A brand new update for Prime World: Defenders 2 is now available! Here goes the full list of new features and fixes that will take place right after you download the new patch.



3 new league Towers added:
League Prime Injector — its damage bonus to nearby towers is 20% higher than ordinary Prime Injector’s.
League Purifier — its effects last 20% longer than ordinary Purifier’s.
League Horrifying Tower — it is 20% more powerful than ordinary Horrifying Tower.

You can obtain them only during the time limited event.

6 new Heroes are added into the game:
Sesha (special) increases damage dealt by Toxic Tower and Prime Cannon, along with the Slowing Tower's slowdown power.
Stalker (special) increases damage dealt by Assault Tower and Stone Tower's toughness.
Soul Catcher (rare) increases the efficiency of Accursed Tower's and Accursed Bastion's curse and damage dealt by Spirit Tower. Can’t be hired alongside with Faceless.
Maiden (epic) increases damage dealt by Tower of the Sun, Deadly Prime Cannon, and Detonator.
Mimi (epic) increases damage dealt by Flying Smasher, Stun Tower, and Purifier. Can’t be hired alongside with Tearaway.
Fanatic (legendary) increases Sun Rays', Magic Light's & True Vision's time of action. Can’t be hired alongside with Healer.



2 new languages support added: Japanese and Hindi.



Fixed a number of in-game descriptions.
Prime Arrester and Prime Thistle no longer gain bonus characteristics when merging.
Now you can read full descriptions of the cards available at the daily rewards calendar.
If the Hero cards are upgradable, ‘Up’ ribbon will be displayed above it.

Hi @everyone !
We sent the update of Be the Ruler: Closed Alpha to the Steam.

What we did in this update:
- We fixed bugs that you reported to us.
- We added the possibility to marry descendants of the king (at age 16 at least) to secure the inheritance, and also we added events to this system.
- We added new variations for management events.
- We added new graphics to special events.

We're working now on:
- fixing the new system,
- adding interfaces for player and NPCs

Warning: this version will delete your saves, you will start a new game.

Hey Steam fans! In our first dev diary, we'd like to share news about new screenshots and the first gameplay trailer of our upcoming game "The Heist," a narrative-driven cyberpunk noir interactive comic.

The gameplay trailer and the new screenshots reveal a glimpse of playable locations on Ganymede, one of the flourishing Jupiter's moons, as well as cyberspace in which one part of the game is set.



Glamorous Ganymede - Ganymede is situated in the richest and most orderly sector of the colonized System, but there is trouble brewing beneath its perfect façade.



Exclusive Gala - Wealthy politicians and owners of rich corporations spend their free time oblivious to the troubles of the poor. To relieve themselves of existential boredom, they throw excessive parties and organize costly balls.



Yusein-Takeda Corporation - Our protagonists are trying to steal a technological prototype from a research facility that belongs to the Yusein-Takeda corporation, one of the most influential corporations in the System.



Cyberspace - There are two types of reality in the universe of Sol Invictus: the physical reality and cyberspace. The dangers are very real and very deadly in both of them.



Difficult Decisions and Multiple Endings - The player will have to make difficult decisions and each of them will have a ripple effect on the outcome of the story. There are multiple possible endings based on the player’s decisions, which gives the game a substantial and varied replay value.

After I updated my working place with a 4k display I noticed that Timbertales had some issues with the high resolution. That said I started to create a fix for that and here we go:

- 64Bit client
- High resolution screens are now supported!

Balancing:
• Lochlan - Slam AOE range and push pushback reduced, Warsong slow increase

• Cap-x02 - Barrier duration and length of the barrier increase, Artillery strike aiming speed increase, AOE slight decrease, time to transition in an out of turret mode reduced
• Schröder - Virtual Strike initial movement speed increased
• General: 2 and 3-star ball throw champs had their max throw distance reduced
• Decision: ball throw charge reset after dodge stays for the foreseeable future

Details

New Onboarding
The tutorial has been reworked completely and happens in two major steps called Basic Tutorial and Advanced Tutorial. The Basic Tutorial now focuses on teaching new players the basics like it used to and additionally explains and teaches special skills and pickups.
The second step, Advanced Tutorial is a 2 versus 2 match against a rather weak tutorial AI.
The player needs to complete both steps in order to unlock Quick Match, Custom Match, and Free Training.

