Mount And Blade Bannerlord cheats

When faced with a game like Mount And Blade 2 Bannerlord, there is always the temptation to cheat your way through it with the cheat mode. The cheats here don’t allow you to do anything you want, but what you can do is game breaking. (more…)

I was delighted to learn that not only is Realm Of The Mad God still a thing, but it’s still full of players and it’s as moreish as ever.

The perfect hybrid of action-RPG and bullet hell shooter is now being remade in Unity, to escape the curse of Flash and ensure future generations will know its terrible brilliance. You can play it for free right now.

Mount And Blade 2 Bannerlord companion

Recruiting people to your cause in Mount And Blade 2 Bannerlord is key to achieving your goals, whatever they may be. The most valuable people though will be companions, who are people you can assign roles within your army and who can be upgraded in similar ways to your player controlled character. Finding them in the first place is a challenge, but once you have them you’ll likely want more specialised companions.

Fallout 76 CAMP building

Building your own base of operations in Fallout 76 requires you to use your “C.A.M.P.” or the “Construction and Assembly Mobile Platform” (henceforth abbreviated to CAMP). As long as your CAMP is on a flat surface and not anywhere near established buildings, it gives you a home to make and repair items, and store all that junk you’ve picked up all around Appalachia.

CD Projekt Red look like they’re going all out on Cyberpunk 2077-themed hardware this year, as Steelseries have just announced they’re collaborating with the studio on a brand new collection of Cyberpunk 2077 Arctis headsets. Alas, the headsets in question are only variants of their Arctis 1 Wireless headset rather than my current best gaming headset champion, the Arctis 7, but if you were one of the lucky few to win one of the special Cyberpunk 2077-themed RTX 2080 graphics cards Nvidia gave away earlier in the year, then this could be just the thing to complete your Cyberpunk 2077 component collection.

With calendars wiped clean by the ongoing lockdown, another two virtual games events have announced plans to fill in the gap with showcases on Steam for the public to play demos and hear developers. Valve and Geoff Keighley’s official Steam Game Festival will return in June, and it’s probably no coincidence they’re claiming dates previously held by E3. And the Polish games conference, Digital Dragons will take its Indie Showcase to Steam in May, now that the physical event is postponed. I do hope event organisers will continue to hold virtual showcases for everyone even after in-person events resume.

First and foremost, yes, Rainbow Islands absolutely did come out on PC. Taito’s 1987 sequel to the far more ubiquitous Bubble Bobble eventually reached our waters some 17 years later via Empire Interactive’s Xplosiv label. All but another 17 years later, I felt absolutely compelled to give it another play, driven by the fondest childhood memories of spending countless hours in its super-colourful world.

RimWorld is a calamity simulator, where things can go so wrong so quickly that you’re left with everything on fire and Donald Glover looking confused in the middle of it all. You’re in charge of growing a small colony of newly landed pawns on a hostile planet, and everything from the elements to squirrels can take you down.

It’s great, but that’s not the only way to play. I’ve been looking around for mods that will give you a bit more control in all the chaos. That’s not to say things will be easier, as there are a number of mods that could result in more trying circumstances, but you’ll be playing RimwWrld with just a touch more information about what’s happening, and with some of the busywork dealt with. After a few hundred hours (you can’t play RimWorld for less than that), you deserve to have some help.

A standard run of Doom Eternal might take 15-20 hours, but you can cut that down to under half an hour with a few cheeky glitches and a whole lot of skill. IGN sat four of Doom Eternal’s lead developers down in front of a 27-minute world record speedrun to record their reactions and, well, it involves a whole lot of asking “What just happened?” The run by “Xamide” is impressive to watch in itself, and it’s extra nice with Id talking about the glitches, passing the blame, joshing about, and generally being dead impressed.
