Counter-Strike: Source - Valve
Updates for Counter-Strike: Source, Day of Defeat: Source, Half-Life Deathmatch: Source, Half-Life 2: Deathmatch, and the Source SDK 2013 Base have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when you restart the game. The major changes include:

  • Improved Steam Voice support
    • Removed sv_use_steam_voice convar. Steam voice is now selected via "sv_voicecodec steam"
    • Fixed demos not properly recording Steam Voice status, resulting in potential corrupt voice in demos with differing default settings
    • Will now use the native Steam Voice sampling rate, instead of clamping to 11kHz
    • Improved compatibility with Steam client beta
  • Added CELT audio codec currently in use in TF2 and CS:GO
    • Server operators may enable use of this codec via "sv_voicecodec vaudio_celt"
    • Steam voice remains the default voice codec in all SDK2013 games
  • Updated spec_player command to match recent improvements in TF2
    • Now accepts partial player names, Steam IDs, etc.
  • Fixed security issue reported by Amat Cama via GeekPwn
  • Fixed security issues reported by Justin Taft from One Up Security, LLC
  • Updated engine with recent stability and bug fixes from TF2
  • Updated handling of game language setting to match Team Fortress 2 behavior:
    • Steam per-game language setting is now properly honored and syncs with the in-game setting
    • In-game UI language now honors above language setting, rather than improperly using the Steam client's UI language setting
      • Users wishing to have separate UI and audio languages may pass -audiolanguage on the command line
  • Updated the localization files
  • [DoD:S] Updated custom loading error dialog to include numerous tweaks and fixes that have previously been applied to the base version

* Updated the top bar net worth indicator to have three states, when its below 5k (shows nothing), above 5k (shows >5k) and above 15k (shows >15k)
* Networth graph now updates immediately, rather than being delayed by 10 seconds

* Fixed issue where toasts from a broadcaster the user/caster had not selected would incorrectly display
* Fixed crash when closing the broadcaster menu in certain cases
* Broadcaster toasts will no longer broadcast automatically when pressing the 'Enter' key inside the text entry

- Changed the top bar net worth indicator to show percentage of total net worth and only display when a team has a lead larger than 2k gold
- The Network Information display now shows packet loss for both incoming and outgoing network traffic.
- Fixed a bug where moving certain items around the courier's inventory would interrupt its current action.

* Added new hero health bars which display hero level. The emphasized thousands health bar ticks have been reactivated.
* Fixed a number of bugs with spectating Siltbreaker games.

  • Fixed UI not displaying the "Searching..." panel when queued for competitive matchmaking
Dota 2 - Valve
* Restored Ranked All Pick to normal state
* Fixed a case where channeling would not be interrupted correctly with a non-stun interruption on the very last tick of the channeling duration.
Team Fortress 2 - Valve
An update to Team Fortress 2 has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart Team Fortress 2. The major changes include:

  • Added Arms Race 3 community medals
  • Added FBTF Cup 6v6 Season 4 tournament medals
  • Players who leave a Casual or MvM match for any reason cannot be re-matched into the match in question for a few minutes
  • Players who are vote-kicked from a Casual or MvM match cannot be re-matched into the match in question for several hours
  • Fixed Competitive match history sometimes appearing as empty when connection to matchmaking servers is lost
  • Fixed a crash when exiting the client
  • Fixed teleporters teleporting players that respawn or change team during the teleport animation
    • This fixes an exploit possible when playing on some "instant respawn" community servers
  • Fixed the Neutron Star unusual effect being occasionally displaced after the player respawns
  • Fixed Rescue Ranger bolts healing disposable sentries in MvM
  • Fixed some text in the UI only displaying the first character on OS X and Linux
