Hello, thanks to your feedbacks here is our second beta patch.

Global game

• Ranked mode and casual mode are available.
  
• New players will now start with 13 medals instead of 4. New players will have more strategy options and veterans will face more divers team compositions.
  
• Player’s levels are not not shown during gameplay and draft. Seeing opponent’s level discouraged newcomers too much.

Balancing

We are aware of issues with a few team compositions including the Djinn / Sentry / Guardian / Fairy. We want to apply small changes and see how things will evolve and add more correction if needed later on. We especially think that the Djinn is hard to defeat in certain team compositions and with Heavy coat that’s why we’ll try a few changes. The Guardian can be hard to defeat and it’s one of the main issues with a few strong team composition now, reducing his resistance should make the use of the Guardian more tricky and less of no brainer tank. Heavy Coat buff was a bit to strong and not that fun to fight against, we nerfed it a bit and if needed we will remove it.

• Heavy coat now gives +2 health instead of +3.
  
• Djinn death explosion damage now deals 3 damages instead of 4
  
• Guardian passive gives him +1 resistance instead of +2.
  
• The Sentry can’t have more than 6 charges instead of infinite.
  
• The Knight has now 4 damage instead of 3.
  
• Fairy’s health is now 11 instead of 13.
  
• Fairy’s Wind is now a Melee ability.

Bug Fix

• Players will lose less points when losing a ranked match online.
  
• Energy Flask description is fixed.

The Arcade Mode is available now for free in the game!

- Challenge 7 different bosses.
- Receive a special rank at the end of the fight depending on how fast can you beat them. Defeat them as fast as possible to achieve an S Rank!
- Fight the bosses one by one or all of them in the Boss Rush Mode. You only have 3 lives in this challenge before its Game Over, so stay on your toes!
- The final boss of the Arcade Mode is a completely new secret boss, with its own musical track and stage.
- New achievements to unlock!

You can also challenge the secret boss on story mode once you have all the Patokens to watch an extra cutscene with his backstory.

There is a new update today with this version 2.3.

- Bug Fixes: On loading a saved game.
- Bug Fixes: Refresh values of the flashlight and computer battery levels when opening the inventory.
- Bug Fixes: When under the potion effect, FX is now removed after loading a saved game.
- Bug Fixes: Refresh and display correctly the values of the time and the battery levels on the solar panels screens.
- Bug Fixes: When eating rotten food and bad water, the damages will occur once you drink or eat, and they don't repeate anymore (you won't die from that).

The beginning of the game in the house is a tutorial level to get used to the control keys, the story, the gameplay mechanics and the inventory.

Once you have solved few puzzles and gather your first equipment, the game starts with the first mayan site. There are 20 different Mayan sites which are specific levels to collect 20 Mayan artifacts, each one with different puzzles, fights (or not), platforms and traps.

There are 12 equipment blueprints with 2 vehicles that you get through the story.
20 different crafting resources that can be collected in the open world.

Your friend Joanna will send you all the informations needed on your laptop, to follow your objectives. The world map will be unlocked once you discovered the city.
There are also 9 bonus sound tracks on USB drives to find in the city.

• You can now turn into any monster of the game! (Aside boss and the ghost for obvious reasons)
  
• New UI! (You will find that the new UI is very different from the standard ui, it's normal, we will integrate step by step a new UI much more pleasing to the eye and much more convenient!)

• A new transformation mechanic with sacrifice and new souls! You will need now :
  
•         1 - Create the transformation table
  
•         2 - Capture a monster with a capture gem
  
•         3 - Sacrifice the monster to gain dark souls
  
•         4 - Find Transformation Seal (you will find them into chest, it's temporary)
  
•         5 - Capture the monster you want, check what seal you need on the transformation table,               put the suitable seal and click on the seal button
  
•         6 - Congratulations, you can turn you into the chosen monster now by using the seal!
  
•         7 - You can evolve! Just put your seal (with the monster inside on the right and the monster who is on the superior level on the left (If you have a lvl 1 rarity on your seal, you need to capture a level 2 rarity on the gem)

After a very long time, a new update for Cubicolor has been released.

The game has been reimplemented from the ground up. Along with that comes the new controller support, which has been requested by many players since the game was released.

Being redone from scratch, it is possible that some bugs may arise which have not been there in the previous version. These will be fixed in no time. Notice, too, that this release is planned to be the start of a series of upcoming updates, which will improve the game's quality of life and fix some long-standing issues.

Unfortunately, this means that you will loose you current save files. There is no way around this, but the upside is that the game now finally stores your progress safely on your computer, so that it cannot get lost anymore if you reinstall the game. If you really do not want to start the game all over again, you are free to say so in the community forums and I will provide save files to match your progress.

Right now, only the Windows version is released. There are some minor issues with the Mac and Linux variants which will delay their release for a short amount of time.
