Reflecting player feedback, I lowered the difficulty level slightly in the beginning of the game.

"Now the fastest mouse is retired at retirement, and has happy days."

[/img] Modified the phenomenon of skat

The fastest rat and moving walls were removed by one unit each. The difficulties of the early part of the process may have been somewhat resolved.

"The skateboard is not a rocket."

Modified the phenomenon of skateboard bouncing into the sky. Now, when you climb up the wall, the skateboard slows down normally without bouncing into the sky.

If there is any additional bug or modification, we will continue to update you. Thank you for your feedback. Have a good time. - HIGHLENDID

Lorenzo il Magnifico - Amintiri
Hey folks,

here's another small update with some new fixes for you:
  • Fixed error called CantHalfOddServantsBoost, which was related to not being able to add enough Servants while Excommunicated with the effect "You need two Servants to increase by 1 the value of your action;
  • Fixed instances of the AI taking too much to think (where "too much" meant from 5 minutes to positive infinity);
  • Machiavelli now works AND is displayed properly when his effects apply to harvests and productions. Say hi to Niccolò;
  • Some minor usability fixes around, including the missing "different" symbol from the board game when you're getting more than one Council Privilege.

As always, thank you for your patience and for your support!
See you soon :)
Thief Simulator VR - mattbnn90
Hey!

We've been a little quiet lately. We owe you a few words of explanation about what is happening in GameBoom VR.

We are currently still working on the Performance+ update that we announced. Why does it take so much time? It's because we carefully check every element of the game.

TL;DR
Thief Simulator VR requires very thorough code analysis. If you want to help - we invite you to beta testing. Details of the beta at the end.

Performance+:

What are we doing at GameBoom VR to make Thief and future games run better?

- We transform the map so that there is no place where your frame rate will drop. This requires repeatedly analyzing the map and adjusting the game for performance degradation.
- In addition, developers are redesigning AI to make it behave more naturally and without problems for CPU.
- We also deal with how objects in the game are displayed. Our new system [Universal Render Pipeline] makes the game offer more frames per second.
- We also decided to switch to the latest version of the Unity engine
-The previous light and shadow system has been replaced by a completely new solution. It is "friendlier" for VR technology.
-That's not all - developers are also rewriting the game code. In this way, we can be sure that everything will run smoothly, without "tiring" the computer.
- We also deal with shaders. In short, it's about the way the texture displays on the object. For example: if our "sun" shines orange, then what should the object in the game look like - brighter, more orange? We check, improve and optimize.
- Sometimes a strange situation may cause a decrease in performance - we collect data from you and check such situations. For this we force the game to "difficult conditions" to check what the game code does not cope with.

Beta-:

Now you can download the current version of the update, which should improve the performance of the game on your computers. How to download "beta-" files you will learn from this thread.

https://steamcommunity.com/app/1019550/discussions/0/1740010344366175625/

Remember to download “beta-”!!!

What information do we need from you?

The ideal feedback is:
-screenshot with FPS number
Frame times from SteamVR (Click three horizontal lines in the SteamVR window -> Developer -> Advanced Frame Timing
-Processor
-Graphics Card
-RAM
-VR headset

also the general impressions about the new patch - even without the all above - are very welcome!

And here is the thread where you can give us your feedback and share your impressions:

Stay safe,

Tabletopia - ardenissunset

The gods weep. Having been abandoned by their mortal followers who instead choose to wage war, their power is waning. As the last of their worshippers turn their backs on their once loved gods, they die. Their tears crash into the ground causing destruction and mayhem in their wake… but they also contain power, power to outrun death itself, and perhaps even the power to ascend mortals to godhood. Now war is waged anew, one in which a new pantheon is born.

Godtear by Steamforged Games Ltd. is a tabletop skirmish and area control game for two in which larger than life champions, already infused with the powers from these tears, come together to form warbands and face off to control those that remain. These powerful titans, along with their followers clash in a brutal game of war for those that love a bit of strategic carnage.

Warbands are full of Champions and their followers, and you get to choose which fill your warband. If you like to mould the world around you perhaps the Shapers will be for you. Want to get in your enemies face and deal damage? Slayers or Maelstroms are your best bet. Playing defensive is the role of Guardians. These different abilities ensure those who prefer different aspects of combat in games get to use characters that match their playstyles.

Designers David Carl, Alex Hall, and Steve Margetson have created an interesting premise of a game which manages to capture the turning tides of battle. Actions performed when combat is likely to be the thickest can get the richest rewards, but also carry with them greater risk. Defeat in one turn may be turned into victory the next.

Some skirmish games can be very restrictive about letting certain heroes/champions be fielded with others (Underworlds, Guild Ball, Blood Rage). Not so with Godtear. Want nothing but champions that can manipulate the world? You can absolutely do that. Thanks to each champion having its own followers, games are easy to setup and involve simply picking what champions you would like in your warband, what scenario to play, and jumping into combat.

Each of the scenarios not only offer replayability, but add features that provide a shifting landscape over time, often allowing a player who was defeated in a turn a tactical advantage to use in future turns. When coupled with synergy between champions the number of decisions you can make during a game is simply staggering.

Godtear is the skirmish game that you can pick up and play no matter what your experience with the genre is. While it has significant depth within its mechanics, the gameplay is incredibly familiar to those who are used to miniature combat in other games with grids (Pathfinder, Mice and Mystics, Descent), and so becomes easy to teach. It’s fun just controlling a single champion, but really hits its stride when you create warbands.

Find out if your warband has the strength to claim the tears of long perished gods to gain immortality… and beyond.

Until the end of the month of April Steamforged Games Ltd is providing an event where you can win the ability to choose which miniatures on Tabletopia get alternative digital sculpts! All you need do is play on Tabletopia and submit a screenshot of your game for a chance to win.

Stormworks: Build and Rescue - Deltars

Dear Stormworkers,

Many of you have been asking us for more information and transparency around the various components and details of how they work. It can also be a frustration when a component isn't working and you cannot easily tell why. We have been thinking about this carefully some time and are really excited to improve this area of the game.

In an upcoming minor update, we are adding a huge upgrade to component tooltips, to give players immediate in-game feedback on the internal state of components. This will make it much easier to understand how components work, what they are currently doing, and diagnose issues. This will make it much easier to build complex creations, but will also make it much easier to learn the vehicle building side of the game.

The new tooltips will show on components that have any kind of logic link. Information on all logic nodes except composite will be displayed (which contains too much info to summarise on a tooltip). This includes electrical state, fluid connections, etc.

This feature can be toggled from the options menu where players feel the information is overwhelming or not currently necessary.

We are looking forward to releasing this minor update soon and getting your feedback.

Our work continues on the next major update, which focuses on the career, simulation, and things to do in the world of Stormworks.

Do you have more minor update ideas? Please let us know using the "Request A Feature" in game button or in the discussion on this post.

Much love <3,

The Stormworks Developers
