WARNING: Due to some more big changes - this patch will obsolete previous saves again. ___________________________________________________________
- Fixed an issue where the game would crash when salvaging two entities one after the other.
- Fixed an issue where loading a game would lose track of which grid positions you have visited.
- Put the version number on the main menu screen - in the bottom right
- Added some informational notes to the options menu.
- Increased the amount of time ammo sticks around from killed crewmembers so ships can be boarded for ammo more intuitively.
- Fixed an issue where the key binding to open the captain's menu would sometimes be replaced with the 'p' key instead of the default 'BACKSPACE' key. ___________________________________________________________
I'm going to make this build live at 2:00 AM CST 06/02/2017.
Once again, continue to let me know of any problems you are having. If it is a crash - the best thing you can do is post your Windows crash log for me. If I can't figure it out with that then I'll probably ask for a save file.

New tool: Aperture Anti-Gravity Generator: Equip your kittens with the ability to turn off gravity on nearby objects! Combine it with the kitten cannon to make you feel like you are floating in space!
Sparkles! Whenever you destroy something, you will now earn sparkles. Sparkles are used to purchase new abilities! You keep unlocked abilities forever, even when you switch levels.
Level unlocks! Once you unlock a level, you may return to it at any time!
Star system! Put your skills to the test and attempt to get all the stars in each level!
Balanced strength. It's now equally useful to speed, and even better when combined!
Ragnar's Strength Ray remajiggered. Simply point where you want the cats to go, and pull the trigger to have them jump there with a huge burst of strength!
More hints to the overarching story!
Less lazy kittens. Sometimes they would stare into la-la land for a few seconds. What were they thinking about? We will never know...

Reverse thrusters no longer supersede forward thrusters.
When a player attempts to exit the game before losing all lives, it is now a request to forfeit their session/score instead of exiting to the title screen.
Machine Gunner achievement is now obtainable.
Only scores greater than zero qualify for leaderboards and local high score listings.
Players no longer spawn when other players are in the way.
Small adjustments to gameplay balance with respect to enemy spawning.

Acid reflux and acid puddle will no longer crash when targeted right underneath the player.
Fixed a bug causing equipped abilities on forms to change on their own sometimes when scrolling the forms window.
Fixed an uncommon titlescreen crash.
Resolved an issue with players being able to despawn themselves by possessing the cat merchant before his intro triggers in new game+. The intro cutscene will now no longer trigger if the merchant is dead, missing, or possessed.
When the game generates a card with favored form "lich lords" it no longer generates a message reading "Loved to be a lich lords".
You can no longer cast possess on the chimera.
Zombie minions no longer trigger the zombie tutorial.
Entities
Chimera's power and strength reduced slightly.
Environment
Cratefish per crate decreased again.
GUI
The shop's buy and sell tab now only use a single column. The buttons to sell all epic, legendary and unique equipment have been removed.
Miscellaneous
A forced garbage collection now occurs when switching game modes and when zoning between floors. This should help mitigate intermittent framedrops from garbage collection.
Added code which will (hopefully) detect crashes on load on some systems with certain AMD GPUs which falsely report support for WGL_EXT_swap_control_tear. This code will force run the game with the '-novsync' command line argument the next time the game runs after this type of crash.
Options
Pixel perfect rotation option now defaults to off.

Added a tutorial that explains destroying bookshelves completely does not yield any additional loot but is fun.
