NEW YEAR, NEW ANNIVERSARY CROWN

Anniversary Crowns are back in Dead by Daylight, and they’re better than ever. Our new, more intricate crowns can be claimed by any original Killer or Survivor – but you’ve got to find them first.

Special Crown Pedestals will spawn inside of every trial. Discover and interact with them to gain a golden glow which will stay with you for the rest of the match. Go on to escape the trial as a Survivor, or simply complete the trial as a Killer and this celebratory cosmetic is your keep.





COMMUNITY CHALLENGES

Dead by Daylight is all about community, and once again we’re giving our fans the chance to team up to earn exclusive outfits.

During our 5th Anniversary event, Anniversary Crowns will be tracked at a community level with multiple shared goals. Collectively meet these goals to unlock exclusive charms and cosmetics, including outfits for David King and The Wraith. All details, updates, and codes will be shared through our social channels so follow Dead by Daylight and never miss a beat!

DECKED OUT TRIALS

It wouldn’t be a Dead by Daylight anniversary if we didn’t deck out the Entity’s Realm to mark the occasion.

From custom loading screens to the return of confetti-launching Flashlights, Med Kits, and Toolboxes, to environmental flourishes for generators, hooks, lockers, and barrels; playing during the event will feel anything but ordinary.





SHRINE OF SECRETS

Our 5th anniversary is also the perfect opportunity to not only get your hands on some Perks, but to get a great deal in the process.

Until July 13th, the Shrine of Secrets will be on a daily rotation and feature Perks from almost every single character in Dead by Daylight. Plus, every Perk will be 500 shards off! Got a lot of Iridescent Shards burning a hole in your pocket? Take advantage while you can!


GIVEAWAYS

As a thank-you for celebrating with us by playing Dead by Daylight, over the first 7 days of the event we’ll be giving away a total of 9,000 Iridescent Shards per player just for logging in. Hello Adventurers! The last few weeks were an amazing experience for all of us! Thank you for your overwhelming support and lots of feedback about our demo! You help us make the game better for everyone!

Today we’d like to talk a bit more about one of the systems that weren’t fully present in the demo — Exploration. It’s easily one of the most important aspects of the game!

The game will feature 14 unique islands. Quite a lot of places to explore! Here’s the game’s map so you have a better idea of how it will look after you visit everything (work in progress, some of these might change).



First things first: to visit other islands, you’ll need to pick one of the three different boats. A more expensive boat will allow you to reach faraway shores (they also require resources, like fuel that you can craft yourself). We bet you’ve noticed that some islands don’t have an anchor sign. That’s because these can’t be reached by sea, and you’ll visit them through different means, which will remain secret until Early Access lands. Here’s a little hint: explorable caves that are filled with lots of different riches, secrets, and fearsome enemies, like this little guy:



While exploring, you can also unlock different regions and POIs (points of interest) on your map. There will be quests, unique creatures, and fauna in many of those places. Exploration is also a key to exploring your pa... Whoops! Can’t tell anything more! No spoilers in our updates!

Silicon Dreams | cyberpunk interrogation - James Patton
Silicon Dreams just received a major, much-asked-for update: the ability to rewind the story and replay previously seen scenes!



Here's the lowdown:
  • Rewind isn't available until you've finished at least one playthrough. (Dying counts!) A lot of players said their first playthrough was really tense, and we worried that introducing rewind might take that away from them.
  • Once it's unlocked, though, you can choose a save slot and rewind that game to any scene you played through. Then you can continue playing from that point forward.
  • It should be handy if, for example, you finished the game but want to figure out what other endings were possible, without having to replay the first 70% of the game!
  • It's also useful if you want to start a new game without going through the first few scenes, which might not be so interesting for you.

A word of warning, though: rewind will only work for scenes that you played after 9.6.2021! Until that point we didn't have a system in place to save the scene bookmarks that the rewind feature relies on. But any scenes you played after 9.6.2021 can still be rewound to, even if there are earlier scenes in that run that the rewind feature can't get to.

Old-School Coin-Op Fun With New Arcade Challenges!!

Two new arcade machines have appeared in Bang-On Balls: Chronicles ! Offering new challenges to beat solo or with friends, and new amazing items to unlock.

The arcade machines are located at the back of the set, next to your boss, bypass him, select a machine and jump straight into the Arcade Challenges!

