In this event you will not know friends nor family: In a 100p map with the ‘anonymous round’ feature enabled and no coalitions you will be pitted against 99 other players in a struggle for survival.
The event maps will start immediately after their creation with random country selection enabled and will run at normal speed. Players are flagged as inactive after 2 days. Please note that this event will also have a fixed runtime of 6 weeks: If no winner is determined before time is up, the player with the highest total of victory points wins and receives a generous gold prize.
Today's update removes the obsolete "Extra units" filter from the game filters, adds a recruitment timer to the Province Info panel, and implements reworked versions of the units, buildings, armies, and province details.
Several bugs have been fixed with this release as well. Naval units no longer use different icons and display one hit point as health when split off from a stack. Inactive coalition members no longer lower their relations with their coalition members.

After the treaty of Brest-Litovsk is signed between the axis powers and the newly formed Bolshevik government of soviet Russia, the borders in eastern Europe are redrawn. Strongly resembling the realistic borders of the treaty, you'll be able to take control of one of 23 playable nations of the year 1918. Quickly conquer any of the remaining neutral nations to secure more vital resources or go on an all-out offensive with one of the standing great powers, the strategic options are manifold for all nations.
Additionally, you'll notice that all player nations have a higher core province count compared to many other maps currently available. That’ll give you more options to expand your industrial might and allow for more options to maneuver in friendly and hostile lands.
Will the tides of war also shift in favor of the Central Powers in the West, or can the Allies hold fast? Will the eastern nations accept the harsh consequences of the treaty, or will they rise up once more? The year is 1918 and history is yours to write at the "Crossroads of History"!
