An update to Team Fortress 2 has been released. The update will be applied automatically when you restart Team Fortress 2. The major changes include:

• Added the Cold Snap Coat to the End of the Line Community Crate
• Fixed a client crash related to ragdolls
• Fixed a client crash related to the material system
• Fixed the backpack panel not highlighting the currently selected page number
• Fixed Halloween footstep spells being displayed for disguised Spies
• Fixed The Swagman's Swatter not being held by the Sniper for lower LOD settings during the melee taunt
• Updated the materials for The Peacenik's Ponytail and added a new style
• Updated The Li'l Dutchman to fix a jiggle bone issue
• Updated The Ghost of Spies Checked Past to fix a jiggle bone issue
• Updated Mann Co. Store prices for foreign currencies to current USD equivalents
• Updated the localization files

The good folks at Yogscast are hosting their annual Jingle Jam charity fundraiser, which has raised over $400,000 so far! Yogscast will be holding livestreams during all of December, with all the money they raise going to Doctors Without Borders, End Polio Now, Oxfam, Fauna & Flora International and Special Effect!

Anyone donating more than $5 will receive the TF2mixup Thought that Counts. If you donate more than $25, you will receive 14 games, including Awesomenauts, Mark of the Ninja, Magicka and Thomas Was Alone.

After the huge success of the last community-made update, we knew it was only a matter of time before some of you got together and tried to top it.

Introducing the End of the Line Update, featuring a whopping thirteen-and-a-half-minute long animated short, new cosmetics, a new taunt from the short, and an update page, all thought up and designed by the TF2 community. Awesome job!

During the End of the Line event, you can find and collect ducks from the corpses of your enemies. Badges are available for tracking your stats and comparing them with your friends. Happy hunting!

The ESEA Invite S17 LAN Finals, boasting a TF2 prize pool of $16,880, hits Dallas, TX this weekend. North America s best TF2 teams will duke it out in a double elimination bracket starting at 10:00 AM CST December 6th and 7th.
