Due to the specifics of the Chinese Internet segment, we decided to create a separate gaming cluster for users from China. By excluding external traffic, we hope to increase game quality and reliability. Also, the Chinese gaming community will receive its own rating list, where players will not be mixed with outside world.
Transit to new servers is planned in the near future. Until then, the new cluster will function in test mode. Players' data corresponds to the state of 08:00CST 21.06.2017.
We ask everyone to participate in testing the new infrastructure and share their impressions.
To connect to a test cluster, you must select:
PS: to evaluate the network lag, only team mode will be available for testing

The engine is roaring. The town is behind me now, miles of the road stretch into the distance ahead of me. And all around there is just pristine nature. Land of Enchantment is New Mexico's nickname, and we are doing our best have it reflected in our new DLC.
We’ve created a new set of local flora: new shrubs, coniferous trees and over forty new terrain materials (grass, clay, stones). There are tons of new rocks and stones shaping the scenery. Fantastic horizon panoramas created from scanned templates abound. Note the great-looking streams, the map designers are also very proud of the dry and muddy riverbed created with decals.
A picture is worth a thousand words, enjoy the beauty of New Mexico in our screenshots, currently in development for American Truck Simulator!

Like I say, I'm thinking about redesigning or replacing the default weapon (currently the charge laser). If no one's particularly attached to it, I'm considering either removing it completely and making the SMG the default weapon again, or replacing it with a completely new weapon/redesigning it beyond recognition. I personally find the charge laser not very fun to use. If you like the default weapon as it is though, let me know.
I'd also be interested to hear any thoughts on what qualities the default weapon should have, such as:
Infinite ammo or not? The charge laser currently has infinite ammo, but is limited by recharge time. I'm currently feeling inclined to impose ammo limitations on the default weapon again, in order to promote more movement and also force use of different weapons.
It makes sense to me that the default weapon should be easy to use, in order to make the game more beginner friendly. It'd be interesting to hear what people think makes a weapon easy to use. I'm guessing high rate of fire full auto weapons.
