Prison Simulator - Kai
Hello Guards,

We know that sometimes you experience some bugs in Prison Simulator Demo. We are working hard to fix everything and to make the gameplay smooth and comfortable.

We've got many messages about text issues. You could see ID instead of proper text.
We fixed this bug and now everything should be fine.








We fixed bugs connected to the prisoners' physiological needs. Now they don't do *you know what* everywhere they want to!

We have also changed many textures like Prison walls both outside and inside, floors and cameras!

During the festival you played our Demo many times! Thank you to all of you for that!
We've got amazing feedback from our community. It helps us to improve the game and just make it better and better.

I found many of user who played a couple of campaigns think that it is very easy to make a specific build. If you already edit your team like a “Dream team” from start, it can induce players to stay in their comfort zone. There is no reason to find units to make new combinations and synergy because they are already strong enough. (There is nothing lacking, so there is nothing more to do)

As s consequence the game will become repetitive and boring. The stronger the initial characters are, more the game becomes repetitive. So I decide to make starting units unchangeable. I hope user to experience a different play each campaign with different team.

But I also have a plan to make team editable with a different mode or different way in the near future.

Changes
- Decreased number of starting units from 7 to 4.
- Starting units are not changeable.
- At trial level 0, only 2 kinds of enemies show up for each stage and the number of kinds of units increase as trial level goes up.
- Increased default reward for stage clear from 4 to 5.
- The price of units at the shop is equal to their costs(e.g. Cost 3 unit = Gold 3).
- Reward units are limited to enemies who were opponents in the previous stage.
- Replaced the word "Skill" for unit to "Power".
The number of starting enemy units no more increase by trial level.
- Trial Level 1: The number of starting enemy units increases.(4) --> Stage clear reward decreases.(4)
- Trial Level 7: The number of starting enemy units increases.(5) --> The Health recovery of the hero decreases.(4)
- Trial Level 13: The number of starting enemy units increases.(6) --> The Health recovery of the hero decreases.(2)

-体力
体力会随时间恢复,同时也会因为活动而消耗。当饱食和水分任意项归零后,体力将会随时间流逝。当体力低于40时,将无法进行打工,此时需要入院治疗。
-饱食
饱食可以通过食物来补充,同时也会因为活动而消耗。闲置时,饱食的流逝速度较慢。
-水分
水分可以通过食物来补充,同时也会因为活动而消耗。闲置时,水分的流逝速度较慢。
-心情
心情可以通过食物来增加,同时也会因为活动而改变。闲置时,心情会随机增加或降低。
心情会影响打工的效率(暂未实装)
-精神
精神可以通过食物来增加,同时也会因为活动而改变。闲置时,精神会慢速增长。
精神会影响秘封旅行和神秘商店(暂未实装)


地图相关:已经实装了8个不同的可进入建筑物。每个建筑物的交互内容都不一样。


活动相关:
-探索
目前拥有近万字的探索对话,每一次点击探索,都可能触发不同的秘封组对话。
-购物
数百种不同的道具,独一无二的属性和道具描述,还有许许多多的小彩蛋等你发掘。
-打工
目前内置了数十种不同内容的打工途径,玩家可以根据需要选取,打工过程中,状态将不会变化,当所需数值不足时,将无法进行打工。
-娱乐
目前内置了数十种不同内容的娱乐途径,玩家可以根据需要选取,娱乐过程中,状态将不会变化,当所需数值不足时,将无法进行娱乐。
-医院
通过消耗金钱来进行治疗,即使金钱不够,也会通过扣除到0而进行相关的治疗。

