Netcode optimization :
- The other players now have a more fluid movement
- AIs are sent in the netcode only between team players / optimization of their movements
- Economical system manageable directly from the president's menu

General optimization:
- The light and shadow engine is now directly and completely configurable in the settings
- Radar optimization
- Combat optimization

Fixed many bugs in the intro ,there are still one or two I couldn't find ,in case of major bugs do F9 then F11 to restart a new part

I added a tutorial to understand and use the HUD and the player's different menus

The radar now shows the current quest target and quest giver ,as well as the names of the different area exits by passing the cursor over them, more effective for those who are a little lost

I added a lot of quests and registration dialogues ,now just implement them and activate them in the game

Add 2 main characters with their dialogues and portraits

All slum maps were improved by filling them with numerous sprites and tiles, adding light and tags on useful buildings to differentiate them from the less important ones and give them lairs.

Hello!

There are some improvements to the gameplay. Also, we received a free set of VALVE Knuckles.
1. No unity splash screen.
2. New door animations to the main lobby.
3. Starting the game with VR device is now smoother, since there is no additional screen when you click on play on Steam.
4. Tested with Valve Knuckles and the game is working. However, the device models are not showing. However, you can complate the game using the Knuckles! :)

The sixth Global Event, Onslaught, is returning to The Division! Agents will have to adapt their playstyles around three global modifiers that change the pace of the game. Utilize three variations of special ammo to deal more damage!
  • Start: November 19th, 08:00 AM UTC
  • End: November 26th, 08:00 AM UTC
The following modifiers will be live during Onslaught:
  • Onslaught—Always active. Deal Burn, Bleed, and Gas effects to enemies in addition to normal damage. Reload to change the effect.
  • Savage Onslaught—Onslaught behavior, plus enemies are vulnerable to one effect type and resistant to others. Agents take increased damage from resistant enemies.
  • Brutal Onslaught—Savage Onslaught behavior, plus when two or more group members kill a vulnerable enemy within two seconds, each member can reload to gain a damage bonus for a single clip.
Agents will have an opportunity to earn the following Classified gear-sets:
  • Classified FireCrest
  • Classified LoneStar
  • Classified Predator’s Mark
  • Classified Reclaimer
The event works the same way Onslaught has in the past. The Oni, Smiler, and Ember masks will be available alongside weapon skins. Please note if you have already earned Onslaught's weapon skins, leaderboard caches will not yield new rewards.

Fair Deal: Las Vegas - Gronzraguer
In short we present the new update that brings new content and fixes several bugs.
-The tutorial has been added, accessible from options in the main menu.
-The stage 2 is already playable and its respective boss is functional.
- Certain sprites and animations have been improved.
- A couple of gameplay improvements have been made to balance the game better.

Damaging property used to have no negative effect because I didn't give factions to wooden doors, crates, etc. If I had, smashing a crate would have had the same consequences as stabbing someone to death. Oops.

Now property destruction will only decrease respect by 5% instead of 20%, and I went around the story file giving factions to lots of doors and crates. This means you have to start a new story file for the doors, etc. to have factions. I also made it so that you will only lose respect if someone sees you (like stealing).

Finally, I made the little wall outside the Pochutla Market near Leon taller and moved the cooking fire away. You used to be able to jump over that and skip to Chapter 3.


FUTURE PLANS:

Version 4.2 won't be out for a while, but I plan to address the performance problems and the memory crash problems that some people are having. It might be due to Windows 10, not sure.

I'm gonna try to release Brigand: Panama by New Years. I've got half the maps finished, as well as lots of the new items, baddies, abilities, etc. You can use bamboo to make throwing spears, smoking pipes, and fishing rods. There are also flamethrowers, homing rockets, bear traps, prox mines, other traps, new herbs, clams, and more.

Unfortunately, I have only just started on the actual character scripts and dialogue.

The 1990 Season Library has been updated to include custom player ratings (arm, range, run, etc.). In addition, corrections to splits stats were made, and the library options were optimized for accuracy. This season is free and can be installed directly from the Library Management Page.

Hello everyone,

Firstly, we would like to announce a new upcoming test this Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 18:00 UTC +3. The servers will be online for 24 hours. This will be called Pre-Alpha v3.1. It will focus mainly on the building aspect of the game. We would also like to announce that we are moving from the "Alpha" stage, into a "Pre-Alpha" stage. This is due to a few things. One being the complete re-vamp of the game going from 2.0 into 3.0, as the game is completely different and is quite far from being fully playable. This will also help give current and new players a better idea as to what to expect.

With the change into Pre-Alpha, we will now being doing more consistant testing, as well as mainting proper version notes. We will also be handeling bugs and feedback from you, the players, directly on the discord. Thus, the current version will now be 3.1.
