Since the modular base building is gonna take a bit longer than the other updates
we're going to post another patch jan - 18th with fixes, tweaks and some new stuff before the modular base building. So please report any issue you find and describe them as much as you can so we can get to fixing those before that date.

Character Relocation This must be the number 1 feature request. Nearly all of you have asked me to implement a way of moving characters from settlement to settlement. So here you have it!!
At the bottom of your character sheet is a new button. Pressing this will send your character to a free world Exchange Slot. (You only have 2 of these so if they are full this button will not show!). It will also create an Exchange Slot in the Settlement. As can be seen here:
When you switch to the world map you will see any characters available for exchange, in the top right of your screen. Clicking on a character will allow you to select any Settlement with an open exchange slot for them to move into. (You can also Right Click them to review their details, however you cannot change anything they have!).
There are strict rules governing how house slots are now applied. These are: House Deletion / Destruction 1) Any Exchange slot allocated to that house will now become blocked. A blocked slot will become free again once more housing is built. 2) Any homeless from this deletion will move into any other building that had an exchange slot available. Blocking those slots. House Creation 1) If there is a homeless Character in the settlement, they will move into the house first. 2) If there are blocked exchange slots, they will free up for each new character slot. 3) If there are no blocked exchange slots nor homeless people, you gain new characters as normal. Sending Characters Away. 1) If there are homeless, they will take the characters house slot and create a blocked exchange slot. Character Death 1) If a character dies and you have homeless or blocked exchange slots, a new family will not move in. Characters in World Exchange Slots 1) Cannot be sent on Quests 2) Cannot defend Settlements 3) Do not become homeless 4) Do not heal or suffer damage

Locked down the viewing of character sheets when outside of a village to reduce possible errors. You can now only use the customise feature, change equipment, scout and other actions while viewing a character within a settlement.
Losing a settlement battle now costs you 10 points on the doomsday clock.
Bugs
Fixed a loading 85 error
Tooltips in Character view were incorrect or missing on some buttons.
The Treasure Icon should appear quicker on the screen, rather than the current delay.
The merchant Icon should appear/clear quicker on the screen, rather than the current delay.
Fixed an issue with moving characters around the screen that would get them stuck on the mouse pointer.
Fixed an issue with the damage colour for characters not showing in a timely fashion from a game reload.

Passive – Spirit of Death Any time an Enemy God within 40 of Cerberus is healed, Cerberus receives 40% of the heal, and the Enemy’s heal is reduced by 20%.
Paralyzing Spit Cerberus’s snake tail spits venom that passes through and damages Enemies. If Cerberus’s dog heads are Alert, they then also spit venom when the ability is fired. Each head is alerted upon hitting an Enemy with a Basic Attack, and all are alerted after Ghastly Breath. Each projectile that hits the same target deals 20% less damage, but hitting an Enemy with all 4 Stuns them.
Ghastly Breath Each of Cerberus’s 3 heads releases a cone of noxious breath in front of them, damaging all enemies in range 7 times over 2.4s and reducing their Protections up to three times. Enemies in the center of his breath are also Slowed up to three times. This attack immediately puts all three of Cerberus’s heads on Alert for Paralyzing Spit.
Soul Expulsion Cerberus leaps a short distance forward, dealing damage on impact and severing the souls of Enemies. These souls will not block Cerberus’s attacks, and killing the souls heals Cerberus.
Stygian Torment Cerberus’s haunting wail summons below him the souls of the damned, which then lift all Enemy Gods into the air while stretching the link between their bodies and souls, Damaging them. A short time later, Cerberus uses this link to pull the Enemies to him.
