I've not paid much attention to King's Bounty 2 because, well, it keeps being delayed. Hey, it's delayed again! But this time they're acting like it's the final delay, going as far as to declare a release date: August 24th. I'm still a bit disappointed that the latest in the hexy strategy RPG series looks so stuffy and serious, after the fun and foolishness of the games from a decade or so ago.

For the best part of 15 years, most LEGO games were The Characters You Like In Those Films, But Now In Brick Form. Will Arnett hadn’t donned the cowl yet, nor was Chris Pratt singing about everything being more than decent, so Those Films weren’t even LEGO films. I think that’s why I felt compelled to play LEGO City Undercover when it first launched on the Nintendo Switch prototype in 2013. It was something completely new from the people who didn’t normally give us something completely new.

The Kingdom Hearts series is coming to PC for the first time, exclusively via the Epic Games Store. That includes Kingdom Hearts 1.5 Remix, 2.5 Remix, the 2.8 Final Chapter Prologue compilation, 2019's Kingdom Hearts 3, and 2020's rhythm action spin-off Melody Of Memory. They'll be released on March 30th, so not long to wait.

Between now and February 15th, thousands of games are discounted on Valve's storefront.
