We know some players have experienced issues dealing with the "I agree" checkbox when opening the game. A version update to fix this will be released on Sunday. It will allow players to get into the game using the keyboard instead of checking the "I agree" checkbox with the mouse. It will also solve some glitches related to screen resolution and a few in-game keyboard shortcuts will be modified to make the experience more comfortable.

The Solorius Festival is here – and such an occasion demands some equally festive gifts. The holidays have got a lot in store for you as far as this is concerned – and if you take part in our big Solorius contest, you’ll have the chance of looking forward to some great ROCCAT Gear, a plushie Shugo and an AION mug!


What do I need to do, you ask? We all love the excitement of gifts. Choose one of the two categories and send us your creations before 31/12/2017! No matter if crafting is your thing or capturing in-game screens – there is something for everybody. Three winners will be selected for both disciplines.

• Add the subject line ‘Solorius Tree Decoration’ or ‘Solorius Postcard’ to your email.
• In your submission email, please include the email associated with your game account and state your character name and server.
• Allowed formats: jpeg, png
• Maximum file size for the images and screenshots: 5 MB (for the Solorius Postcard category).
• Maximum file size for the photo series/video: 200 MB (for the Solorius Tree Decoration category).

• Your Solorius tree decoration has to be photographed clearly so that it is recognisable.
• A series of photos or a video depicting the process of creation must also be submitted.

• We have deployed extra logging for those that crash upon launching the game client. This additional logging will allow our engineers to further debug the root cause of this issue that some of you are experiencing.
  
  • To be clear, we do not believe we have fixed it, but this update should get us better data about exactly why some players are crashing on launch, so please submit any new bugsplat reports to us.

I have had a report that the Glider on level 1 can leave without carrying the player making them unable to continue.
I have tried to reproduce this at various speeds unsuccessfully and had no other reports so far so I think the cause may possibly be a misaligned floor.
I am currently working on a patch which will insure this issue won't happen regardless and will put it out today asap!
