Dark heavy clouds lumbered across the horizon, as the wind strolled among the trees. The old lady dabbed her brush on the easel, carefully capturing the pregnant calm. As she painted, a small figure darted into her house, and she sighed. "You're late today. I thought you weren't coming."
"I'm here, aren't I? After all, I promised!" Lisa chirped cheerfully.
Theirs was a friendship forged through a mutual love of painting and stories. The old lady spent her last days sharing her many memories with her young friend, memories of amazing adventures that she had recorded with her brush strokes. After the old lady passed, Lisa decided to relive the stories she was told, and, as time passed, began making her own stories. She would use her paints to chronicle all that she sees, to pass on forevermore.

Active skill 1: Birdy Blitz
Paints a bird that will flutter among enemies and attack them for up to 6 times.

Active skill 2: Colors of the Wind
Summons an array of dizzying colors, dealing damage to enemies in a medium area and Immobilizing them for 2s. This spell lasts for 5 s.

Active skill 3: True Beauty
The Chronicler draws inspiration from the colors of nature.
Increases Recharge/second by 10 for self.

We are happy to announce ...


Our next DLC for Below Sunshade and our largest one so far. Just like Heart of the Island, our new DLC will be free for all current and future owners of Below Sunshade.

I'll keep this post fairly short because Milestones will be released on the 10th November 2020 already.

• New characters and storylines!
  We're aware that the first few days on the island are rather slow and that a lot of players felt lost in what to do. Our goal with this new DLC, besides improving the whole game, is to focus on adding content to its early game.
  
  
• Milestone System!
  Found a secret? Cleared a dungeon or completed a Quest? You'll now be rewarded with Milestone Points when doings so. You can spend those on special perks with the following three categories: Combat, Exploration and Crafting. This allows you to play the game even more like you want.
  
  
  
  
• The Island revisited!
  We've been making heavy changes to the whole gameflow to reduce grind and make the game overall a more smooth experience. This includes a lot of bugfixes and QoL changes! No more slow movement speed after loading the game, no more flickering busts during dialogues.
  
  
• And more!
  New Enemies, dungeons, locations to visit. New scenes with existing island inhabitants. New Items and weapons to craft and completly new gameplay features.
