It's been quite a while since you last heard from us, but almost 4 years later this is it, we are thrilled to announce that we are working on a new game : Sbirz (working title) 🥳
The production of the game is going very well, and we partner with a great publisher to help us make this game even more awesome. Perhaps you've already seen things about the project if you follow us on twitter, and if you don't, we warmly encourage you to do so. 😉
What is this new mysterious game about?
In a nutshell Sbirz is a Platformer-Adventure game in which you catch hundreds of tiny creatures and use their unique powers to bring an ant-sized astronaut back to his home planet.
🤏 Tiny world 🏠 Giant House 🐞 Cities of Insects 🎮 Exploration, puzzle, action!
When will you actually see the game?
There is more to come very soon, because the world premiere is scheduled at E3 this year!!
The reveal trailer is ready, the Steam page is on his way, and we can't wait to tell you more. So stay tune, and make sure to watch the conferences... 👀
Hope you’ve all been doing great! Time surely flies fast, and before I knew it, it was time to start compiling this top 10 May post. I could probably go all philosophical here, say that life is fleeting, art is eternal, but don’t worry, I won’t. I’ll just share these 10 awesome paintings with you — I mean, that’s what we’re all here for, right?
As usual, please don’t get upset if you haven’t made it in top 10 (you’re still doing just great, I swear!), and don’t mind the order — this time it’s actually alphabetical, +1 to fairness, you know.
And, without any further ado, let’s get started (this time I’ve tried to come up with some captions, as promised)!
cookie the kat
I’ll be honest with you: I just like the cat from that meme, and I believe the cat likes it here too — who would enjoy a woman constantly shouting at them?
Dardo
I was born in the 90s, but this painting gives off such a strong 60s vibe — psychedelic culture, hippies, Woodstock… So strong, that I almost regret being born in the 90s.
HelloRakuen
I love Miyazaki, I love Spirited Away, and I love this mural — it’s bright, neat, and simply very well painted. Great job!
Leozinho
Don’t throw any virtual rocks at me, but I haven’t watched Adventure Time. But I’ve seen a lot of Adventure Time fanart, and this work is its great example. Extra point for the pile of spray cans — I really hope it was deliberate :D
Lullu
Can angry creatures be extremely cute at the same time? Sure, if that creature is Crabux! I mean, look at those eyes — you can see the reflection of each Earth’s ocean in them (okay, that’s obviously an exaggeration, but let me be metaphorical for once).
mellu
The colors mellu used for this painting are awesome, really. Just as the horse. Neigh-neigh!
Papalsa
This is a marvelous landscape where everything is at its own place: nice composition, awesome reflections, perfect color blending. If I existed in SuchArt world, I would definitely hang this one on my wall!
Soul's Respite
A very detailed, neat, and symbolic anime-style painting — even a default white background looks organic here.
Υojka
Omg, a sausage-cat and a bread-cat — I wouldn’t forgive myself if I hadn’t included them in this top. Well, here they are, and my conscience is clear.
ᛟ Liteforever ᛟ
Our last (but not least) work simply looks epic, doesn’t it? A knight, fire, a fancy sword… Let’s just suppose that a dragon didn’t get in the frame.
---------------------------
Alright, that’s it for May — hope you enjoyed all the paintings! Don’t forget to:
And wishlist the full game, ofc — we know that you’ve been waiting for it, so there’ll be a post regarding the release date and stuff really soon (most likely early next week), in which we’ll try to make the current situation as clear as possible. So yep, stay tuned!
Howdy, truckers! We don't talk very often about Texas DLC on our blog, as there is still a ton of work ahead of us to start hyping it too much. But we have assembled the largest team ever to work on an ATS DLC for this project, and they keep producing great stuff. Today we are delighted to share some of the landmarks and prefabs that you will eventually be able to spot while on the road in this massive state. Get your cowboy hats ready and let's jump right into it!
What comes to people's minds when you ask them to imagine driving through Texas? For many, it's the oil wells and oil processing facilities. The state is the leading oil producer in the USA; the new map expansion would not feel complete if we did not focus on oil processing and related transport when portraying it. Your future journeys may frequently bring you to various functional areas such as oil wells and oil service depots. In addition to the fractionation method we previously introduced in Idaho, Texas will also be using oil extraction by pressure. The service depots will be the source of oil well mechanical parts, which are a must-have since there are about 180,000 oil wells in Texas.
Apart from oil industry-related areas, there will also be an introduction of the first glass plant. Our inspiration is a state-of-the-art facility that boasts the latest inventions that redefine glass processing and prevent excessive pollution. You may also find it interesting to deliver to a warehouse used for transferring cargo between Mexico and the USA.
Texas is home to a great deal of charming architecture and there are many interesting structures that you will be able to spot while on your deliveries. Some of the structures have major historical importance, for example The Herring Hotel, which is the only one still standing of the three oil-boom era hotels built in the 1920s, or perhaps "A Tribute to Courage", a monument that is a statue of Sam Houston - army general and the first president of Texas.
These are of course just a few examples. There will also be a number of well-known courthouses, apartment buildings, arenas, university, a medieval castle (although not really an actual castle!) and... what’s that? Did you think we could forget about the legendary Texas Capitol? Never! You will definitely be able to see this landmark in the game as well.
We hope you have enjoyed an early look at what is coming in the upcoming Texas DLC. Trust us, there will be much more to show you in the future. If you cannot wait to pass by some of these buildings or feel the atmosphere of the ever-growing industry, don’t forget to add the expansion to your Steam Wishlist and stay in touch with all the upcoming news.
This week is a shorter update on the current discussion around the ongoing issues with the Xbox launch of the Resistance Update, but we also have more to share of what's to come!
As many of you know, the release of the Resistance Update is currently split shipped, with our Xbox community waiting patiently for it to hit the platform. We’ve been hard at work addressing those issues these past two weeks and have submitted another round of certification.
We have some preliminary results back and are actively working with Microsoft to assess those. We will know more in the coming week, as we don’t have a definitive result just yet. It is not the answer we were hoping to share this week, but it is, unfortunately, the one we have at this given moment.
Now that we’ve covered the “here and now,” we do want to continue on our promise of sharing more of what’s to come! We previously showed the early phases of the G79 Grenade launcher some weeks back, which has come along quite nicely. That’s not the only weapon in-store; we have two more that are nearly ready to be dropped into Östertörn and loaded into your arsenal.
The COM-10 SMG - This little package packs quite the punch, and you will even be able to creep up on unsuspecting robots with its attachments.
The S21 is also coming! This marksman rifle has been a staple of the military for some decades already, and it will likely be a staple in your loadout to fight back.
We’re looking forward to sharing more with you before the summer hits in full swing, so stay tuned to all our channels. These have been bite-size so far, but we are zeroing in more and more on a broader roadmap that we can share with you all.
