We hope you’re enjoying watching, remixing, and sharing shows in the Stream!
To help us stay more connected with our users and make Mindshow better every day, we’re testing a new feature that will have users sign in through Discord, Google, or email. This process won’t be perfect out of the gate, so we need your help!
The next time you launch Mindshow, you’ll be asked to sign in. Returning users can also opt to sign in at a later time. We’d appreciate your feedback on this functionality! Let us know if the experience was easy or difficult for you in the #suggestions channel on Discord . Thanks again for your continued support!
Release Notes
• Sign-in through Discord, Google, or email.

• Added interactive functionality to the flying saucer and green screen props.
• Updated shows in the new user experience.
• Fixed bug that prevented you from exiting a character after using the glue tool.

• Updated Remix button design.
• Remix button is now hidden during intro.
Known Issues:
• When using the Record Tools feature, performances with the Scale Tool or Glue Tool will not show up in exported footage.
• You won’t hear a voice filter when opening a saved show with a voice filter applied to a character.
• Small visual glitch on the Experimental Tools button.
• Props do not highlight when in grabbing range, you can still pick up the props however.
It's been a long while but I believe the game is as challenging as I originally intended it to be! I've also added a leaderboard to help the competitive players show off, because you just need to.
I hope this game aggravates you as much as it does me, enjoy the game!
Clicking the back button, pressing the "back" key, or closing the game while the "undo" banner is up will automatically trigger an undo; previously, they caused the puzzle to be reset in some circumstances.
There are tips that show up when you start the game. They reinforce important points from the tutorial, and also give some useful information that should have been made explicit before, but wasn't.
Version 1.5
This update adds two new features:
There is a new keyboard shortcut (Control, by default) to highlight neighbors of a tile.
The game will suspend drawing when not in focus.
If you have already bound Control to another function, then you will have to go bind something else to "show neighbors"; it will be unbound when you load up the game.
The behavior of the "show neighbors" key deserves a little explanation here. If you are currently hovering over a tile (either active or revealed), it will highlight all of the neighbors of the tile you are hovering over. If you are on the border of a tile, but your cursor is not inside of any tile, then the tile closest to your cursor will have its neighbors highlighted. This is to keep highlights from flickering on and off if you hold down the "show neighbors" key and drag the mouse around.
I hope this will not result in any confusion. Please let me know if you experience any issues with this update.
The Dread Ringer crew is happy to announce that today we’re launching the Dark Seas ship! We’ve battened down the hatches and are sailin’ out of Early Access. Join us in raisin' a mug o' rum to our fine crew and ye mates. What are ye waiting for, dust off yer puzzlin' skills and hit the high seas!
Parrrrty Like a Pirate
In celebration of our Full Release Launch we're going to have a series of blue grey tournaments and competitions. These festivities will culminate in the opening of the first large island, Melanaster, for blockade on July 14th. We suggest you start recruiting mates and making plans in Parley.
As part of our celebration, we're making the following update to Dark Seas:
Final preparation for today's Dark Seas release.
Brigand Kings that have been scuttled will not attack islands that were previously blockaded by a Brigand King in the past 5 weeks.
Shoppes that have been shut down by the governor will now be destroyed after 14 days, rather than 30.
Adding a slider to the Voyage Configuration panel that allows reducing the number of swabbies that should be hired.
Bugfix for a situation where Brigand King expeditions could create a target vessel weak enough to trigger the Black Ship.
Along with the changes above, there have been quite a few changes during early access including new servers, the new War Galleon ship type, and rewards for PvP. You can see all the changes here.
New DLC - Shadow Raider Pack

A hearty thanks for everyone who has sailed the Early Access seas and provided feedback. We’ve made a lot of changes based off of that feedback and hope to continue to do so in the future. So today we raise a mug o' rum to all ye fine mates who've stuck with us through the years!
Lately we have not published new news about the improvements of the game, we want to have significant progress before making an announcement.
We are currently working on improving the combat, since the current combat does not satisfy us completely, we want a more dynamic, fast and fun combat like hack and slash. This means that we have to redesign from scratch all the movement mechanics of the character and the enemies. At the moment it is very soon to talk about that, so today I come to show you another breakthrough that we are working on:
In order to have a better combat mechanics we are testing in the steam party implementation, where you can invite your friends to fight and advance in the kingdom of Talia.
By clicking on the + button your friend list is displayed and you can invite your friends while they have the game:
This automatically adds you to the party as a leader, leaving 3 more spaces for your friends, and once they are complete you can play freely in Conjuntalia:
If you do not have friends :( :griin: or if you prefer to play alone, you can do it normally.
Soon we will be publishing more progress :2018salienpsychic:, we still do not have dates about the publication of these updates.
The last few weeks we've been preparing for release working on this update. In this update we've implemented a tutorial which makes it easier for new players to get comfortable on the ship. Also we've added a singleplayer mode where the goal is to get the highest score on the leaderboard by sinking ship targets.
Besides these new features we've fixed a lot of bugs that were still in the game.
Here’s a detailed rundown of what has been added, updated or fixed this patch;
