I'm a grown-up, which in 2021 means that I have a home full of plants, a Strava subscription I rarely use, and a deep feeling of shame I can't resolve. This latter detail was briefly soothed last night by cleaning my keyboard for the first time in two years, and fishing out an unheimlich mess of which only a small portion can be seen above. I am here, like your mum, to tell you to do the same.

Valorant's current Act is nearing its end, and Riot have revealed what to expect from the next one. Episode 2 Act 2 kicks off on March 2nd, introducing a brand new character with some very cool abilities. Astra is a controller who goes into a strange space realm to place stars which she can use to activate various abilities. I reckon she has one of the best designs for a Valorant character we've seen yet, and her kit sounds a whole lot different to anything the game has so far.

Making an exciting videogame trailer is easy, right? Just have a striking, original, and cohesive art style, combine it with an unusual concept and world, ground it with a set of compelling combat systems, and set the tone with a score that's mysterious and energising in equal measure.

No no, wait. What I mean is, Stonefly just makes it look> easy. This is a game about piloting a mech the size of a bug, flying among tree branches and boggy marshes to fight other bugs, and it's instantly one of my most anticipated games.

"I will not be involved with a corporation that values their customers and partners so little," he tweeted, concluding that "Doing business with [Google] is a liability."

Now it seems that the issue has been resolved, and Terraria is again on route to Google's beleaguered cloud gaming platform.

Arkane's next FPS game Deathloop looks absoltuely rad. Their new murder sandbox seems like Dishonored meets Hitman, and that's certainly no accident. If you thought you'd spotted some familiar skills in the trailers so far, you're not wrong.

Gather round, fellow Stardewbut fans. Here's another look at Roots Of Pacha, the farming and town sim that's Stardewbut stone age. It was looking cute and creative when I stumbled upon it last year and a new trailer shows off even more of its early civilisation inspirations. It's also just netted its requested crowdfunding campaign total within a day.
