A brand new update for Prime World: Defenders 2 is now available! Here goes the full list of new features and fixes that will take place right after you download the new patch.


Defenders, we have some really exciting news for you! Right at this moment, the best engineers of Praya are working on the new exciting towers — mythic ones! These unique facilities are so high-tech that only level 70+ players can cope up with them!

To make new towers work, engineers need a rare resource — red crystals. In the nearest future, you will be able to obtain them during special events for level 70+ players!

What is more, soon especially powerful mythic Heroes will reach Praya! You can hire them for red crystals only.

Forewarned is forearmed! Collect red crystals in advance. Get prepared for the arrival of the mythic heroes and towers!

In the nearest future, you will be able to obtain red crystals in special events made for level 70+ players. Since mythic towers and heroes are high-level content, red crystals can be received only by the players of the corresponding levels!
Mythic towers and heroes will be added into the game in one of the upcoming updates. The new entities will be obtainable through purchasing special boosters, that can be bought for red crystals.


Improved profanity filter work.

The Y4S3.3 patch will deploy for PC on Tuesday, October 22nd. For full details on the balancing changes, please see our Designer’s Notes.

With Y4S3.3 the MMR Rollback system is getting a few improvements that allow us to more appropriately target and address those who exploit the integrity of the ranked system. A drastic MMR change is a sign of massive irregularity and a red flag in our system. So we will now be resetting MMR for such players.

This means that instead of undergoing a significant change in MMR, players will have to redo their placement matches to get back appropriately on the ladder. Players who have their MMR reset will also not receive the seasonal ranked charm for their highest rank prior to the reset.

Increased Glaz’s rate of fire to 380 (up from 285)

TWITCH
Less fragging, more tactical dabbing.

Reduced Twitch’s F2 Magazine to 25 (down from 30)

WARDEN
Warden’s Glo Up.

Warden changed to 2 speed – 2 armor type instead of 1 speed – 3 armor


FIXED – Players can use a 3rd party hack to change other players’ operators.
FIXED – After switching from advanced to standard deployment, Attacker’s first breach charge deployment attempt gets canceled.

OPERATORS
FIXED – Blackbeard’s shield clips through his body when equipping while leaning.
FIXED – Hibana’s XKairos pellets can destroy other pellets deployed on the same wall even if they are out of the blast radius.
FIXED –Defenders can place a barricade or Castle’s Armor Panel over Goyo’s Volcan Shield.

USER EXPERIENCE
FIXED – Radio music doesn’t stop playing even when the radio is destroyed.
FIXED – Right clicking when in the scoreboard will cause player to enter ADS and the selected tab simultaneously.
FIXED – Mute text chat option does not work on LAN.
FIXED – When going into observation mode, SFX plays twice.
FIXED – My Rank UI tab now shows your current rank in the season instead of the highest rank achieved.
FIXED – Minor visual texture issues for Uniforms.
FIXED – Visual glitch if players switch weapons after rappelling.
FIXED – Menu UI visual fixes.

Hi all,

Another quick update today. We hadn't intended to update quite like this, but our great players are full of ideas.

Firstly, we've made it simpler to take objects from containers.

Providing you know that an object is in a container, and of course, it's present, you'll now be able to use TAKE [object], and the parser will attempt to guess the location.

So, if the sword was in the chest, and you'd seen it there, you could

TAKE THE SWORD FROM THE CHEST
TAKE SWORD (and the parser will fill in the rest.).

Of course, the normal rules apply, the chest must be open, unlocked and of here, etc.

Secondly, we've tweaked a few more commands, to widen the sentence structure you can use. E.g. SET can now be used to SET DIAL, SET FIRE and SET DOWN THE SWORD.

And lastly, we're still tackling the bugbear of small typos, which we're fixing as soon as we spot them or they are reported.

The waiting is nearly over! We are extremely excited about the launch of Crossroads Inn tomorrow!

You'll get a dozen hours of campaign mode, nearly endless sandbox mode and lots of fun creating your own unique inn!

Just to sum things up, here's a schedule for tomorrow:

1. In the morning (9:00am UTC) we invite you listen & watch a new exclusive song written for Crossroads Inn by Alina Lesnik, a singer from Germany, mostly known for her metal, folk & soundtrack covers on YouTube. She was already featured in the The Surge 2 game OST recently and now she performed an exclusive song for our game! Video will be released tomorrow on Alina's channel!

2. In the afternoon (UTC, exact hour to be confirmed soon) we will definitely stream the game on Steam, so you can see the progress we have made lately.

3.In the evening (around 7:00pm UTC) we will post "Let's play video" with the devs. This clip will explain Campaign mode prologue (we assume most of you will start the game with Campaign mode) mechanics.

4. Aaaand finally...

Kraken Unleashed team

The pairings for the first round in the KARDS World Championship are ready!

During the past three weeks we have seen amazing qualification matches. More than 300 KARDS players fought hard to reach the top 64 spots and to proceed to the tournament round.

Congratulations to these 64 players! They, together with the top 64 players of Season 6, are set to compete in the KARDS World Championship Tournament during the first three weekends of November. The semi-finalists will then continue the fight for the World Championship title in Iceland in December.

Round 1 of the tournament takes place on November 2 & 3 at 7pm GMT. Here is the pairing of round 1:
