Is it the first time you hear about our weekly challenge? Every Thursday, our dev team try cool creations by the community with a weekly topic. Last week we saw some awesome builds by the topic "Trains" and this Thursday June 17th 2021 11AM CET we will be trying new cool creations made by you with the topic "Adventure" live on our Twitch.
Challenge? Is there a prize? Yep! The winners get an exclusive trophy block 🏆 only available for the weekly challenge winners. You'll be able to proudly display your trophy on your creations as you want.
Want to participate? You just have to let your creativity run wild with the next topic: "Adventure". It is easy to share your entries to the challenge through Steam Workshop naming it with the weekly hashtag (#AdventureChallenge this week).

'Sup, fellers. This is gonna be the last major update for Mariuccha, Alchemy Queen, as it's now officially out of its early access phase. Down below you will find a list of all the things i changed since the last version. In my previous updates these lists didn't include detailed descriptions of bugs, but this time i'll make an exception, since bug fixes comprise most of this update and i already added 99% of all gameplay features by now.
-Created Objects will now detract the correct amount of Materials when you create them. -Weekly and Daily Offers will now be displayed correctly when saving and loading a game. -The presence of a Permit on Weekly and Daily Offers wil now be displayed correctly when saving and loading a game. -Fixed the bug that would repeat required Materials in the Create and Requests rooms. -The amount of Materials needed to create certain Objects has been rebalanced. -A text glitch regarding Explorers has been fixed. -A text glitch in the Requests room has been fixed. -The name of the Materials gathered by the Explorers will be featured on screen when they come back. -The last screen in the run editor has improved visual feedback. -A text glitch regarding Surprise Events has been fixed. -A proper loading screen has been implemented. -Changed a few lines of text. -Fixed a bug that wouldn't let the player travel from Kingdom to Kingdom. -Fixed a bug that would randomly set all taxes and prices to 0 after a weekend. -Added text that keeps track of the price increase selected before a run on Buy and Inventory rooms. -New quotes for Mariuccha and the Main Menu screen have been added.

Now, binding a switch to Turtle mode / Restart / Arm Switch will just work, button or axis. Nor more hassle setting the radio controller channels outputs.

Thanks everyone that reported bugs and sent me feedback, if you sent me something that wasn't fixed now, I'm still working on it, anyway, here's what on 0.1.2:
New: - Support for 4K, 8K and all the resolutions in between (I don't have a monitor that supports something above 4k so you tell me if it works) - Added a Bug Report option to send bug reports and feedback directly from the game!
Balancing: - Oyster enemies damage lowered by 20% - Bazoocrab damage lowered by 10% - Added a few tips on Map 1 to help in parts people where getting stuck a lot - Some changes made to Map 4 to prevent early access to later parts of the level - Added more items in Maps 4, 5 and 6 to make things a bit easier. - Ammo and scales don't get collected if player already has them maxed out (should be like this from the beginning, don't know what I was thinking)
Fixes: - "Continue Game" option doesn't crash the game anymore if there's no save\ - Chests and vases are now being correctly respawned - Elevators are now being correctly reloaded on respawned - Respawning after a fall doesn't hurt the player anymore - Shrimps and Little Sponges should respawn correctly - Armored Kraken not freezing after player respawned - Weapon sprites shouldn't be getting out of place now - Fixed collision in several spots in Map 4 where the player could go out of bounds - Fixed mouse sensitivity going too low if player died or enter a cutscene with the sniper rifle equipped - Fixed an issue were Killer Blow would still shoot at player after dead! - Game shouldn't crash as much on Map 4, those crashes are hard to figure out.

As You might know, we are preparing our Kickstarter Demo Version. The last months were very heavily loaded in terms of game optimization as system requirements were just too high earlier. Now we are almost happy with the results ;)
We have implemented various food sources and cooking recipes. Now Raga, our four-legged friend, can hunt small animals as well. We have made series of AI improvements and overall survival balance changes. We don't want to make our Viking constantly hobble through the island, but Ragnar should watch his steps as healing is cost resources.
We were improving the overall game world looks as well.
Our main issue right now is problems with the Save system as we need to properly keep a lot of game world and character equipment and status variables. We are polishing episode with rafting as well. When those will be finished and tested, we will have Kickstarter Demo ready.
Meanwhile, we are working on the full version of the game as well. Regardless of the Kickstarter results, our game will be released. We perceive Kickstarter as an opportunity to make our game bigger, better and longer with more awesome features and an authentic Viking castaway experience.

The expedition turned out to be a complete failure. Perhaps someone can be found alive.
Remember the stories of eyewitnesses who saw smoke puffs coming out of the hut pipe on the mountainside? The rumors were confirmed: it turned out that the alchemists began to work actively again. The tubes are cleaned up to crystal clearness, the burners are charged, the magical reagents are aligned, and the laboratory's activity is really renewed, and at what extent!
The flash, caused by the addition of a drop of water to the iodine-zinc mixture (an ancient alchemy method used to draw attention), informed the island that an ebullient activity begins in the walls of the laboratory that will last for two weeks. After that, the flame of the burner will go out, and the thick smoke will stop coming out of the pipe, returning the flow of time to its usual course.
Today at 4 p.m. GMT alchemists' lab will open its doors. From that time on, Summer tokens will be dropped on the battlefields. At the same time, a special exchange point will open in the Treasury, where alchemists will be exchanging Summer tokens for fractional ones.
The event will last for 2 weeks and end on Sunday, 27th of June, at 8:59 p.m. GMT, so hurry up to participate in battles!