GENERAL CHANGES

USER INTERFACES AND MENUS:
  • Fixed texts on the Friend System's status
  • Fixed an issue where you would see a blurry screen after leaving a server.
  • Added a "taunt preview" system on the Taunt Store page.
  • Added a bundle system to the Store. You will be able to buy a combination of items in just one click. 
  • "Mute" system improved. When you mute a player, that information will be stored until you restart your game (previously it would be reset as soon as you left a server).
  • Optimized HUD mouse input. This will help with performance. 
GENERAL FIXES & CHANGES:
  • Fixed an issue that would directly affect the melees' fire rates.
  • Fixed an issue where people could use the shooting system to abuse shooting macros. 
  • Fixed an issue that could cause players to spawn under the terrain upon leaving vehicles
  • Lowered the Slicer Zombie's total health.
  • Removed traps (Claymores and Bear Traps) from PvP servers.
  • Added training servers for everyone. This was previously only enabled for beginner accounts.
  • Fixed a major issue where players could climb up ladders through walls. 
  • Increased the health for the Zombie Dogs. 
  • Fixed an issue that would prevent some movements when your FPS was too high.
  • Added a few variations for Premium Account Subscription. You can now buy Premium for 3, 7 and 15 days as well.

  • Fixed an overlapping texture of a building that was causing flickering on the client.

CRAFTING:
  • We are starting to rework the whole crafting list and how the components work to make it easier to collect and make them more useful for players. 
    The first major change is with bullets and cases.
    • For now, you will have two types of bullets (versus 4 that you previously had): High Caliber Bullets and Low Caliber Bullets. 

  • The bullets you have farmed and stashed into your global inventory are going to get replaced with the new bullet types:
    • AR Bullets -> High Caliber Bullets
    • SNP Bullets -> High Caliber Bullets
    • SHG Bullets -> Low Caliber Bullets
    • HG Bullets -> Low Caliber Bullets
  • Empty Stanag Clip is now called Empty Assault Rifle Clip and can be used to craft magazines for any Assault Rifle.

  • Empty Winchester Clip is now called Empty Sniper Clip and can be used to craft magazines for any Snipers.

    • Reworked the minimap.
 
  • OTHER MAPS:
    • All the other maps have been removed from the Game Mode.
 

BATTLE ROYALE

GENERAL:
  • Fixed conflict of actions that wouldn't allow you to revive others in BR while holding meds. 
  • You no longer see the missions from the previous match in BR when pressing "Play Again". The mission never stayed available, but it was still shown as active.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the "sound muted" from the Lobby after the match starting. 
MAPS:
  • ARENA:
    • Removed the rocks where people keep glitching inside.
      • NOTE: Keep in mind, glitching is a bannable offense.
 

COMPETITIVE

GENERAL:
  • Added a small cooldown to the matchmaking system if you decline a game. 
  • Fixed a bug where a match would start when only 4 players were connected.
  • Reworked the matchmaking system to provide a better-balanced game. This system will now use a hidden "ELO" system, not just rank. 
  • Fixed a bug where your reward at the end of the match wouldn't pop up. 
  • If you are AFK during a match, you will not receive any kind of reward. 
  • If you leave a match in progress, you will automatically receive a loss regardless if your team wins or not.
  • Fixed a bug where you would drop your meds when buying a grenade. 
  • Fixed a bug that caused the competitive game mode to not show the updated rank in-game.
  • Fixed a camera issue in Competitive, when spectating. 
  • Added a mute and a report button to Competitive.
  • We have added new Ranks on the Competitive game mode.
MAPS:
  • CLEARVIEW:
    • Fixed the position of a trash can behind post office where you could get stuck.
  • VILLAGE:
    • Removed the little fences in front of the attacker spawn.
    • Removed the dead bodies from the sidewalks.
    • Fixed some small flying bricks.
  • CLIFFSIDE:
    • We have added a new map called Cliffside and will be available in the Competitive game mode.

CRAFTING:
  • We are starting to rework the whole crafting list and how the components work to make it easier to collect and make them more useful for players. 
    The first major change is with bullets and cases.
    • For now, you will have two types of bullets (versus 4 that you previously had): High Caliber Bullets and Low Caliber Bullets. 

