Worms Reloaded Update Released
Worms Reloaded - Valve
Updates to Worms Reloaded have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted. The major changes include:

Worms Reloaded
  • Prevented the user from entering blank or space filled names in the Intro Wizard
  • Prevented the player from selecting with the function keys while they are falling. This was the cause of an exploit which meant selecting the girder in mid air would stop a worm from falling
  • Fixed an issue which caused worms to continuously jump if pause menu was opened while jump button was pressed
  • Fixed a number of online crashes and made extra stability fixes throughout the game
  • Changed the player invite screen for Private Games. It now uses a paged list rather than a scrolling list and colours to more closely match those used by the Steam client
  • Fixed a crash which occurred if more than four players tried to join an online multiplayer lobby simultaneously
  • Additional improvements to the ready lights
  • Added file validation check on first run of new versions to ensure that no files are corrupted due to a faulty update download

  • Fixed server crash caused by a Scout using the Sandman on an enemy Scout who has used Bonk!

  • Added "Automatically respawn after loadout changes in respawn zones" option to the Options->Multiplayer->Advanced dialog
  • Fixed a problem with the Lugermorph model

  • Fixed typographical errors
  • Fixed error regarding the naming of the "brick floor" and "ruins floor" options for the shop
  • The reputation level of the shop with 'normal' customers (such as old men) now increases properly in both Survival modes
  • Adventurers should now properly equip any upgrades sold to them.
  • Adventurers will no longer attempt to wear two hats at once.
  • The crashes some people have been getting when the game attempts to play sound are fixed
    • if you are not getting sound, please ensure your sound drivers are properly installed and ensure your user permissions allow all programs to access sound hardware properly
  • Fusion requirements have been extensively reworked
    • lower-level fusions in general should be easier now, and some of the highest requirements (such as 50 Fur Balls for the Panda Suit) have been drastically lowered. Note that level 4 and 5 fusions are still somewhat difficult, however, as these are premium and powerful items
