GetMeBro! - ondriss
Did you actually know that GetMeBro! supports full platform cross play. And even more, your can log in with your Steam account on those other platforms. This way all your progress, achievements, ranking will be kept in sync no matter where you play. You can keep hunting your precious steam achievements even if your are not currently behind your PC. Sweet right ? Or maybe you signed up for a tournament you wanted to play but your are not at home. No problem, just grab your device from your pocket and participate.



How to play on your phone:
  1. Get your device and download GetMeBro! from App Store or Google Play, You can also just search for a GetMeBro! in case you dont have the link immediately available on your device.
  2. Install it and open it.
  3. When you are prompted with a "Welcome" screen. Click on "Log in here".

  4. After you clicked "I already have an account" chose Steam login option.

  5. Login with your Steam account and viola, you are ready to rock.
Note: In case you already logged in with different account on you device and you whish to change it. Click on setting in the top right corner. There you can find red button "Change user", click it and login with your Steam account. Ideally restart the game after you switched accounts.

Cross of Auria - twitch.tv/Hardytier
Cross of Auria should be back online for all Windows players! Please restart Steam and allow the download to finish.

Somehow in the last update, the game files were excluded from the build. Due to this fix, the update will be larger than usual (~600MB). However, the total file size for the game remains the same since the last update deleted these 600MB worth of files.

I do see the comments and posts here on the Steam community website, but sometimes they do not give me notifications, which goes to them being unnoticed for longer than usual.

Our first post-launch update is live! 2.0.6 is a small update, but it adds a few neat features and finishes the last incomplete area. It also has a lot of bugfixes and minor quality of live improvements.

The following changes affect the full version:
  • The final "incomplete" area is now complete. If you know what I'm talking about, try entering that portal now!
  • Multiplayer will now check that the game version and mods match when joining a game.
  • Various multiplayer bugfixes - including issues joining by IP address.

These changes affect the demo as well:
  • Water now has a more natural flow and is easier to drain and plug leaks. Before, a single water tile would spread infinitely to any tiles left, right or below. Now, water will move and evaporate, so one water tile will never spread to more than one tile (and often less).
  • Game difficulty is now set per save, not globally. You can have a hardest difficulty save and a normal difficulty save without having to manually switch difficulty modes each time you load. New saves will be set to the last difficulty mode you used.
  • The Shift key is now an official, assignable "walk" key and has controller support. It also allows you to slow down blueprint placement for pixel-perfect placements.
  • Controls have been changed to a keyboard+mouse layout where you attack/defend with left/right clicks. C and Space still work as alternates, and you can change the controls in the options menu.
  • Adjusted the default controls for QWERTZ and AZERTY keyboards (windows only for now).
  • The game's FPS can be adjusted with the command line argument -fps x, and vsync can be turned off with -vsync false.
  • The auto-collect gameplay option now lets you change it to always auto-collect, never auto-collect, or set to default (auto collect unless overweight).
  • Other bugfixes and minor tweaks/improvements.

Going forward, I have some final backer rewards to deliver, and I am considering options for the hybrid path. I have also finalized the design document for my next planned game, which I plan to start once things slow down a bit with Aground!

GAMEPLAY
  • Balance changes:
    • Megaprojects under construction are now processed last in order to prevent economy stalls
    • Population now die from starvation much slower
  • Treasure changes:
    • Treasures drop resource caches
    • Treasures drop Shards
    • Treasures contain less Artifacts

  • New Artifact modifiers added:
    • Increased chance to add positive modifier when crafting
    • Increased chance to discover higher tier Artifacts in Treasures
    • +X% Increased amount of Shards when salvaging Artifacts
    • +X% Increased amount of resources dropped from Treasures

NITE Team 4 - Military Hacking Division - Anashel
Today, we are introducing a major experimental update to explore the potential of NITE Team 4 as a hacking MMO.



In the last year, we have established NT4 as a solid single-player and multiplayer game with hundreds of missions, hiveminds, bounties, etc… Today, we introduce a series of new features that are running on our persistent engine, the one behind many of our ARGs, including the Tender app from Paradox’s Bloodlines 2.


Here is a short summary of the various features you will be able to experiment:


This new series of experimental mechanics are being introduced in the world of Sec-9, a new faction you will have the chance to discover in the upcoming months. Last week, many players have reported weird hacking missions being offered on the bounty board by an elusive group named Sec-9. Set in a dystopian world not far from a mix of Ghost in a Shell and Blade Runner, this group will drive you deep in the world of mercenary hacking groups, rogue states and shadow wars where hackers like you are, by far, the most lethal assets.

WARNING: Sec-9 requires the Uplink-51 upgrade installed in your Goliath-7.



Sec-9 is an opaque organization. To gain entry, a player from the community who already has access to the Sec-9 config file will need to copy it to your Stinger OS. Once you have it, simply open the file from your Localhost and Sec-9 will become a new contact in your Uplink51 module. You will also have the required permissions to share the file to another agent and help the mission propagate throughout the community.

Agents do not need to be both online at the same time to share config files. You can ask for help in Discord and the Steam forums. We wanted to recreate the feeling of warez file sharing (May 2004) on IRC, for the older one who remembers those days...

For now, only Sec-9 config files in your Localhost can be copied between players.



Another way to gain access is via a community Twitch raid. Anyone streaming the game for 15 minutes with a minimum of 15 NT4 agents with them will gain the Sec-9 access file. Every minute, your viewer will also have the chance to roll on one of NT4 skins. If they win, a notification will be displayed in the right corner of your Stinger OS.





Early this year, we announced a migration of our backend technology with plans to delete all players info and remove our custom login system. These changes also included shutting down our newsletter and removing all Google Tracking. Basically giving us the ability to run all our operations with zero user tracking. Covid-19 has greatly affected our business, as it has affected so many of you also. We will keep you updated when we are ready to remove the log-in system.

I have added a selfplaying screeensaver. Start Screensaver installer to configure the application. At the end of the installer the Windows Screensaver option menu should launch (Tested in windows 10).

The Screensaver is a build of 2.2.5 and it loads settings from the launcher including Music and Graphical Theme, Graphics settings, Graphical Interface settngs. It is using the setting "Cheat" and therefore High Score is disabled.
