You’d imagine that diseases would be more of a problem in the Fallout universe prior to Fallout 76. After all, there are few doctors in the nuclear world of the Fallout universe and the apples are probably incredibly rotten or irradiated by now. But radiation poisoning is just one thing to be aware of now, as other nasty afflictions can include diseases. (more…)

Not even an apple a day can prevent mutations, and while the mutations are hyper-unrealistic in the real world (you’re more likely to just die rather than grow a new appendage), Fallout 76 introduces new. So you’ll need to take different measures to prevent or cure any disease you may come into contact with. With the new mutations, it can be confusing as to which mutations are worth keeping and what the downsides may be. (more…)

It’s easy to say that Fallout 76 didn’t have the best of starts, but the game is now coming to Steam, along with the new Wastelanders update. If you have been holding off until now, we’re here with out updated guides that explain a ton of changes that have come to this online game.
It’s likely that you won’t be able to access the Wastelanders stuff until you’ve progressed through some of the base game, so here are some tips to get you up to speed. (more…)

It seems that many open world games have treasure maps these days and Fallout 76 is no exception. You’ll most likely find these by accident and should you follow the map to the corresponding mound, it will unearth some valuable treasure, including valuable weapons or armour, plans for said weapons or armour, and valuable rounds. Power Armor in Fallout is normally reserved for the Brotherhood of Steel, but its existence predates the bombs. That said, being their uniform of sorts, the Power Armor is seen either as a sign of hope or despair, depending on which side of America they’re in. In Fallout 76, the Power Armor is still where it was when the atom bomb dropped, stored away and waiting for those emerging from the vaults to take them. (more…)
Bethesda are hoping to repopulate Fallout 76. The newly released Wastelanders update brings human NPCs to their irradiated Appalachia, and the game finally launches on Steam, too. A whole year has passed in-game since the vaults first opened. The world has gained warring factions to side with, as is traditional in Bethesda games.
I’m enjoying how all the headlines around Artifact‘s upcoming comeback are about what it won’t do. It won’t sell you cards, and it won’t make you play on one lane at a time. ‘It won’t die in a fire like it did before’, promise.
We now know a lot more about how the revamped game will actually work. Random deployment is gone, with creeps spawning in predictable positions while Heroes can be plopped wherever you like. The infinite board is gone, too, as each of the three lanes can now only fit five units. This seems… promising?
Rick May, the voice of Team Fortress 2’s Soldier, has died after contracting Covid-19 virus. He was 79. He voiced several game characters in his career, notably Peppy Hare in the Starfox games, but he was best known as the growly, rocket-toting military man in Valve’s online shooter.

To get your own settlements in Mount And Blade 2 Bannerlord, the most direct way will be to lay siege to a town or castle. Doing so is extremely risky without having ample supplies and a high enough skill point rating in engineering, and that’s not counting other armies interfering in your plans.
There comes a time in Mount And Blade 2 Bannerlord where you must think about the next generation. In order to bring new life into the world, you need to seduce a partner. Luckily, this is one of the few things in the game that isn’t especially complicated to achieve once you know how.