  • The bullets you have farmed and stashed into your global inventory are going to get replaced with the new bullet types:
    • AR Bullets -> High Caliber Bullets
    • SNP Bullets -> High Caliber Bullets
    • SHG Bullets -> Low Caliber Bullets
    • HG Bullets -> Low Caliber Bullets
  • Empty Stanag Clip is now called Empty Assault Rifle Clip and can be used to craft magazines for any Assault Rifle.
  • Empty 9mm Clip is now called Empty Pistol Clip and can be used to craft magazines for any Pistols.
  • Empty Winchester Clip is now called Empty Sniper Clip and can be used to craft magazines for any Snipers.

  • We also reworked the crafting list. As previously mentioned, we want to make it as simple as possible. We removed a lot of recipes and some might come back in a later state when workbenches are fully implemented.

BASE BUILDING:
  • Base building will be disabled for the time being. We have come to the conclusion that its current state is not ready to be implemented and ended up being pretty useless. We will improve it and bring it back in now that we actually have the system working already.
MAPS:
  • OREGON
    • Fixed some terrain bug next to Ritzville.
    • Added workbenches around the map.
    • Oregon loot placement rework
    • Placed some interior inside empty buildings in Rio
    • Fixed some flying objects around the bridges
    • Decreased the amount of Super Zombies at the Airport
    • Added zombie dogs to all military places
 
  • COLORADO V1
    • Fixed a misplaced cliff next to Campos City.
    • Added some ways to climb up on the market in Clearview.
      • NOTE: We are not focusing on blocking places where you could go up easily, if people think they can use glitches or private server to go on top of something, then we are just making it available for everyone.
    • Adjusted the terrain at Glenwood Springs.
    • Added some collision walls around the Fire Station in Clearview.
    • Added workbenches around the map.
    • Reworked the minimap.
 
  • OTHER MAPS:
    • All the other maps have been removed from the Game Mode.
 

BATTLE ROYALE

GENERAL:
  • Fixed conflict of actions that wouldn't allow you to revive others in BR while holding meds. 
  • You no longer see the missions from the previous match in BR when pressing "Play Again". The mission never stayed available, but it was still shown as active.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the "sound muted" from the Lobby after the match starting. 
MAPS:
  • ARENA:
    • Removed the rocks where people keep glitching inside.
      • NOTE: Keep in mind, glitching is a bannable offense.
 

COMPETITIVE

GENERAL:
  • Added a small cooldown to the matchmaking system if you decline a game. 
  • Fixed a bug where a match would start when only 4 players were connected.
  • Reworked the matchmaking system to provide a better-balanced game. This system will now use a hidden "ELO" system, not just rank. 
  • Fixed a bug where your reward at the end of the match wouldn't pop up. 
  • If you are AFK during a match, you will not receive any kind of reward. 
  • If you leave a match in progress, you will automatically receive a loss regardless if your team wins or not.
  • Fixed a bug where you would drop your meds when buying a grenade. 
  • Fixed a bug that caused the competitive game mode to not show the updated rank in-game.
  • Fixed a camera issue in Competitive, when spectating. 
  • Added a mute and a report button to Competitive.
  • We have added new Ranks on the Competitive game mode.
MAPS:
  • CLEARVIEW:
    • Fixed the position of a trash can behind post office where you could get stuck.
  • VILLAGE:
    • Removed the little fences in front of the attacker spawn.
    • Removed the dead bodies from the sidewalks.
    • Fixed some small flying bricks.
  • CLIFFSIDE:
    • We have added a new map called Cliffside and will be available in the Competitive game mode.

Bullets Are Fatal! - Damn Pete
Many small polishments have been made in this update, mostly cosmetic.

Change List
  • Added "stomp" to tutorial.
  • Removed "Friendly Fire" and "Respawn Enemies" options from Settings.
  • Improved bullet trail shader.
  • Props now can be placed at different depths to create a better environment.
  • Tweaked the visuals of day and night levels.
  • Camera now clamps to floor at night-level as well.
  • Improved character collision logic in regards to walls.
  • Slightly increased size of trapdoors.
  • Slightly adjusted colliders on rock platforms.
  • Fixed bogus spawn points in multiplayer.