Free training is essentially the “old” playground without any tutorial. Here players can test out each champion, even the ones which are not unlocked.

After a new player has completed their first Quick Match they will be rewarded with 3000 Steel and the unlocking of Daily Challenges. The 3k Steel reward replaces the initial Steel amount each new player account starts with.

These changes will only affect new players who log into the first time after the release of update 0.7.2

Surrender
Players can start a surrender vote for their team to end the match early. The surrender option becomes available after half of the regular match time has passed, currently at 2:30. For the surrender vote to pass the whole team needs to vote in favor of surrender. A match that ends via surrender is counted as “lost” for the team that surrendered no matter the score. Both teams receive their XP aliquot to the passed match time.
Surrender does not trigger the leaver penalty.

Custom Match Bots
Players can now play with bots both as team members and opponents in custom matches. Like real players bots can be assigned to each team. This new feature also makes it possible to play with uneven player groups.

Champion Balance Changes
- Lochlan
  • Slam had it’s AOE range reduced by roughly 20% and it’s pushback reduced from 8 to 5.5 meters. Additionally, the pushback direction has been adjusted slightly so that opponents get pushed back away from Lochlan rather than to the side.
  • Warsong had its slow to opponents increased from previously 30% to now 45%.
- Shani
  • Lightning strike no longer deals damage and it’s AOE range was reduced by 50%. FYI expect more Lightning Strike changes in the future.
- Acrid
  • Rampage movement speed increased from 10 m/s up to 11m/s. For comparison sprinting speed is 12 m/s. Additionally, Rampage had it’s collider radius slightly reduced from 2 meters to 1.8 meters.
  • Putrid discharge had its pushback increased from 1.5 meters to 3.5 meters. FYI there is a high chance that we make some changes to this skill in the near future as we are not happy with the fact that a direct hit rarely results in a successful ball steal which feels kinda “meh”.
- Cap-x02
  • Barrier duration increased from 2 seconds up to 2.5 seconds and the length of the barrier was increased from 4 to 4.5 meters
  • Artillery strike aiming speed increased by roughly 15% additionally it’s radius was decreased from 5 meters to 4.75 meters. The time to transition in an out of turret mode reduced by roughly 15%
- Schröder
  • Virtual Strike initial movement speed increased to roughly 90% of virtual strike top speed which should fix the initial drop off in speed when transitioning into the virtual state.
- General
  • Ball throw power decrease by 2.3% for 2-star ball throw champs and a 6.3% power decrease for 3-star ball throw champions

Our current Campaign will end on Thursday, October 3 at 12:59am ET (04:59 UTC)! You still have one week to participate and win some awesome rewards.

October is all about Fall and of course Halloween! With that in mind our October Campaign will appropriately feature spooky crew: M-113 Creature 4* for the Standard Rewards track and Protomorphosis Barclay 5* for the Premium Rewards track (at tiers 20, 40, 60 and 80).

Crew highlights:
- The M-113 creature is the only super rare crew with the specific DIP/SEC/SCI skill combo, and brings a variety of traits alongside some Star Trek: The Original Series nostalgia.
- Protomorphosis Barclay has a rare skill combo with SCI/ENG/SEC, coupled with a high science core.

This campaign will start on Thursday, October 3 at 1am ET (05:00 UTC) and end on Thursday, October 31 at 12:59am ET (04:59 UTC)!

Please note that the Premium Reward Track for a specific Campaign can be purchased at any time during that Campaign, up until the very end – and even once the Campaign has ended! If you decide to unlock the Premium Reward Track after already unlocking regular Tiers of rewards, you will retroactively receive all of the Premium Rewards for those Tiers.
