It has come to my attention that a lot of people did not enjoy the grid-based movement. I've changed it to free-form which means you can frolick around free as a butterfly. I also fixed a small crash with light objects being picked up.
We are currently working hard to get more documentation and a sponsored server list.

Optimization patch just went live! Not a very content-heavy patch, but I'm sure some will appreciate this:
-assets are now being preloaded, and more projectiles like balls are being recycled in memory, so the game should run noticeably smoother on older machines now. -balls are now seen traveling when stolen by max, and added a little animation when you pick up a ball:
As a side note, we've met our dev timeline for our first few patches, but it looks like our next map won't be polished/ready for release by next week, so that date will be pushed back until we are really happy with the map. I also swapped the dates for updates v0.6 and v0.7, since we realized that would make much more sense. Get excited for the content coming soon!

We're less than a week away from launch! That's so terrifying and exciting at the same time!
This was a long journey. Almost 3 years in development, with a team that grew from 8 to 15 along the way. It is certainly a bigger step to our small studio. Considering that you guys liked Knights of Pen & Paper and Chroma Squad, we hope that you'll enjoy a lot Galaxy of Pen & Paper.
