Stereo Aereo is back, and fully improved.

We’ve been working on a big update for Stereo Aereo, and are happy to release it today, along the PS4 release of Stereo Aereo (The game is also available on XBOX one) :)

To celebrate this epic milestone we’ve lowered the price of Stereo Aereo permanently from $6,99 to $3,99 and made the following improvements to the game:

• Content: New levels, 9 and 10: Stereo Aereo will have to face their biggest musical challenge yet.
  
• Gameplay: Patterns in all levels have been remastered, along with their songs.
  
• Boss fights: Checkpoints have been added on boss battle stages.
  
• Graphics: Cutscenes have gotten a mayor lift in animation and color.
  
• Overall: Improved performance and graphics.

I remember it like it was yesterday. In 2015 we happily walked over the Gamescom show floor, proudly wearing our The Curious Expedition t-shirts for the incredibly orginal game that we had been working on in our spare time since 2012. All of the sudden we stumbled onto this booth by this SUSPICOUSLY similar looking game called Renowned Explorers. For a brief moment we questioned our own sanity and wondered if we had actually forgotten that we had rented and setup a booth at this convention. It turned out that we had no money to do that and that it was actually an entirely different game by the folks from Abbey Games.

Years have passed since then, but the question remained: Who succeeded in making the only true expedition game on the market? (Spoiler: It's The Curious Expedition obviously). For some reason the answer does not seem obvious to everybody, judging from the countless people having confused us with Renowned Explorers over the years.

Asura Vengeance Ver.28965 is now live. Below is the patch log:

• Increased the cost of items and upgrade in Vengeance Mode.
  
• Damage and health of enemies will increase incrementaly based on the wave number.
  
• Khandit (Split shot) Shastra will not work with boomerangs any more.
  
• Added Inventory in Arsenal/Shop tab of Vengeance Mode.
  
• Fixed an issue wherein Asura would pass through the walls in Vengeance Mode.
  
• Removed the number from icon of those consumable items which do not stack.
  
• Fixed an issue wherein the game on rare occasions would not load the subsequent level.
  
• Fixed an issue wherein item chest would not drop any items.
  
• Fixed an issue wherein Asura on rare occasions hover above the ground after walking through an elevated path.
  
• Fixed an issue wherein the controller joystick would not work in Score Screen.
  
• Fixed an issue wherein learning more than 10 passive skills in Vengeance Mode would cause errors in the game.
  
• Fixed an issue wherein Range weapon in Vengeance Mode would transfer to Campaign.
  
• Fixed an issue wherein Feats in score screen would be in ratios.
  
• Health is now Capped at 45.
  
• Gold is now capped at 1000.
  
• Increased the cost of weapons n the Arsenal of the Vengeance Mode.
  
• Increased the cost of upgrades in the Arsenal of the Vengeance Mode.
  
• Enemy Health and Damage will scale in Vengeance Mode much more efficiently until late game.
  
• Weapons can now burn along with armours. (Only in Vengeance Mode)
