Chinese translation added!

Thanks to the wonderful people at Indienova, Project Gutenberg and Hakui Team have brought you Love Ribbon in the Chinese language! The latest update will contain everything here:

Just to fix a couple quick things!

Pig Eat Ball - Mommy's Best Games
Pig Eat Ball has finally hit "Alpha"!

That means all the gameplay, levels, and characters are in, but there's still some things to rearrange and big bugs to fix. But that also means we're releasing the game SOON!

If you backed the game long ago, please check your inbox, because I've emailed out all the Steam keys.

DwarfCorp - Completely Fair Games, Ltd.

Hi everyone, we just pushed a new version to Steam and itch, 18.08.05. We have a bunch of new features on the lineup for this build that we’re excited to share. The remaining months we have left are going to be focused on adding new features and polishing/removing some existing ones.
(More) Unique Dwarves


In previous builds, dwarves pretty much all looked the same. We decided that one of the major changes we wanted to make before leaving Early Access (in October of this year) was dwarves with more unique styles and personalities. We started by giving dwarves variations in hairstyles, beards, noses, eyes and skin tones. Dwarves now also have unique voice pitches.

By popular demand, you can now also assign dwarves custom job titles to keep track of them:


Some more Dwarf Interactions

Boredom
Dwarves now have a stat called “Boredom”. Boredom builds up while dwarves are doing boring tasks like digging or chopping wood. When boredom reaches its peak, dwarves will take a break and do other things. One of the hobbies we added in this build was gambling. When dwarves get bored, they may enlist other dwarves in a game of dice.
Healing
When dwarves fall unconscious due to injury or sickness, other dwarves may now care for them. Dwarves carry their fallen comrades to beds, and perform CPR on them until they resuscitate (or die).
Quitting
Dwarves will now quit their jobs if the situation is particularly dire, and leave the colony.
Blood Spatter


Blood now leaves semi-permanent marks on surfaces.
First Person Camera


Again by popular demand there is now a camera mode called “Walk” that allows you walk around your colony and look at your dwarves face-to-face in first-person mode.

  • Farming: Seedlings now grow in response to the biome they are in.
  • Accessibility: Added new colorblind accessibility mode.
  • Fonts: Rework font system to allow for unicode characters. This will make translations to other languages a bit easier.
  • Dwarves now quit when they get pissed.
  • Dwarves now get bored.
  • Dwarves now gamble when bored.
  • Dwarves now attempt to heal their friends when they fall unconscious.
  • Balance: trade is now a lot more common. Trade with the motherland is twice as common as other factions.

BUG FIXES
1. Fixed an issue that prevented Angie's Cheat card "Foreshadow" from working properly on The Bride's mirror images.
2. Fixed an issue that caused an incorrect UI display after opening the stores.
3. Fixed an issue that prevented Gamblers from hearing the destruction sound effect for the doors while The Corpse is using the Cheat card "Frenzy".
4. Fixed an issue that may prevent the stake sound effect from playing when a Gambler gains stakes.
5. Fixed an issue that caused the searching process to continue even after a Gambler has joined in a lobby.
6. Fixed an issue that caused more than one character's model to be displayed in the character selecting room.
7. Fixed an issue that caused an incorrect display of EXP bar after the character has reached the level cap.
8. Fixed an issue that allowed the Gamblers to move around if they open a store right before the end of a match.
9. Fixed an issue that allowed more than 4 Gambler and 1 Devil to join in a lobby.
10. Fixed an issue that allowed more than 4 Gambler and 1 Devil to enter a match.
11. Fixed the incorrect rendering of smoke effects in Hakka Tulou.
12. Fixed an issue that may cause the client to crash after a failed attempt to join in a lobby.
13. Fixed an issue that prevented the FPS drop from recovering.

1. Optimized the matchmaking mechanics.
2. Replaced the sound effect of pressing space key before entering the main lobby.

Now you can do targeting and race mssions on Venus and Mercury (a total of 4 new missions)! I have also fixed some bugs and improved the look of Mercury and Venus.

I hope you're not afraid of heights! Fly up to the top of the Mercury tower, where you will find the blue question mark that will trigger the Tower Target Drop, where you walk out onto targets, hit them, and fall down to the next one! Note that you will fall more slowly than normal because the gravity of Mercury is pretty low (only 0.38 G or 38% of that of Earth). If heights aren't your thing, you have many other missions to choose from!
City of Brass - UppercutEd


This week we're focusing on some new enemies for the early part of the game.

We already have a system for randomised enemy types per level, but we initially tuned that down to make the early game more consistent. The downside was that most people who die frequently in the early game only see the same enemies over and over, so we'll be mixing things up in the coming update.

So stay tuned for some new threats coming to the City of Brass.
