Having monitored feedback on the game there have been some concerns raised about it being a little too grindy, so we've made some balancing tweaks aimed at reducing friction a little!
Balance
- Unlock gold costs reduced (tier 1 from 5k to 4k, tier 2 from 10k to 8k, tier 3 from 20k to 15k) - Tier 3 unlock level requirements moved down from level 14 to level 12 - Reduced the requirement for story chapter 2's goal down from 6000 gold to 4500 gold (and take 3500 gold rather than 5000 gold upon completion) - Reduced the requirement for story chapter 12's goal down from 50000 gold to 35000 gold - Reduced the requirement for story chapter 14's goal down from 100000 gold to 75000 gold - Cart repair cost for normal difficulty reduced down from 4 to 3 - Reduced the chance of getting attacked at all target ratings aside from 1 - Reduced the speed adjustment to chance of getting attacked - RegularVisitXP increased from 20 to 25 - TrainerXP increased from 200 to 300

This week-end has been an active one. We've reached not one, not two... But SIX Achievements, unlocking two Social Rewards at once!
The Wallpaper Pack, which can be found on our Website. Please keep in mind that a lot of these are Mood / Research Environment Art, and may not appear in the final game. They were created to help us visualize the world of Solasta and its different Biomes, and are not necessarily representative of what you will find in-game.

It's been a tad quiet around here while I was busy getting a nice update together for everyone. The upcoming version 1.02 comes with a new game mode, a new convoy and more!
If you're eager to play that before it's publically released then check out the PREVIEW channel and give these changes a spin.
But for now, let's have a peek:
Custom Game mode
This brand new game mode can be unlocked by playing three games. You don't need to complete them, you just need to make it to the final screen. If you have already played that many games, simply finishing one more will unlock it!
And what is Custom Game? Well, it allows you to select up to 4 modifiers to activate for your run. This means you can tweak your difficulty and flavor how ever you want it. And to make that even mroe fun I've added a few new modifiers, some of which will also be available in the Daily Challenge!

The Pioneers convoy
Another new piece of content is a brand new convoy. The Pioneers are ex-members of the Union of the Five Fingers that have split off to build a new home free from the oppressive regime.
This convoy is all about armor and obstacles and will even feature a UNIQUE fourth perk that you do not need to unlock and that will influence every fight!
Six new cards
Aside from that there's also been 6 new cards added to the game, a lot of balancing changes and other tweaks. The final change log will become available on Wednesday and feature some more details!

The focus will be completing the current 20 levels, squashing bugs, buffing all of the gameplay elements used to a high sheen, tweaking the UI and so on, until the game is ready for its full release.
Post-release, you will be invited to submit ideas on new levels, bad guys, marble designs and so on. And as soon as those new levels are ready for testing, you will get on-going early access to these levels and features.
The first four packs of levels, featuring 20 levels each, are yours for free. We plan to sell these for approximately $7 each when they are released. Which means your effectively getting the game for $2.99! by buying in the Early Access phase. PLUS all the exclusive Early Access features listed above.

20 Levels of action in the initial release
Each level needs a combination of speed, marble rescue and gem collection to win.
Cunning AI-driven enemies will try to thwart your progress!
Special powers allow your marble to Jump, Brake and Turbo speed.
Pit yourself against a range of challenges, including perilous ledges, jumps and pinball table elements (Plus more!).
Unlockable Marble Skins, achieved by rescuing your marble comrades, try to collect them all across your adventures.
Unique Marble skins, some unlocked in-game, others available from the Steam store, will allow you to expand your Marble collection and express your individuality.
DLC Level packs, will offer further tests of dexterity, quick-thinking and speed.
We are delighted to announce that the colourful co-op railway-building game Unrailed! is out now in Steam Early Access!

Hello, we have made a decision that will condition the future of the project: migrate to the latest version of the Unity engine that we use for the development of Triton Survival. It is not easy to adapt all the libraries and get everything to work correctly, but after a few days, the results are positive.
This migration will allow us to benefit from a new system of terrain creation, with greater options and better performance, which will undoubtedly allow us to create better scenarios.
We are looking forward to finishing the last game update and show you soon the results we are getting.
