and South Korea (GMT+9)
Server rates
We will keep using double rates (items/XP/LP) on all the official PvP servers. By the way, the recent patch has doubled the item slot capacity (aka "stack size") to make it more comfortable playing with double rates.
Max faction size on Global Clan Wars will be reverted back to standard 10 players (as is the default on all other official PvP servers).
CryoSmall & CryoFive wipe
As an additional note, featured PvP community servers CryoSmall North America and CryoFive Europe are wiping this Saturday 10th July (CryoSmall NA — 10 AM EST, CryoFive Europe — 12 PM GMT/UTC). CryoFive will also use double rates as the official servers. These featured community PvP servers offer the most balanced experience for PvP players. With a strict limit of 2 (CryoSmall) or 5 (CryoFive) players per team respectively (no alliances permitted) and reputable administration enforcing this rule, you can have peace of mind that the server provides equal opportunities for everyone to compete. Join CryoSmall Discord to read further details!
