Bugfixes
  • Fixed crash when rendering shapes with invalid details numbers

  • Fixed custom groundmodel not being loaded
  • Fixed Some utility function using default userpath instead of actual defined userpath (may have fixed issues inside the torque3D editor)
  • Launcher: Fixed open dialog failing to open on some specific configuration

The Minister of Updates wishes to report on the successful work session at the recent meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers.



Ministry of Innovations:
  • Added the ability to open Biometric Safes one by one.
  • Added the ability to view the full texts of appeals in the Floor 12 minigame.
  • Added the ability to remap the key to make Evan walk when using the keyboard.

Ministry of Game Balance:
  • Made the quest "Win or Die!" easier to complete.
  • Reduced the time taken to process forms in the Floor 12 minigame.
  • Reduced the minimal number of forms for the Floor 12 minigame.
  • Increased the reward for meeting the requirements of the Floor 12 minigame.
  • Changed the requirements for some clone professions in the Floor 25 minigame.
  • Added new professions for clones in the Floor 25 minigame.

Ministry of Bug Fixes:
  • Fixed a bug that could block the quest “The Escape”.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the Pause menu and Game menu buttons to work incorrectly on gamepads (PS4/Xbox).
  • Fixed a bug that caused the instructions for the Floor 12 minigame to be duplicated.
  • Fixed a bug that caused the main theme music to be mistakenly played when loading a save during the event in the 1st-floor Boss’s office.
  • Fixed a bug that could cause Evan to fall through the textures of the 25th floor office.
  • Fixed a bug where the character could sit in a chair during the arrest.
  • Fixed a bug during the quest “Past Mistakes” that could lead to the game process being blocked.

Ministry of Collateral Improvements:
  • Improved Polish localization.
  • The intro quote is displayed for longer.
  • Corrected and added voiceover to some game scenes.
  • Improved some game scenes.
  • Changed the order of newly added information in the “Profile” tab.
  • Changed the order of instructions for the Floor 12 minigame.

I'm burning alive. Literally. Every moment, every breath, every step for me is endlessly agony.

They’ve blamed me for all their troubles. “Since I am a witch, then burn me and the curse will be broken”, they thought. “Birds will sing and meadows turn green again. No pity for me. No mercy. Set me on fire”. It doesn’t matter that I treated the whole village. It doesn’t matter that they were begging me for magic. “Save us, we’ll be grateful forever”.

That’s how their gratefulness looked like. They tied me up and set me on fire. We made only one mistake that day. They didn’t consider the fact that I’m immortal. And I wasn’t expecting that someone would try to kill me.

I burned. I screamed. When I realized that fire can’t destroy me, I laughed. The fire gave me real power. I was fire itself that moment.

In the morning I rose from the ashes. Screaming. The pain didn’t stop. Since then I’m still standing in the middle of that bonfire.

But now I have the power.

I am the charmer of the flame.

I am Pyromancer.

And I will burn out the path to Death itself to regain rest and peace.

Avalon: The Journey Begins - NewHopeGames
Hi everyone, just warping in with an update here. I think it turned out fairly well. I managed to pack more into this update then what I originally planned. Full details below...

Avalon v10333

- Enhanced graphics with added shadowing on nearly all objects throughtout the entire game.

- Map Kiosks on space stations have been relocated to the top center just as they are on outposts.

- Arid moons have less flying creatures.

- More NPC types on stations and ships.

- Mousing over X on a planet surface or moon will now indicate that it's an artifact location.

- Mousing over stations, outposts or facilities in space or mini-map will now indicate the type of station or facility.

- Improved shield hit graphic and animation.

- As with all fighter groups, alien swarm fighter groups will now attack if hit by any player laser as intended.

- Other minor graphic enhancements such as flowers on forest or tropical planets and moons.

Hello! This small update fixes a crash that can occur during the tutorial, and adjusts the LuaJIT compiler to allow for slightly better performance.

- fixed a crash that occured during the tutorial's office expansion step if the player tried to move any object
- adjusted LuaJIT compiler settings to allow for better performance
