Minion Masters!

Last Friday, we launched our new Update Site for our upcoming expansion, Saving Jadespark Jungle! We'll have lots more to talk about it in the upcoming weeks, but for now keep your eyes tuned to the site for more reveals tomorrow.

We're looking for the best and brightest of Minion Masters players to join our PTR group and help us through feedback on future expansions and content!

As a PTR tester, you will test new content on the PTR and provide feedback for the Minion Masters design team through questionnaires and discuss feedback with the team directly in the Discord channel. Responses from the PTR testing group is an extremely important part of creating new content for the game.

To join, you must be able to write in English, be open-minded, and have time to test and discuss new cards, masters and other content with us. It is a requirement that you are open to testing new cards/masters through rigorous playtesting. You must also have a Steam account and be able to play the game on PC (you will have the full collection of cards at your disposal).

Fighting pays – whether you’re a high or low-level player! Complete the event’s daily missions and secure terrific rewards which even your other characters can benefit from.

**Event running:** 23rd January to 12th February 2020.

**Here’s how it works:**
* For high-level players: complete raids to clear the daily event quests.
* For low-level players: complete districts to clear the daily event quests.
* Earn coupons in reward which can be exchanged for some great event items from Yumi and Xivus!
* The coupons can be swapped via storage so other characters can benefit from them.

* added the ability to set the default target priority (unlocked after vision 3)
* added a "refocus" button for when you lose, it restarts the scenario but with slightly reduced stats (this replaces auto difficulty)
* refocusing will reduce the enemy stats by 5% each time, winning the scenario will increase stats by 4% (min stats: 70%, max stats: 100%)



* removed auto difficulty from the settings menu (it is now part of the "refocus" system)
* target priority is now unlocked much earlier (vision 1)
* reduced the duration of the "victory" and "defeat" pop-ups
* added tooltips and changed the wording on a few buttons
* rearranged some buttons on the scenario selection and in-scenario exit menus
* removed the "map select" button from the skills menu
* renamed "fall asleep" to "begin" (I just wasn't happy with how it felt. I will add better flavor text for all the buttons soon)



* increased water towers range to 3 (was 2.5)
* increased base wet slow to 30% max (was 20%)
* increased wind tower base attack speed to 8 (was 3)
* increased exp bonus from unspent skill points to +2% (was 1%)
* increased the difficulty of vision 0
* increased the difficulty of vision 1
* decreased the difficulty of vision 7

A hacker named "yearlast" hacked into the cyber system of the hypnotized guards, and modified their weapon system and intelligence system.

- When a player's gunshot is heard by nearby guards, fireworks will be set off above their heads.
- A guard may shoot ribbons of blessings instead of bullets randomly.

This event lasts from Jan.23rd to Feb.8th.



The following changes are made in this update as well, which will be kept after this event:

- Smoke Grenade's mineral cost is increased to 1 from 0
- Medkit's production time is increased to 120 min from 60 min
- Plasma Dagger's mineral cost is decreased to 3 from 4
- The mineral costs of Weapon Slot I and Gadget Slot I are decreased to 1 from 2
- Fixed the bug that some effects are stuck when Plasma Dagger's tech node finished development.

Now, Arcana’s Team Violet will play the tarot cards and see the future of Freestyle 2 court.

Violet has two different transformations.



You get to choose +8 to any additional attributes as a Bonus for obtaining Violet/VioletMajesty!



Violet has 3 passive effects that will really help you to win matches. Acquire +15 Training Points when you create any Violet character, Violet’s Fascination that provided +8 additional attributes and the Tarot’s Mysterious Power that give her additional stats during the match
when she transformed.

Aside from bonus stats, Violet has cosmetic items and his own All-Star World Card Set!





*Please note that can only add additional attributes on the Outfit and Shoes.
You may receive a set of cards randomly.

Violet takes possession of 7 exclusives motions



She utilizes the use of her tarot inside the court.





The character draws 1 random tarot card when transforming, the attributes differ to the random card she gets.



The Tarot Cards have their own different stat attributes depends on the position of your Violet character.

January 22nd, 2020 00:00 ~ February 4th 2020 23:59

Event Mechanics:

Purchase Destiny Glasses and open them for a chance to acquire a Level 40 Violet Character Package, Violet Card of Destiny Pkg, or a Premium Sub Attr.





After flipping certain number of Destiny Cards, it will be converted into a Faded Card that you can use to exchange a high quality item that could be a big help for your New SPC’s growth!



If you purchase and flip multiple cards, you can acquire more Mileage (Additional faded cards). You will receive a 5 bonus faded cards by flipping 10 Destiny cards while flipping 50 cards gives you a 40 bonus faded cards.



Each Destiny Cards has a corresponding rewards. Please refer to the image below.

The Avalanche is a high-tech plasma rifle with which energy beams and missile volleys can be fired.

Plasma weapons use a small nuclear reactor, a fuel cell or other advanced energy storage system to activate an electromagnetic accelerator that fires a plasma (matter with high energy and temperature levels) beam, pulse or toroid.

This weapon has two shooting modes:

Mode 1 (Left mouse button) -> Shoot a plasma beam that deals damage to enemies. The base damage of the beam is 44 points.
Mode 2 (Right mouse button) -> Shoot a burst of 3 plasma missiles. If the right mouse button is held down, the missiles can be guided for greater accuracy. The base damage of each missile is 178 points.

The base damage of each projectile increases based on the level points of each weapon and the statistics vary based on the selected improvement.

Upgrades:

- "Annihilation" Diode -> The Avalanche beam becomes more powerful, and a full salvo of 3 rockets hits for extra damage.
- "Cataclysm" Autodiode -> The Avalanche beam becomes more powerful, and rockets are launched in automatic mode.
- "Disruption" Diode -> The Avalanche beam is extremely effective against NPC and mode targets, and a full salvo of 3 rockets hits for extra damage.
- "Sabotage" Autodiode -> The Avalanche beam is extremely effective against NPC and rockets are launched in automatic mode.