  • Super Car Banger Turbo: A banging tribute to one of the most famous bonus stages in videogame history, mixed with our own flavor of ball-banging mayhem! How fast can you smash it? Turn your ball into a Ball Fighter for an epic car demolition contest!

  • Ultimate Bang-On Mega Bricks: Stuck inside a tetroid brick world, you must survive the multiple challenges in order to receive the ultimate reward. Bricks disappear from under you, and are thrown at you, bombs will try to push you off the arena. Do you have what it takes to survive each threat?

After the recent release of our first major content update, the 'Fresh Meat Update' last week and based on your valuable feedback, we have released once again a patch, tackling some reported bugs and feedback!

More details below:

Bugfixes
  • Fixed a bug where player had a black screen on entering the title scene, but could still navigate through it.
  • Fixed a bug where a class skill could be learned without the previous required one.
  • Fixed a bug where several Skills would not be permanently saved (e.g. Increased Damage 2, Fortified Shields 2).
  • Fixed a bug where POI Symbols would be still shown on the map after collecting them.
  • Fixed a bug where the actual skill tree progress would be displayed wrong.
  • Fixed a bug with the weapon levels where after increasing the min / max weapon level some weapons had wrong levels.
  • Fixed a bug where the Stomper could block you when you transitioned to the next floor, which resulted in being stuck.
  • Fixed the Drone Swarm event that would block the players' path.
  • Fixed the Laser Drone movement, that it does no longer move through the wall while attacking.
  • Fixed a bug where enemies could spawn in the stage before the 'Butcher' and could not be attacked.
  • Fixed a bug where the small flies on Dyatus could become invincible.
  • Fixed an audio bug when jumping on a zip line that played the sound in a loop after you already left the zip line.
  • Fixed a bug where explosive barrels could have an invisible damage trigger remaining after being destroyed.
  • Fixed a bug where you could 'Down Smash' in a Transition and get stuck.
  • Fixed a bug where you would be stuck in the terrain after using the 'Down Smash' Upgrade.
  • Fixed a bug where multiple rewards could be active at the Dyatus dimensional rifts.
  • Fixed a text issue of the „Butcher in Time“ Mission.
  • Fixed a bug where XP-Capsules would always cost 35 credits and not scale properly.
  • Fixed an icon issue with the Keycards in some shops.
  • Fixed an issue with perk damage displayed in the stats screen.
  • Fixed a bug where the Armored Chaser in Karth could be stuck in his pattern after being stunned.
  • Fixed a bug that Start-up Capital now gives you the displayed 50 credits per level instead of 25.

Changes
  • Increased the drop chance and amount of NanoBytes on higher difficulties.
  • Unlocking a dimensional rift with a Keycard / class skill does no longer instant teleport you into it.
  • The plant hazard on Dyatus will now be destroyed when clearing the whole floor.
  • Reduced the ammo costs per shot of the Zapper from 1 shot → 1 ammo to 2 shots → 1 ammo.
OnlyFuck - RuRu's Adventures - NSFW18 Games
Hello everyone,
We continue to work on OnlyFuck and here is a little update adding the possibility to all players to change the destination folder for the pictures in the Gallery.
You have been many to request this feature especially if you have you "My Pictures" and the game not installed on the same drive. It's now possible even with this configuration.



Patch note 1.1
- Custom destination folder for Gallery. We added a new option allowing you to customize and select your own destination folder for pictures! See picture bellow.
- Bug New Post. We changed a little the code to manage the "New post" button. I hope it will fix the bug with some players playing more than 3 puzzles per week...

Weekly Dev Update #54
Week of June 21st, 2021

Howdy Mutant fans. Nick’s taking the week off, so this is Jeff filling you in with all the latest and greatest info. This week at Mutant we’re working on little bits of polish as we start to breathe some life into the new Medium class fishing system.

Poppin’ Smoke


First up is Zach’s work on a little puff of smoke when the catch crane becomes active. Fun fact™ we tested 2 versions of the catch crane. The first version made you swing the crane arm (left or right) while also making you time the crane drop. After a few rounds of internal tests we quickly found that we preferred the 2nd option, which just requires you to steer the ship and drop the crane at the right time.


Drips


Next is a small sample of some of the water effects I’m currently working on. We think these water drops really help bring some much needed life into the world of Kaiju Fishing. There’s a saying in game development that the final 10% of a game is really the final 90%, and it’s mainly due to little touches and flourishes like these two new effects. We can’t wait to merge the Medium class fishing into the steam demo build, and show you all these fun little polish items we’ve been working on.
