Several weeks ago, we sat down and planned out some short term content goals for the game. We set a target date of Dec 15 to release a number of new things, including enhancing existing content. More on our short term goals and a formal announcement of what we are releasing will come in the next few days!
One of the user stories we set up was this:
As a player, I want the characters to be more lifelike So they feel like they are really in the room with me.
Acceptance Criteria: When I interact with the Goddess, her eyes meet mine and they move realistically.
When the Goddess speaks with me, her lips move in sync with what she is saying.
In fact, we’ve actually had this goal all along, but as mentioned in our last post, we are slowly adding layers of improvements over time. This particular improvement jumped our list of features in large part from the consistent feedback from fans and reviewers checking out the game.
Deviant did a bunch of research on different programs and decided to go with LipSync Pro by Rogo Digital. He chose this tool because it supports both blend shapes and bone animations, and has a lot of extra support for gestures and emotions.
Eventually, we’d like to investigate Oculus Lipsync for Unity, because it provides real-time lip sync, which will make it easy for players to use when we release moddable tools, but not as much customization. We decided to go for the more robust tool for our own content, but will be looking to make it easy for you to mod in the future, should you want to create your own custom fantasies!
We had some awesome fans in the past who asked about ways to donate and/or support us and the creation of Concluse 2, and we'd like to share that we now have a Patreon. The Patreon is a way to support us in the form of a monthly subscription, while getting various rewards based off the amount pledged. Rewards can include access to patron-only posts (like behind the scenes looks at Concluse 2 development), early access to free games, access to exclusive games and game editions, beta access to paid titles, free download keys for paid titles, and even custom shirts and a place in the credits of our future games.

Update contents: - Updated fonts and display of numbers - Updated character skill displays within menu - Fixed an issue with VO audio when starting a game for a second play-thru

I'm proud to introduce the new era of Nary! The Undead Edition update is finally out!

Here's the Big List of Updates:
1. New, much more responsive Controls and Jump Mechanics.
2. A whole new Level and a specific Skill were added to the Game.
3. 3 Levels and Foes were re-drawn + the Boss was re-introduced.
4. Curses! Now Nary's Head can get one of 5 Curses that slightly modify the experience.
5. Tons of new Particles and other Visual and Sound Effects.
6. Slopes and new Obstacles were added.
7. Transformations! Players can now combine unlocked Items to turn into one of the two in-game Transformations.
8. Visual items! Some items are shown in-game now.
9. An Offer from a Stranger can now appear between the Levels and influence the Gameplay.
10. Menu and Game Start Menu are drastically changed.
11. New Modes were added + Items system was reworked.
12. I'm super sorry for that, but the old Achievements were removed and replaced with the new ones. I sincerely hate it when developers do that to the games I play, but just trust me that it was an absolute necessity.
13. The Story was completely removed because of how dumb it was, though there are now 3 interesting Endings.
14. A new Shop and its mechanics. Now Players can actually understand how to buy new Modes! :D
15. Cursor and Mouse Input were completely removed from the Game.
16. Trails were removed, now each shot has a Random one.
17. Slightly faster Loading Time that allows for generating new obstacles for each Head (life).
18. New UI and Herbs/Orbs system.
19. New Font was specifically created for the Game.
20. Loading Screen now says useful things.
21. Trophies Room is now much easier to understand.
22. Tutorial is re-introduced.
