I'm writing this article for a new feature to be added to the game, now you can access all the patch notes from the main menu:

v.1.1.0b Patch Notes

- Fixed the issue where some thorns did not close and the thorns would go into a weird animation.

v.1.0.9 Patch Notes

- Fixed issue where players who choose a difficulty level different from normal go to normal map after finishing 1st world

- When the camera disappears, it fixing when you press the "p" key twice ("start" if you are using a gamepad), don't worry, it's a rare occurrence. We hope to resolve this error soon

- We've refreshed the menu's background and now looks more aesthetic, and when you buy and activate the DLC, it will open with a darker background.

- Correction of some errors
 
- Added news feed feature, now you can view new news without having to click anywhere, thanks to the news feed feature between the menu buttons and the game's logo, for now it may not be very satisfying visually but i will design it to appeal to the eye more in the future.

- Chapter selection screens have been refreshed, now locked chapter appear in black and white.

- Passed level can no longer be played back (I didn't want to bring this feature, but I had to bring this feature because of possible progression lost)

v.1.0.4b Patch Notes

- You can see the additional functions of the menu buttons with the mouse.

- Import your save and statistics in the demo version to the full version

- The mouse wheel function on the load game button has been removed

- Your past statistics are automatically deleted when you press the new game

v.1.0.4 Patch Notes

- Completely renovated backgrounds

- Switch new story presentation model

- Now you can access the settings menu within the game

- Additional info boxes added

- Informational texts were enclosed in a transparent frame

- Minor changes in some level

- Performance enhancement

- Fixed the character block jams (that is, automatically dying, if it does not die, you can load the last save by pressing r)

- New mechanic has been added to the blocks for jamming condition (only when the foot part is jammed in the block).you can get rid of the block, but if your body gets stuck there is no chance of getting rid of it)

- If you have a save game, if you press the new game button, you will ask if you're sure

- If you start a new game while you have a saved game old statistic will be deleted

- The save system has changed, the old save system was based on the version of the game

which is also new update when the new file is saved, the save file is corrupted based on
new updates will not affect save file

- The explosion effects were bigger when you killed the bosses and the new explosion effects added

- Water physics improved

- ice breaking effect added when the character hits ice

- Fixed bugs of the shield form to pass through some blocks

- All images in the chapter selection screen are compatible with the renewed images in the game.changed

- Added 14 new achievements

v.1.0.3c Patch Notes

- Fixed a bug that prevented the pause data from being deleted when the game was stopped from the stop screen

- Fixed the problem that the bomb didn't stop on the desert floor

- Optimization improvements (even if it's as good as you can play on a toaster:))

- Fixed a bug that prevented the language from being changed after it was selected

v.1.0.3b Patch Notes

You'll remember that we had an unfortunate problem with the v.1.0.3 patch, but we solved the problem as quickly as we could, and released the 1.0.3b patch, and we added an window mode option for those wishing to play with the window mode to apologize for a small apology. I wish everyone good games

v.1.0.3 Patch Notes

- Performance enhancement and minor bug fixes

- Score features added to the game

- Steam leaderboard (high score) feature added to the game

- You can view the menu with high scores through the game steam interface we added a button

- Small changes have been made to the settings menu design

- WASD control options added

- Desert floor was added to the game (v.1.0.2 was added but due to some errors a little late)

- A minor bug in platform physics has been fixed and a small change has been made (we hope you like this change)

- Added a small playable field to the menu (special powers in this field
you can try)

- Visual updates have been made in some intermediate forms of the character (eg: in a pink bubble when they get the shield power)

- 4 pieces of achievements added

- Some colors are very eye-weary as a result of your feedbacks
we noticed, we changed the color palettes in the 5th and 9th worlds, the same. I think the new colors reflect the atmosphere better. Also interesting we are preparing for a surprise

- Levels 6, 14 and 27 were changed. (We heard that level 6 is straining you.
so we decided to make it easier. (we want to make hard levels but at the same time don't want to undermine your gaming tastes.))

v.1.0.2 Patch Notes

- Floor models changed

- Fixed bugs in the counters and now appear in the pause menu

- Resume button deleted in pause menu, now executes this function esc key

- Background color and font color in pause menu changed

- Added a new function to the game load button, with the mouse wheel
you can delete the ini file when pressed

