The dev time at Pineleaf Studio waste no time and we're delighted to confirm we've just released our 19th Hotfix for DwarfHeim with even more improvements! Details on build v0.10.4.18 have been included below:
_Bugfixes:_ - Fixed an issue with "Dwarf" showing in the VGX system instead of relevant key. - Improved pathfinding in certain corner-cases by removing tree's on Cliffside and Black Scar. - Possible fix for Friend-pass users getting disconnected during loading.
We've got more exciting updates on DwarfHeim including more improvements, more updates and the an update on DwarfHeim's Early Access Roadmap. 1. Add manual combat mode, the default mode is automatic combat, you can cancel the automatic combat by check in the lower left corner of the map area in the game, let our battle control manually. 2. Optimize some performance.
I'm sorry that I haven't updated it for so long. The author has been busy with work, including another free game "Pkuxkx" that the author has participated in maintenance. There is no time to update. I was free these days, so I immediately spent 3 days in "Pkuxkx" to update the team PK game like Battle Royale, and then the game immediately thought of this idea to update. The biggest problem with this game idea is the UI. Some ideas suffer from not having time to study UI design and cannot be implemented. The author has been developing new content to "Pkuxkx" for about 3 years. The author will continue to maintain and develop it when i am free.
We'll likely be using it to find beta testers when the time is right, but in the meantime, if you wanna hang out, get updates on what's going on behinds the scenes, or see everyone's cute pet pictures you're welcome to join!
- Added : Invite to alliance possibility in diplomacy panel. To invite a country to your faction, you have to send them 3 times your production in money + 3 times theirs. Example, you have an income of 1500, and you want to invite lets say Slovakia that has like 150 prod. You will need to make a 1 time payment of 3 * 1500 + 3 * 150.
- Change : When under water, submarines won’t see any tile around them / be blind.
- Fix : Winter harbour and destroyed winter harbour tile didn’t have the same orientation. - Fix : Paratroopers could still walk after being dropped even though they shouldn’t. - Fix : Engineers could walk on river tiles if they had 0 MP. - Fix : It happens that any campaign file that had the same name as another one would be the one being loaded. This caused issues with the soviet / German campaign, since some scenarios (Ex: Smolensk43) had the same name. This resulted in the game picking the first one it found, sometimes not the one from the good campaign. - Fix : Loading a game and some units would be in a ship but in a harbour. They would be kind of broken.

For this reason we’re excited to announce that on February 25th 2021 we will be publishing a free demo, giving everyone the chance to play the first few hours of the game with all four classes - in both single player and co-op – along with seamless migration of your character and progress to the full game.
Speaking of which, we have decided to move the release date of Outriders to April 1st 2021 (no joke!). We will spend this extra time fine tuning the game and focusing on delivering a fantastic play experience at launch.

We released mid-battle saves in the Beta branch a week ago. Now the patch is ready to become public. Moreover, we made a significant improvement in the stability of the game.