- 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 8th, 9th boss level difficulty
increased

- 21st, 27th, 44th level edited

- Fixed issue where 7th boss does not appear transparent

- Added 5 achievements

- All images in the level selection menus have been changed

v.1.0.1 Patch Notes

- The v1.0.1 update that we have promised is finally ready and you will be able to play with v1.0.1 when you install the game, let's see what we did in this update:

- We've added 10 steam achievements (we'll add more in the future)

- Now the version number appears in the upper left corner of the menu

- Visual update to help and exit buttons

- 3 counters added to the game, gold counter, killing counter and death counter (for now there is no place you can see but you can view the counters in the game in the next updates), we don't have any visible effects in the game for now but we aim to make these statistics more effective in the future

The Rogue deals an average amount of damage, but a high critical chance makes him a great choice for players who like fast and memorable fights.



This hero’s main weapons are daggers and throwing knives (normal and poisoned). He can also steal from enemies during the fight, and duck out of the enemy's sight in order to deliver a sudden and very powerful blow.

Now that the new resource system is in place it is time for me to start working on the next big update
The Industrial Revolution



This new era requires a lot of building models like this cool old school factory and this is a good opportunity to remake all the existing houses so the overall game art will be consistent for the final release. This is the big focus this month.



The previous models were really nice but I always wanted to make models exclusives to Deisim and to put the same amount of love and work to each culture despite my obviously biased european point of view. It was really difficult to find models for some specific needs and it forced me to abandon a lot of ideas.



Thanks to your support the game sold enough copies to allow me to invest back in the 3d models and to pay an artist to make new buildings for the game. The idea is to have something inspired by existing historical buildings and so more historically acurate than before as you can see in theses preview images.



I hope you will all appreciate theses new models and all the diversity they will bring to the game. I can't wait to let you see them in VR in the next update.

Industrial revolution will bring not only bring a new evolution for each culture but also a way for the player to add non renewable resources that will be used by the humans to produce advanced goods. This will be explained more in details in another dev diary. Don't hesitate to tell me any idea you could have regarding to that in the comments below.

Dinosaurs Prehistoric Survivors - Arcupion Art
Hi everyone,

it’s been a while since we’ve posted a devlog. This is because we have a few things to say regarding part 3 of our campaign update.

At its core, part 3 was going to be one of the late updates for the campaign mode, introducing major refinements to the overall mode to make it comparable with the final version of the game.Upon working on it we realized that the campaign mode was a bit too empty, and one of the main reason for this is because of the lack of variety of dinosaurs present in the world.

Because of this, we have made the decision to extend our list of dinosaurs present in the game.

However, adding new creatures requires a great amount of time, this is because aside from actually working on making the creatures, we need to integrate them into the game world, which in turn required us to re-balance the game. Couple this with our recently added RPG elements and population system, adding creatures is much more time consuming than before.

Because of this we have come up with a solution and that is to use our pre-existing creatures as “bases” for our newer creatures. This would enable us to save a lot of time modeling and animating creatures from scratch while also having a relatively decent result.



The picture above shows our newly created dinosaur, the Daspletosaurus which is derived from the Tyrannosaurus sub-adult model. The sub-adult Tyrannosaurus had a very similar build to the Daspletosaurus which enable us to use it to create the model.

In order to further contrast between the two models, we have added additional features such as a broader head, more pronounced scales, and new color scheme to the Daspletosaurus to make it more unique.

We are fully aware that creatures created from scratch will always be more unique, however, from our standpoint, creating creatures from scratch at this moment is simply not viable, because of this we will do what we can to get the most out of our current method.

With the main problem discovered and resolved, we are now in full force to getting part 3 in to the public.

It must be noted that although we technically managed to cut development time, there are still plenty of things that needs to be done in terms of getting this update live, with most of that time being used to integrate the creatures and properly balancing the game.

Because of this, part 3 will come at a much later date than anticipated, and if everything goes accordingly, part 3 should be live around June and will come no later than early July.

Thank you so much for your understanding and support. We have come a long way developing this game and we will make sure that this game reach completion.
